[The Elder]

When Chronos dived bomb towards the ground he held Opal even tighter, grunting towards his friend. When he leveled off, slowing down he let's go of the talons landing on the ground perfectly. He looks at Opal checking to see if she's alright. He let's go of her and walks towards Desani. When Chronos landed on his shoulder. He poked. I bet you enjoyed that. He said while looking at Desani. He squats down towards her and his white fox fire appeared on his index finger as lightning. He poked her giving her a small shock. @Kazehana @xxbetaspiritxx @DarknessSpirit

Opal gasped when they had landed on the ground and she, soon enough, began peering around dizzily. Only then did she notice her friend lying unconscious on the floor. "Desani!" She exclaimed, running over towards her friend and pushing Koziak away as she did so. Her whole face lit up in shock as she spotted her wound. Bringing both hands up to her mouth, she reeled back to sit on her backside, her hands shaking as they hovered above her lips. Desani's wound had gotten pretty bad. Opal shook her head in disbelief, her gaze never shifting from her passed out friend. Never once had she experienced an issue like this before.


Being placed in such a gruesome situation, she was unsure what to do with herself. Her whole body erupted into shock and she just sat there, her breaths sharp and shallow. Yet again, she had no control in the matter. She could only hope Koziak and Chronos would be able to help.

Opal pushed Koziak out the way right before hevwas able to shocked Desani awake. As Opal started to overreact he looks at Desani and her wound. Chronos work your Phoenix charm, and heal the poor girl. Go cry on her. He said towards his friend. @Kazehana @xxbetaspiritxx @DarknessSpirit

Chronos looked at him for a moment, then hopped to the ground. "You know I don't like to get involved with humans I don't know," he stated plainly. Sure he could help, but it just wasn't like him to do so. With a bit of irritation, he recalled that he also had a human form. But what was it good for? In this form, he could fly, be free, and light himself on fire. But in his other form, he had more empathy. In his phoenix form, however, he despised those traits, so he never felt the need to do so. No one knew of his bipedal form, not even Koziak.

Edward Longshanks - Old Grazza Port

Edward had sailed for a few hours, finally reaching his destination. He was sitting comfortably in his dinghy, peeling an orange with Drachma. He had heard news of the Crimson Lotus' whereabouts and wanted to drop by to say hello to their captain. Of course Edward wasn't going into what he knew was trouble at that moment. First he wanted to eat his orange before going to the Lotus' captain. His dinghy was right beside the ship as well, being very tiny in comparison. The irony made Edward chuckle, eyeing the ship before eating his orange slowly. Edward also caught sight of the rather well known Phoenix, so that was good reason for him to come along simply to see what the bird was up to. He never was fond of the Phoenix, finding it to be too much like that of a spoiled prince put into a position of power without actually deserving it. But there was nothing else for Edward to do at the moment and the entire scene seemed exciting enough.

Desani distantly heard voices. They seemed so close yet so far. No she would just lay here. Maybe they would go away yet when she heard her name get yelled that caused her to slowly open her eyes.


Lots of purple. She suddenly jolted straight, her green brown eyes shooting open as she saw Opal, a Pheonix and...


"I hope you at least tried to stab him before he caught you." Desani weakly muttered, looking at Opal, assuming he was a pirate and he got her. Desani's eyes weakly flickered across each face. Before giving a defeated sigh, as much as she wanted to, she knew a fight would be in vain and just result in a quicker death.

Just heal her and stop complaining. If she hurts you I'll kill her okay? It's that okay with you. As he said that Desani started to wake. He looks at Desani as she woke and spoke about Opal stabbing him. He chuckles. I told her not to try it. So no she didn't try to stab me, but she did try to escape. It was sad. She tried cutting the ropes on a blunt rock. She almost burnt herself. He looks at Opal then back towards Desani. Poor child. So easy way or hard way? Chronos twitched when he heard Koziak give him a command. But he wasn't going to argue, especially since it seemed no longer necessary. However, as he listened to the girls' explanations and descriptions of what was going on, he felt a sudden pulse in his vision, his heart seemingly stopping for a moment. Now wasn't the time for this! He took a few breaths. Looking around, he wasn't sure he should stay here. If he did, and they tried to evoke more empathy from Koziak, he might not be able to help himself. Shaking his head, he rejected the idea. He couldn't succumb to that. He was strong enough to fight it. For now, he decided to simply listen and not try to push himself. It would be too suspicious to leave right away.

If only she could touch her pendent, the neclace she wore. She could communicate with Soloknir. That's how she communicated with the dragons from a distance. She just felt so weak, the loss of blood was dire.


Desani glared at him. Her white ringlets falling in front of her face. She let out a heavy sigh in frustration. "Leave me be." She hissed. Although she couldn't really do anything to fight him.

Chronos wasn't quite sure what to make of this. "Koziak... That's... So cruel..." he said as he started to wobble back and forth. He felt too much empathy for the girl, and he couldn't contain himself any longer. He fell over, his fire engulfing him. No longer visible under the hot flames, the fire elongated, roughly to the size and shape of a human. After it did, it fizzled away, leaving a human form behind. Chronos was still breathing, but it took a while for the phoenix to blink awake back into consciousness.

Edward Longshanks - Grazaa Ally

Edward had ventured silently and calmly, being sure to stay out of everyone's way. He didn't know whether or not he would be noticed, and frankly he didn't mind if they did. He had come upon a group and decided to lean back and listen and watch. So far the Phoenix had taken a human form, the girl was struggling, the other was freaking out, and the guy was pretty much ready to jump ship. Edward heard what he said and then saw the Phoenix turn into a human. He decided to reveal himself, finding the time to be right, also he didn't like the boy's attitude. "Saying such things to a lady, well it just isn't polite." He sighed, calmly and patiently strolling towards them. He stopped after a few yards and stood in place, "You lot seem to be in a bind. Might I ask what it is you be needing?" He politely spoke hoping to be of some service. If not then he would at least make sure no one did anything rude or cruel as the Phoenix mentioned.

Koziak's reply made Desani jump up, quickly standing on her legs, a shriek escaped her lips, in which she muffled quickly, her eyes flared in anger "You will not!" She yelled in a commanding voice, filled with anger and strength, eyes engulfing Koziak with an angry stare, although she knew without help, she'd die. "Fine." She said a bit more softly.


Desani's eyes widened as the Pheonix turned into a human. Desani was about to ask if the Pheonix was okay, when a man strolled down the ally. If anything she was angry she didn't have her dagger. Once she was healed she would certainly call Soloknir, then kill the pirates to help Opal.


Desani, who was also quite cold herself to strangers, coldly said to the new man "Nothing." Her tone frostbite, as she put one hand on her wound, leaning against the wall for support.

Chronos heaved herself up, dusting off her rather sparse clothing as she looked around. "What's happening...? Ahh I remember," she said, shaking her head vigorously. "It's been a long time since I've been able to use this form," she mumbled to herself, stretching her arms into the air. Making sure she remembered who everyone was, she turned to the stranger. "We're fine, thanks," she replied abruptly, not particularly wanting to deal with even more people than she had to. Walking over to Desani, she inspected her thoroughly. "And what seems to be the problem here?" she asked, mainly eyeing her wound.

Edward eyed the woman, taking into consideration who she was and her history. He simply brushed off the Phoenix, not wanting to deal with the bird. He chuckled to himself, guessing he was pretty old news at this point if his once infamous uniform didn't give them an idea as to who he was. He didn't mind since he was pretty old and fame only lasts for a bit, it was quite comforting in a way. "None of you seem fine, and something tells me you are all in a situation you have no control over. From what I've heard and seen so far, you guys aren't exactly at your best." He simply waited. "Where's your captain at? I haven't had a chat with him in a while." He spoke to the Master gunner of the Crimson Lotus. He still had his eyes on the group, watching and observing everything that happened.

Damn she wished she could just be with the dragons, and Soloknir, in the comfort and safety of her castle, with her title respected, not used.


Desani looked at her wound and responded to the Pheonix "I got shot while running away from the blasted Crimson Lotus captain." Desani, having no idea Koziak was in the crew. Desani listened in on the conversation with the older man and, her head turned sharply when he said "your captain" Desani looked at the older pirate looking man "Who's his captain?" She asked curiously with a bite to her tongue.

Chronos blinked as she rattled off information that meant nothing to her. "What's a Crimson Lotus?" she asked, shaking her head. She was pretty sure she'd never heard that term before, but it sounded like a ship's name. Taking her attention back to the girl, she instructed her, "Lie down so I can try to fix that." Tears didn't exactly fall sideways, so she needed the woman to take that position if she wanted any help.

Koziak eyed the new comer. Apparently he was listening for a long time. He looked at the new version of Chronos. Interesting. Surprisingly the new guy one who Koziak was, but he didn't know a thing about the new guy. I have no idea where he is, and I can careless. He looks at Desani. I'm guessing you already know since I bet he was the one that shot you. And Chronos the Crimson Lotus is a pirate ship. Desani lay slowly, wincing from the pain. she'd have to buy something after this, something that didn't have a blood stain before she headed back to her kingdom.


"Crimson Lotus is a ship, and a pirates band, the damn captain of it shot me after trying to capture me." Desani listened to the conversation. As soon as the words came out of Koziaks mouth she instantly tried to sit up and get up, but only managed to sit up quickly before instantly laying flat on her back once more, taking a few heavy breaths, as her eyes unintentionally watered, the pain was excruciating and the bullet was getting deeper the more she moved, more blood came out. A small couple drops leaked out from the blue fabric as she lay there. She took more heavy, breaths, but not only from the pain but panic.


"Why are you helping me?!" She demanded at Koziak, feeling rather stupid laying down as she demanded it.

Koziak sighs. Ever since he joined up with Crimson Lotus he earned and found treasure, but he was never very into the capturing business, even though he was surprisingly good at it. Female prisoners were his weakness. He wanted his female prisoners feeling comfortable, so they won't nag and always try to escape. Because I'm not all bad child. You're bleeding and sadly you can't heal so I helped you. You looked like a mess. He said as he continued to lean on the building. @Tetro @DarknessSpirit @Kazehana @xxbetaspiritxx

Chronos took a deep breath as she focused on her tear ducts. After a moment, she leaned her head forward, over the wound. Squeezing her eyes, she dripped tears on the wound until it was no more, leaving nothing but a stain behind. Sitting up, she shot a glance at Koziak. "You didn't do anything," she teased, giving him a mocking scowl. No one had ever mentioned that Koziak was part of the Crimson Lotus crew, so she didn't put two and two together. "That crew sounds like a bit of a nasty lot, do they not?" she asked the woman she had just helped, standing up as she did. She held her hand out with a smile, offering to help her up. "Good thing Koziak's not affiliated with them~" she finished with a giggle.

Desani felt so relived as she felt the pain slowly disappear. When the Pheonix helped her stand, she resisted the urge to hug her. "I thank you, I wonder give you gold but I'm afraid that I was robbed of it at the bank." She took out two diamond silver studded earings. And out them in the Pheonixs palm.


Her voice was calm, then she looked at Koziak "I suppose I should thank you to, pirate. You pirates always seem to want something and I'm afraid I'm out of gold. So what is it?" Her voice calm and cool.

Koziak sighs, this pirate life actually did make him seem like a bad person. He was more of a treasure hunter than a pirate. He wasn't a greedy treasure hunter though. He sometimes gave back. He was actually considering leaving the Crimson Lotus and continue his treasure hunter life. I don't want anything. Just don't start attacking me or I'll have to cut your toes and fingers off. He said in a relaxed way as if the thought of that didn't hurt him. @Kazehana @xxbetaspiritxx @Tetro @DarknessSpirit

Chronos wasn't sure what to do about accepting a gift. She didn't particularly want it, unlike her avian counterpart. She shook her head and gave them back to the woman, saying, "I cannot accept this. I don't have a need for them, but it looks like humans might." Looking over to Koziak, she gave him a neutral expression. "That's not funny, Kozi," she warned, giving him a glare. There was no need to be so crude with their new friends. Besides, being mean to each other never helped anyone at all.

"Good. Because Opal will be free" Desani said casually. Desani touched her dragon pendent "Alok, bo Soloknir. (Arise, fly Soloknir) Desani spoke in dragon tongue, Soloknir would be here soon, if he didn't get his lazy ass out off the top of the castle, his usual resting place.


She took the earings back and smiled a thanks. She then said to the Pheonix, in response to Koziaks remark about cutting off her toes "Oh you might want to talk to him about what he does for a living" her voice dropped into a whisper, but loud enough for all to hear "I'll give you a hint: His captain likes to shoot women."


She gave a fake smile to Koziak before saying, "Watch out for Soloknir, he doenst like pirates." She leaned against the wall, waiting for his reply.
