Arwynn narrows her eyes coldly. "As a member of the Dragonbane family, and hunter of of Daggerpeak village, it is in my every right to know just who and what is defiling our ancestral homelands. This is a place of remembrance, not some... hookup location.".


"Besides," she added while lowering her bow, "you two don't look like you're getting out of there any time soon without my aid."

"No there's only one of me," Storm answers as he frowns at Mena before getting up and grabbing her, seeing as she looks like she's going to faint. Holding her, he thinks he understand snow what Aero meant about dragons feeling warmer than humans. Compared to a dragon, she feels cold or maybe lukewarm. Not hot like a dragon. "Must have hit your head when you fell," he says as it's the only thing he can think of. But then his mind registers what human above says and he shuts his eyes. Dragonborne....where I have heard that name before...? he wonders and then it comes to him. They're Hunters who specialize in killing dragons. That name has been taught to him by his tutors since before he could fly. "I came here for solitude and peace and quiet," he says bitterly. "She came here to explore the ruins."

 

[Mena]

'What happened? Something must have ticked him off.' I thought, hearing the bitterness in his voice. 'I might have ticked him off by falling down here and troubling him.' I tried to speak up but no words came out "Sorry...if I did anything to upset you." I whispered, looking down at my shoes.

 

[Juju]

Arwynn sighed, it wasn't that rare for teens to go to the ruins in search of ghosts or treasure, but she shakes her head anyway "Is the girl alright? I have rope but I need to know if she has the strength to cling on to it."


She slings her bow over her shoulder as she looks around for a suitable anchor. Shahe looks up at her expectantly as her eyes drift past him, only to fall back on him. "Sorry to ask you again, but I'm going to need your help once more my friend."


Taking out her dagger she begins to cut the bodies of the half-starved wolves loose and tie the rope together into a longer cord.

"She can't climb up on her own, much less cling to something when she can barely see straight," Storm said, refusing to mention what had him on edge with a Hunter here. Aero was going to be disappointed, he thought with a wry smile.

 

[Juju]

With all of the corpses lifted from his back, Shahe begins to roll around with joy on the lush carpet of moss, licking his paw afterward.


"Well, the only options are for you to either hold onto the rope and your girlfriend, or to tie a harness for her and we pull her up like that."


Once all of the sections of rope were tied together, Arwynn passes one end of the stained rope to Shahe, who clamps the woven cord between his teeth, and throws the other down the pit. "I apologize for the blood, but it's better than nothing. It will be a bit of a jolt, so make sure to tell me when you are ready."


She picks up a section of the rope and waits for their signal, pushing aside some of the bony corpses of the wolves to make room.

 

[Mena]

"I'm not dating him!" I said, looking at her. "Um...anyway could you let ne go?" I asked, bringing myself to back to look at him. A small blush appeared on my face, making me even more nervous.

Storm snorted and breathed some warm air on her before removing his arms from her, nodding at her to go first.

 

[Juju]

"Yeah, yeah" she said while rolling her eyes, "just tell me when you two lovebirds are ready."

Storm folded his arms across his chest and went back to staring at Mara with his piercing gaze as he waited for her to go up the rope.

 

[Mena]

A big blush creepied up onto my face, I backed up then ran straight to the rope. "I'm gonna get you for that when you get up there!" I yelled at him then scurried up the rope.

Storm walked over to the rope once Mena had gotten back onto solid ground and began climbing up the rope himself. He reached the top and pulled himself up carefully, not wanting to end up falling back down and being trapped in the pit. Reaching the top, he pulled himself over the edge and up onto land.

 

[Juju]

Arwynn couldn't help but chuckle slightly. "Oi! You should be more grateful to the girl who just saved your hides!" Once the girl was close enough to the top, she would reach down her hand to try and help her out of the pit.

 

[Mena]

"Thank you." I said to the girl and bowed, showing my respect. I saw Storm come up behind me, and I turned back around."Grrr...hmpf! I hope you would have slipped." I softly said, not looking at him. 'Hmpf, jerk. Such a player, bet he has a girlfriend.' I thought, somehow it made me a bit sad.

Storm gave Mena a hurt look before blanking his face and stood, dusting himself off before walking off into the woods. If the Dragonborne were active then he needed to get home to tell Aero not to come here.

 

[Juju]

Arwynn returns the bow by inclining her head slightly in a respectful manner, although her eyes never left the girl's gaze. "You are quite welcome." She raises her eyebrow a little at Mena's comment towards Storm, but shrugs and commences to begin re-tying the wolves back onto Shahe's back.


"So, what are your names, and what village do you two come from?" she asks casually as she secures the rope to Shahe, whom had presently began to sniff at Mena's hand.


She looks over her shoulder to glance back at Storm, "Oi! get back here! I can't have you wandering off again and falling into another pit"

 

[Mena]

"Let him go, he's probably going home. As well am I," I suggested. I walked off towards the town, hoping that I could be there before everyone woke up. An owl flew from the trees, scaring me. I froze up then realized it was an owl. "Phew just an owl."

 

[Juju]

Running after her along the trail, Shahe trotting beside her, she called out, "Hey don't you walk off on me! There are starving wolves about, don't think I will just let you wander around and feed them!"

Storm closed his eyes in annoyance. He just wanted to go home, tell Aero that they couldn't live here and get some sleep. Finding himself strangely grateful to Mena for letting him go though hurt at what she'd said. It was confusing. Maybe he'd need to talk to the Dragon Sages when he got home. Ignoring the threat of wolves, the young Prince disappeared through the ruins and deeper into the dark forest.

Akata was leaning on a wall beside the Throne,she saw Kai and Jasper went go get tea and well she dint whant to join,she rather wait for them,soon as she saw Kai she would sigh and would stand straight looking at him and would ask "so whats the word?...are we Gona kinap...Or we are just sitting around doing tea parties"she said with a weak smile,she seem to be refering to there Tea,Natasha was Overall ready and Honestly cant be that hard....all she hopes his Brother is still asleep she wont want seeing that White scaled cold head would be a Big anoying trash and Overall Shovel chin...Hehehe.

When Kai was on his way back to his room, he met Akata who of course asking about kidnapping the royals.


"I'm glad you are asking, Akata, here's the thing, we are going to make sure that they were the royals, better if they were the prince and princess. You are going to take charge and I'm going with you. We will spying on the forest because I'm sure they will be there again."


Kai threw a smile and walked pass Akata, he suddenly remembered something, "Ah Akata, how is your brother? I want this plan to be perfect, no mistakes. Make sure he doesn't show up and blow the whole thing. I'll leave him to you..."


Kai looked at Akata right in her eyes with his sharp eyes, "You don't want ME to handle him myself right?"


In a minute, Kai's face became calm again, "So, whenever you are ready, come to me."

"Fine but when we arrive at the town, you might want to leave." I sighed, slipping on my hood yet again. I fell to the ground, my hood had dropped off my head. "Ow..." I moaned, rubbing my head.

Storm paused when he was deep in the forest and shifted into his dragon form before flapping up into the air and heading for home, heading high above the clouds so he would be out of sight. He was tired and still confused over Mena's actions and words. Bed would be good right now, if he could sleep.

"Oh great im taking the charge....alright seems like a plan lets just Hope they are Royals"she said Thinking...This wont be hard hehehe..they are just 2 Defensless Royals so this would be a walk in the park honestly,aswell she would hear Kai ask about his white scaled Brother,Natasha frown hearing somthing related to Ukan,anoying bastard and overall he was NOT her brother,akata dint whant to admit Ukan was his brother and hated him,she heard kai say that she dint whant him to handle Ukan....pleas handle him.





"Honestly i would be greatfull if you handle him....i honestly whant him dead even if he is My brother you know?...I mean come on...you think i enjoy having Ukan around?"she said as she would just Follow Kai with her hands on her back as she would say "And by ready..that is a now for me"she said with a Grin as she really seem she whanted to get something done and Oh boy...Royal Hunting,she was ready wenever for this.

"Of course! I would expect y- " she cut herself short as Mena fell to the ground before her, and offered her a hand. "Here, if you want you could ride on Shahe here," she offered while motioning to the saber, "its a bit crowded up there but he's a tough one, and you don't look too heavy."
