Fantasy Crimson Yin: Forbidden Love

Storm frowned and moved forward before placing his hands on Mena's shoulders and stopping her forward movements by Jewel. "Like you have any reason to talk when you're covered in Aero's scent," Storm said to Jewel. No doubt his friend would show up and try to take him back home as well. Which wasn't going to happen if Storm could prevent it. "What even makes you think Mena wants to go anywhere with you?" he growled lowly. @Mena @Defective Kitten

Jewel was in no mood to deal with the likes of Storm or anyone new. Her hand still firmly grasped around Mena's wrist, she turned around and got into Storm face. "You know why I have Areo's scent on me? Because we were looking for you!" Her voice sharp and angry, "And you know why I have the right to bring her back home? I'm her bloody guard! I was assigned to protect her by her father! She has no choice but to come with me now. So back off." Turning to the new man who asked how we would get out, "Go backwards." She simply stated with a bitter voice before knocking Storm's hand off of Mena's shoulder and pulling her away from them. At this point, Jewel was just plain annoyed and angry, if Storm or the new guy tried anything, she wouldn't hesitate to kill them.

Nayome slammed a hand to her forehead as not only did this human touch the prince but also tried commanding her uncle. If she is still alive in five minutes I'll be surprised, she thought to herself.

Storm looked down at his hand where this insolent human had dared touch him. The Dragon Sages had more respect for the young prince than this pathetic creature. "I never asked for Aero to come looking for me human. I don't care if you're the queen of Whisper Moon Forest either. You have no authority over the princess and should let her decide what she wants to do. Besides you obviously weren't looking hard enough," he scoffed at her. This attitude was part of the reason why the young prince didn't want to be anywhere on human lands come winter and was abhorred to the idea.

"Yeah, you didn't want him to look for you because you ran away just because your parents ignored you. Oh how sad. Boo hoo. Poor you." Jewel spoke sarcastically, not having the effort to turn around and continued to leading Mena away from the group. She just hoped that Mena wouldn't act stubborn and decided to stay, that would shatter the already little trust she still had in her. "And I apologize if we weren't looking hard enough, you were kind of in the bloody maze." Jewel added on to her previous sentence, once they turned the corner she would be safe to go and not have to listen to the bastard and his friends but it seemed like the spot she was at and the corner were just so far away. Just a few more steps..

(Let's wait for Mena's reaction now)

The loud thundering of flapping wings came to rain on his kingdom as he finally managed to return home. Ashen's large dark blue frost scaled body landed itself on a balcony of the kingdom. However his stay here at his kingdom was going to be cut short. Ashen found his wife an was informed that his son, Storm had ran away an that was why half the dragons in his kingdom were missing, they were all out looking for his son. Out raged, Ashen demanded she stay an keep things steady here an the king would step up an search for his son. Stepping back out onto the balcony of his home he let out a heavy sigh as he morphed into his icy dragon form, the shards of ice that hung off his cheek an jaw bones snapped an crackled as he slammed a large front foot down onto the ground in anger. His son better not be up to something completely outrageous. Ashen quickly jumped up into the sky an flapped his heavy wings, taking off toward the old ruins. Ashen was not in the best of moods at all.

Kai laughed as he heard the girl talking, she was quiet bold. Kai didn't want to cause anymore problems, so he put his hands up and smiled, "Not a good way to greet someone new, my lady," Kai step aside as he saw the girl kept dragging the princess. Kai knew he could just shifted and killed this annoying girl, but he was not Jasper, he was more... patient in different way.

Kai could see that the prince was angered too, he would use this as his advantage. Somehow they would be on the same side. Kai watched as the girl walked around, trying to escape the maze, he scoffed and crossed his arms, "Well, I don't think it will be that easy, miss." Suddenly, Kai could feel something strange. His feeling was strong and never missed. Something... No, someone was approaching and he might not like the idea who was it.

I felt tension from both Jewel and Storm, and from the look of it, it wasn't pretty. I didn't know actually what was happening everything happened so fast, all i know for sure was that Jewel was leading me away from the others in a fit of rage. "Jewel...I think you should calm down a bit." I squeaked out, my voice was only a tiny whisper. Its not like I'm afraid of her, its just that i don't like to be around her during her fits of rage. Its like a hurricane swept through a volcano full of lava, yeah that's how bad one of her rages are.

Hearing Mena's small but noticeable squeak, Jewel didn't bother looking at her but just continued walking. "Why? So you can sneak out again?" She snapped at Mena, her grip on her wrist didn't loosen but she made sure to not grab so hard that it hurt her. As soon as they reached the corner, Jewel made a swift turn. Finally.. Sasha followed behind, seeing mama's tears but unknowing of what to do.

Ashen's light blue eyes scanned the earth beneath his large frame, his nostrils flared in frustration as he the caught wind of a familiar smell, however it was leading him to the Maze an he knew very well he wouldn't be able to land. Lowering himself he soared along the top of the maze, hoping to find any sign of Storm. Yes he was angry but he was also hoping no humans had caught his son.

Storm snarled and strode after Mena and Jewel, completely ignoring Kai and Nayome. "I suggest you let her go and make her own decisions," Storm snapped, trying to keep from tearing the girl's head off, regardless of what she was or wasn't to Aero. @Defective Kitten @Mena

Aero transformed into dragon form and flew upwards going to the top of a mountain quickly still watching everything. He laid down on a stone overhanging as he tried to relax himself. His mind was far to confused right now as he worried on things. His claws dig into the stone as he laid there hopefully hidden from view.

Jewel stopped noticing Storm had followed after, turning around and looking Storm straight in the eyes with a death glare, "You're a dragon but I'm not scared of you. Being a dragon doesn't make you shit in my book." She spoke harshly towards him, all she wanted to do was get home before the king noticed her daughter's disappearance and have Mena punished. Jewel could see the bloodlust in his eyes, he would snap at any moment and attack her but she was already a step ahead, she could unsheathed her dragon hunter sword in a moments notice if need be. She couldn't attack first, he would have to make the first move in order for her to strike back.

"You do anything to me and you'll hurt Aero," Storm threatened Jewel as he stared at her, his purple eyes brimming with bloodlust and hate. He turned his gaze on Mena. "Mena what do you want to do and you human keep your mouth shut or I'll rip your tongue out and shove it down your throat," Storm growled. @Mena @Defective Kitten

I turned to Storm then back to Jewel, facing her but my head still tilted down to my boots."W...Well I don't want to upset both of you but Jewel has a right to know why I left the castle. Jewel, I sneaked out of the castle to look for Storm, I know that I am going to be in so much trouble but I can't stop worrying when a friend goes missing." I silently said. 'Did I really just call Storm a friend? Well he hasn't tried anything when we were alone and plus he tried to help me. So I guess he is kinda like a friend, besides he's trying to help me with Jewel right now.' I thought, turning back to Storm.

Jewel rolled her eyes at Storm's tough act, his empty threats annoyed her but she didn't speak until Mena finished what she was going to say. "Well we found him. Let's go home." She spoke just a bit softer toward her but still quite angry as well. "We'll find our own way out." Looking at Storm bitterly, she could really care less for him at this point. If this is how all dragons were towards humans, perhaps she didn't know Aero enough to continue her relationship with him, whatever they had.

"You would do well to watch yourself human or you may just find yourself not waking up tomorrow," Storm snapped. At least not in your bed anyway. You may wake up as a prisoner though, Storm thought to himself.

"Mena do you want to go with her or stay with me?" Storm asked, hearing the sound of wings and picking up his father's scent, the young prince's expression changed to a frown and he backed up against the wall. @Defective Kitten @Mena

This is gonna be tough, like really tough. Both Jewel and somewhat Storm were special to me and I don't want to mess it up. I feel my loyalty shifting between the two, I couldn't decide either to go with Storm or Jewel. Knowing Jewel, it doesn't matter who I choose, she'll still drag me back to the castle. After only minutes of thinking and glancing from Storm and Jewel to vice verses, I finally felt that I couldn't chose."I just cant pick between you guys no matter what you both are feeling right now." I blurted out. When I said that, I felt the tension of the situation even begin to get worse, like a dam just broke open.

Storm inhaled sharply but if his father was looking for him he didn't want to be here because he knew his father would drag him back to the kingdom and probably lock him in his room until he turned thirty. Hurt crossed the prince's face and he felt like his heart was constricting in his chest, a shimmer of tears covering his eyes. "If that's what you want then I won't stop you from doing what makes you happy. Unlike some people," he added as he glared at Jewel. Turning, the prince brushed past Kai and Nayome before wandering further into the maze. He blinked his eyes as tears began falling on the ground though it felt like his heart was breaking. Was it possible he had considered Mena as his mate and future queen? @Mena

Hearing his snarky remark, she mentally filled him off. "Come on Mena.." Jewel spoke softer as she held onto Mena's wrist and lead her in the opposite of the way Storm went. She felt no guilt seeing Storm's crying face, it was actually more or less amusing to see him tear up. It was somewhat relieving to see him leave, that meant she could finally go home and hopefully not get caught sneaking back into the palace walls.

"Well this is going well. What now?" Nayome asked Kai. @Azula Cross

Storm continued into the maze, snarling to himself for being an idiot. He should have just continued running when he had the chance instead of making a fool of himself. It was bad enough he was a laughing stock to the dragons his age and younger when he was on the ground. He kept to the walls to stay out of his father's line of sight, punching the wall with a fist in frustration. There was a sharp click sound and the ground opened up underneath Storm as he fell down into blackness, the ground sealing back up behind him...

I watched as Storm's face turned from seriousness to hurt and sadness in the blink of an eye. He ran away before I could even said,"Wait!" Jewel began to drag me the opposite way, away from the others. I stopped moving and let her drag me for a few steps before planting my feet down into the rich like soil. "Jewel...can we go back?" I asked her, after seeing Storm's crying face flash in my thoughts for a brief second. Somehow it had upset me more than when the time my dad had forgotten my birthday or when I had lost Sasha in the castle after playing hide and seek with her.

Aero curled up into a ball on the side of the mountain lip and started to head towards a blissful slumber, Life is just to confusing He thought to himself as his purple light danced on the mountain.

Ashen finally grew closer an a group of people were below him, his eyes narrowed. Two girls were making there way through the maze an Storms scent wasn't far. As he flapped his wings angerly he let out a loud thundering roar, his frame darted for the ground but he pulled up before smashing himself into the maze. He glared daggers at them, his roar had merely been a warning to leave the area. Ashen didn't need them finding Storm before him. With that he snarled an turned to follow Storms Scent once more.

It was difficult to say no to Mena but she looking at her with a serious look in her eyes, "N-" Her response was quickly interrupted by a dragon's roar high above them. "No time to go back, we have to leave NOW!" Jewel picked up Mena, carrying her bride style and began sprinting out of the maze trying her best to avoid the dragon that crashed into the maze. "Hold on tightly." Jewel told Mena as she ran out of the maze, her breathing heavy due to the lack of sleep she had received.

(Hey guys check out my post in the Out of Character Chat and let me know your thoughts. @Mena @Defective Kitten @Juju @motoemo @ScaraByte @Yonsisac @Azula Cross @Boondox)

Storm coughed as he landed on something hard. Dust flew up around him and got into his nose, making him sneeze. "Achoo!" he sneezed and heard a metal clang as something sprang up. "Just...ACHOO...grea...ACHOO...great," he said between sneezes. Something didn't set right with him so he shifted into his dragon form and tried moving forward, only to hit steel bars as he tried walking forward, forgetting that he didn't have his night vision on. The space he was in was suddenly very small, too small for a dragon his size and his thoughts went back to the dragon Hunter. Well this day just gets better and better, he thought sarcastically. @Juju
