Thinking about doing something magician themed. With cards and all that. But how would I do that.

Sweet! Second question, what's the highest level a player can have in any classification? And how does the level effect the powers we use? Like say for example my character can use the Psionic energy stuff from Xcom 2 like producing two blades or making barriers, or controlling people. What would that be classified under and what level do I have to be to do all that stuff?

Any level. No shard is created equal.
