Highly doubt that being a parahuman qualifies you for joining Protectorate agents in the field, but I'll let it slide. Just don't expect the PRT to be cooperative when a random rogue/vigilante tries to butt in on official business. Other than that, it was pretty good.Hope my first post was okay.

I guess I should, I just don't know what else to do besides making upgrades to the Suit and or making new thing to enhance their Psionic capabilities. High Concept: An armored individual seeking to find the limits to their power, no matter what atrocities they commit.

Achilles: Hero/Rival
Backstory: This individual's history and anything relating to them is secret, the only person who knows is them. What is known is that this individual appeared about three years ago, suited up and robbing various places while producing powers that PTR and heroes have never seen before. While it is similar to Psychic powers, they appear to be connected to a certain type of energy the individual controls, which gives them their powers. This person fought back at various heroes and PRT, almost seemingly on purpose as if the robberies were meant to draw them out.
The clashes happened for about a year, with only one hero rising up to the challenge of defeating the villain simply known as The Knight. In a final clash, the two titans clashed, but with Achilles winning in the end. Before, however, they would arrest Knight, the armored individual took off and was never seen again.
Three years have passed since the Knight left, but it was only a matter of time before they would come back.

A Laser Sword: Only in case that Knight loses their powers and must fight back, at least it's something they know how to use.
An Plasma rifle: A weapon used when the Knight has lost their powers, used for long range combat.
Various flash-bangs, Smoke grenades, and explosive grenades: When the Knight wishes to disappear or blow stuff up, they carry these things around.
Jet pack: For when you gotta fly away
Knight Suit: This suit of armor is much more durable than it looks and gives the user greater strength for those physical confrontations.
Superpowers: (If their a bit too strong let me know and I'll remove the powers you don't like)
Psionics: This energy is what gives the Knight their powers, is it controlled by their mind and willpower and does a number of unique effects.
Psi-Blades: The Knight produces two large blades of Psionic energy to cut through their foes, they use these all the time as they deal a lot of damage and can be used as much as the Knight wants.
Psi-Barrier: The Knight can produce a Barrier of Psionic Energy to help shield them from damage, but will fail if the barrier takes too much damage.
Soul-Steal: An ability used to damage an individual and steal away their life-force to heal themselves.
Stasis: An Ability used to completely freeze an enemy still for a short period of time (about say 10-20 minutes).
Sustain: Should the Knight ever be near death, they will suspend themselves in Stasis for a long period of time to which they are immune to attacks and any noteworthy causes of death.
Insanity: An ability that causes damage to a target while having the added bonus to place most mental debuffs such as panic or mind control.
Domination: The Knight is able to take control of one or more people depending on how strong their willpower is, if say a hero has strong willpower they may either resist or succumb while also making the Knights efforts be focused on that one individual, making it harder to control others.
Null Lance: This ability is a projectile that shoots forward in a line and is extremely powerful but cannot be used multiple times without a cool down of about 5-10 minutes.
Psi-Rift: This ability creates a Psionic storm that deals a lot of damage over a radius of about 20-30 meters, while also having the bonus of providing mental debuffs as well.

CQC: Has taught themselves how to fight hand to hand, should the need ever rise.

To be fair, base Lung is still manageable to deal with.I am extremely scared of this. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of scary effin' Trigger Event this would require. He's basically Iron Man, except twice as strong, and then given psionic powers from X-Com. I think even Lung would be careful with Knight. I'm pretty sure this guy would be in the Top 10 strongest Rogues.
Also, the backstory is confusing as all eleven hells and I understand 0% of it.

Yeah, but Lung fought Leviathan to a standstill on his own. And then, Leviathan was forced to retreat. Lung, once his power properly kicks into gear, is, I think, the scariest motherfucker in the Wormverse except for Alexandria and maybe Eidolon.To be fair, base Lung is still manageable to deal with.

Yeah, but Lung fought Leviathan to a standstill on his own. And then, Leviathan was forced to retreat. Lung, once his power properly kicks into gear, is, I think, the scariest motherfucker in the Wormverse except for Alexandria and maybe Eidolon.
But still, Knight seems like he'd have a Blaster 8, Shaker 7, Striker 7, Master 6, and I think that Sustain deserves at least Brute 10 for the fact that it gives him pretty much unlimited endurance and the fact that he has the ability to steal lifeforce from others.
Then there comes his equipment, all of which is very clearly well above Tinker 8 (maybe even 9) purely because of his Tinkertech's versatility but also insane power. I don't think even Armsmaster and Dragon had access to plasma-based weaponry. Plus the Knight Suit which is described as "more durable than it looks" (and it already looks like it can take assault rifle fire) and as strength-enhancing.
I am confident that he could take on all Endbringers save for Khonsu with minimal support from several other parahumans, which is noteworthy.
The worst part is that I'm actually tempted to accept because the RP needs one or two super-powerful villains for people to deal with. Worm wouldn't exactly be Worm without Jack Slash, Scion, or the Endbringers.
No, it's not that. It's just that he's extremely versatile. The psionics edge more on spellcasting with it being one power capable of doing a lot of various things (which is rare in Worm.) Well I honestly wasn't sure how Tinker powers worked, it's why I made it more equipment based.

Also I should explain Sustain a big more since it doesn't actually heal him, it just makes him live for a long time without him actually being able to do anything. It's like a self preserving stasis.

For example, Bakuda could only build bombs. She could build various bombs - ones that caused time to stretch, ones that exploded more, or ones that caused space to ripple - but she built bombs exclusively.
Armsmaster, on another hand, didn't specialize on one type of object, but on a "field," which is miniaturization. He could fit tens of functions into one, single device. He specialized in efficiency, hybridization, and minimization of technology in general.
Your guy just has everything - laser swords, plasma rifles, combat suits, jetpacks - all high-level tech from various quote "tech trees" unquote.

Tinkers (usually) tend to Trigger as a result of long-term problems or issues, spanning over the course of weeks or months. Powers are always related to Trigger Events, since it's just the Shard trying to give a person what they "need."Ah I see, so it works more like the person must focus on only one type of tinkering? Yup. Double Triggers are basically your normal Trigger Event that is instantly (literally without a second's wait) followed by a Second Trigger, allowing the Shard to instantly recalibrate and usually resulting in stronger, more stable powers.Birdsie just want to clarify, double triggers are triggers that occur almost simultaneously while second triggers are a separate trigger event right?
