yay! is there any particular character needed? like, is there a particular lack of anything? also, before i start brainstorming, would anyone like to do pre-relations or somehting like that?

Damn, that's the third parahuman in the RP with the ability to manipulate lightning of some kind. I'm impressed by our unanimity. If Doctor Menlo ever becomes evil, then he, Blacksurge, and Powerline should form a team called "Wizards of Menlo Park" or something.

mine was going to more like momentum and punching - thanks to electricity, my character would have super speed and the faster his fist moves, the heavier the punch. like a momentum based Captain Falcon.

How would you prefer it? Those are just some suggestions.

Maybe a sort of rehab/parole program for the inmates deem less dangerous and hostile by giving them a shot at heroism? It'd make some sense since not everyone in the birdcage is murderous and ego maniacal, kinda like that Canary girl.
