After all the events everyone made it back to the ship. Cynthia had power down back to her normal self. She was going to head to the kitchen but stopped when she over heard the captain and Edward talking. " Hey that sounds like...." She walked over closer to them and interrupted them. "Hey those three jewels are one of them a diamond?"

She rolled her eyes. "Oh yeah, and you're just a barrel of fun," she retorted, still trying to fend off the voices and hallucinations. Thankfully, they were dissipating, but there were still some around. "Why do you want a storm anyway? How does that benefit you?" she asked, confused about how that logic would even work. For a moment, she wondered if demons had genders, but thought it was a dumb question. Of course they did/n't. Duh.

Rose wiped the remaining water from her face then changed her clothes, she has a back up outfit for this kind of thing. Rose noted to herself that she would need to thank the ocean again for being so kind towards her and also maybe visit the dolphins again. She brushed her hair and placed a small ribbon to tie her hair instead of her normal bow tie."Great Perfect!" She exclaimed, making sure she looked the same before they left. "Alright time to go to the captain." She mumbled to herself before walking out her room. Rose walked up towards the captain's room but stopped when he heard his voice coming from another direction. She followed the voices, she turned the corner spotting the Captain and everyone else who was talking to him. She was about to turn around but she bumped into something, breaking a glass. The glass shattered, it was really loud so you couldn't have not heard that.

OPAL- THE CRIMSON LOTUS


Opal warmly smiled at John, staring at the tiny piece of wood in her hands. It had looked so strange, how could it have even gotten so deep into her flesh, and how did John extract it so easily?! "Thank you!" She exclaimed, throwing her arms around him in a childish embrace. It was the only attempt at thanking him she could give, he was one for jewels and such, yet she was better at showing affection, so that's how she decided to thank him. The air was getting even colder, she had wet clothes and hair from when Koziak had tipped water on her. The water on her clothes caught the cold chills and made her feel even colder, and every so often she would shake slightly, goose bumps piercing at her flesh. The strong, briny smell of the sea made her feel somewhat happy, and she grew to like it within a couple of minutes. After stifling a yawn, she released John from the hug and pulled her hands into fists, softly rubbing at her eyes. "I'm still tired," she had mumbled softly, so softly it was almost inaudible. Stretching to her full height, she closed her eyes and leaned against a nearby barrel.

John turned to Cynthia "You know what he speaks about?" then as he waited for her to answer Opal thanked him and hugged him out of nowhere, John realized this was the first time since he could remember that any one hugged him. He was quite shocked to be honest, usually kidnapping victims were a lot more cold, he glanced over to where Desani sat with her dragon "Like her, that's how a kidnapped victim usually acts and looks like" he thought to himself "You..I...You are very very odd princess, you literally just hugged the man who took you by force from your parents house and perfect life." John said but before he could say anything else, he heard a glass shatter he looked over to see Rose who broke one of the vases that the crew brought from the island. John shook his head, he will have to punish her for breaking that as well now. "Rose, come over here please we need to talk about your and Cynthia's punishment for disobeying my orders."


"It does not benefit me in any way, then again literally nothing does. I am a demon who is stuck in a pistol, I have no need for any physical thing, but it would be amusing wouldn't you agree?" The pistol remarked to Chronos who was recovering fairly quickly, the pistol now had a direct connection to her mind though even when the visions and voices will go away he will still be able to talk to her/him.

Nathaniel Sullivan ~ Sea's Treasure


Nathan peered through the spy glass at the ship with the yellow sails, if this was their ship then this was too easy. Blinking Nathaniel thought he saw something else, the two smaller blurs came into focus on either side of it.


"Two more ships sit at its flanks!!" he cried down. Nathaniel secretly hoped that they wouldn't find anything on the ship. Whatever the captain was looking for better be worth it if they had to fight three crews to get to it! The cannon fire would also have to be split three ways reducing their firepower and everyone knew cannons didn't always hit their mark.


Nathaniel hurried to raised the white flag.

She tilted her head. "Stuck? Like trapped? That doesn't sound like fun," she commented, glancing at her own problem. Then, it occurred to her just as lightening strikes the ground. It was so obvious! A small inconspicuous fire later, and her restraints were no more. She got up and walked over to the rest, not paying attention to any of them. Instead, she inspected the pistol, not sure what she was looking for. I wonder if there's a way to get it out... She frowned. Surely it would have done so already if it could, right? Regardless, it seemed like it wasn't her place to tell it what it should be doing. In fact, as she scanned the area, she wasn't sure why she was here at all. The two girls seemed to be doing fine, so she felt like she no longer needed to be there. So, considering nothing was exactly keeping her there, she decided she could just leave. With a nod, she headed in the direction of the dock so she could get on with her day.

Opal yawned once more, listening to the words of the captain. "I apologise," she slurred, slipping her back down the barrel until she were laying on the floor. Her tiredness was driving her somewhat delirious. Mastering a tired groan, she tucked her knees to her chest with major discomfort. With the waves rocking beneath her, and the sun beating down on her skin, she felt as though she were back on that blasted pier, smiling sand enjoying the outside world. Yet now here she was, in the reality of it all. Pirates. However, she wasn't as fearful as she should've been. In fact, she was positive her parents would eventually find her or pay the ransom provided, despite the fact that they didn't exactly care for her a great deal.

John noticed as Chronos walked off the ship he nodded back to her, "so she just makes a huge storm about us taking the girls then just leaves after a few hours? I don't get people" John thought. John glanced over towards Opal he should probably show her where she is going to be sleeping so she can go to sleep and give her some new cloths. "Twins come here, show our two guests their room give them the empty room in the crew quarters it was room number four if I recall correctly. And find them some clean cloths to wear. " John orders the twins as he turned his attention back to Edward Cynthia and Rose, he wanted to finish all his business so they could set sail before the royal guards come along.

Chronos had had enough of this tomfoolery, which signified that she lost her interest in empathy. Due to this, she started to feel a change inside her, one that caused her to stop and clutch her chest. Suddenly, the violet bracelet she wore held more significance to her, one that she could quite understand. Before she knew it her arms and her muzzle had started to glow in a brilliant yellow light, one that almost blinded her 'human' eyes. Her energy was being put into the light, so she couldn't stand any longer. As she weakly fell to her knees, her arms and muzzle exploded in light, leaving brilliant crimson wings and a beak in their stead. "Not.. now.." she grunted to herself. Of course, she still didn't look like her other half, but it was enough to signify that she wasn't human, but rather something like a Rito in nature.

"I might what he is talking about sounds familiar besides looks like I might be heading home...which I was trying to avoid.....darn" She looked over when she heard a crash and then noticed it was Rose. But when she heard the Captain mention punishment she looked at him. "Punishment? For what?" She raised her eyebrow at him.

Rose thought to herself, be brave, as she approached the captain. She was beyond scared right now, he really did look pissed off right now. Rose figured it was mostly her fault and wanted Cynthia to take no punishment. "Ummm Captain, I gave Cynthia my permission to not tie up the princess. If anyones taking the full punishment, it should be me." She whispered barely auditable. She then gave Cynthia a let me handle this look before facing the captain again.

Edward shook his head at the girl's mentioning of one of the jewel's being a diamond. "Green ruby, black sapphire, and orange ebony." He reached in his pocket with a smirk, "Here's your proof." He pulled out an orange jewel. "I don't bargain with petty information." He had spoken to the twins already so he knew their worth, which amounted to basically nothing to John. "So, who are you willing to give up? The twins are merely for the information. If you want the location or the jewel you will have to throw in a few more bodies." He waited for John to think his offer over. Edward leaned against the railing, "Take your time." He had observed what was going on around him as well. The mentioning of that diamond gave him some interest, so he kept what the girl said in mind for a later date.

"Two more?" he said quietly to himself. Well, that threw a hatchet into his plans. If they sat to take care of the one ship, then one of the other two could come around on the other side and do the same to them. But it would be much harder for them to hit a moving target. And he very much doubted they'd fire on one of their own ships. So, a plan hatched in his head.


"Load port and starboard cannons! First shot you lads hear, you take off. Don't be an easy target, whoever is boarding that ship will be safe from cannon fire. They wouldn't dare fire upon one of their own, especially if it's carrying precious cargo. Whoever's left on board my ship, give them hell. Focus one out, then the other. Bring down their mast if you have to, just make sure you don't get caught in the middle of those two. When we finishing our boarding, we'll help you out as best we can."


That was his plan. Go in, drop them off, then stall until they get two ships of their own. He's had dumber ones, probably, he hoped.

John examined the orange jewelry "Okay, show me its power then." John said still pretty skeptical,"If your fairy tail is true you can have the kids... After they do what I told them to" John said as he shot a glance at them waiting for them to take the two "guests" to their rooms. Then he turned to Cynthia, "home huh? You never really talked about your past, do you wish to share whats your home is like? It might help us get this prize" John said hoping Cynthia will finally share a bit about herself, she didn't talked about herself what so ever since joining the crew. Then turning to Rose he nodded in agreement as she tried to cover for her crewmate, he debated if he should let her take the fall for both of them but decided against it. Disobeying orders was bad enough if he would sentence her guilty for disobeying and issuing orders against the captain's orders he will have to either kill her or literally strip her from everything something he did not want to do. "I know you issued no such orders Rose. You both are not going to get a share from today's prize, and will have to clean the decks for a month." He declared their punishment. Then his attention quickly turned to a beam of light coming from the edge of the ship, he quickly turned to look at it but had to cover his eyes he could see the girl who was walking down towards the port become...something else "What the fuck is that?!" He shouted as he pulled his pistol just in case something bad is going to happen "Oh relax will you? his pistol said, John was surprised his pistol talking him OUT of shooting someone? "Did you get a crush on her while being in her mind?" John teased his pistol "No I am just not evil enough or stupid enough to let you shot her. John was even more surprised "wasn't evil enough"? Who the hell was she? he thought as he watched while being on edge as to what happens with her.

She felt bad that she couldn't have helped Cynthia not get a punishment but she was also glad that she wasn't going to walk the plank. "Yes sir." Rose meekly replied as she watched him leave towards the edge of the boat. It could have been worse, him taking her food away for a month or she having to survive on a island for a couple of weeks until she comes crawling back to him. She felt as if the Captain was being nice to them with the punishment since from the stories of the crew, he was the pinnacle of hell itself.


She saw a beam of light come down from the sky towards the edge of the ship. Rose thought of running towards the light to check it out but then she had a feeling, she should just stay where she is. Oh no...maybe its aliens or maybe its a god? Rose thought as the beam of light still stood there. Rose had been reading too many myth books from her room and lately she's begun to believe some of the outrageous stuff in the books.

There was nothing in the world Chronos would have loved to do than fly off that ship and just leave. However, she didn't want any more people to know about her secret than necessary. Who knows how disastrous that might have been. But the fact of the matter was she still had feathers on her arms, draped down into pseudo-wings that wouldn't allow her to fly. Though in this form, she could easily fly with a quick exchange of a few parts here and there. The beak was another problem on its own. How was she supposed to pass that off as anything other than bird-like? She thought about what to do for a moment, almost frozen in time. She carefully moved herself behind a nearby clump of barrels, hoping no one had just seen that. In the meantime, she had to figure out what to do with her strange body parts. Surely she could get rid of them just the same? This stage of transformation didn't occur too often, and she usually didn't care, so she wasn't sure. But no matter what she did, she couldn't seem to get rid of them. Perhaps she could just wait it out? Would that take too long? She didn't know.

Cynthia was surprised to hear Rose take the blame though to be honest she didn't see what the big deal was. So what she didn't tie up the Princess who cares. "Yeah I'm not scrubbing the deck...and neither is Rose." She didn't really care about not getting money. Money really wasn't a issue for her. "Besides I thought people here got in trouble for normal reasons. Not for silly reasons." She nodded at Edward when he answered her. "Oh...strange thought it was." She shrugged guess she got it mixed up with something else. She then glanced backed over at the Captain he seemed to be curious about where she was from. "Well if we are heading where I think we are heading you will soon find out for your self. But I will tell you this...where I come from people tend to be mad...or a little off...very few people there are actually sane....I'm starting to wonder if you are." She was referring to him talking to himself. "Well even if you are I'm use to it...I've seen some...interesting things."

Edward scoffed, "The rocks don't do anything without the scepter y'damn fool. You've never been skeptical about my information. What are you playing at?" He gave John a look. Edward tapped the hilt of his sword, a habit he picked up whenever he felt someone was trying to pull something with him. "If this were a mere fairy tale then I wouldn't have come all the way here from Tortuga. I could have sold it to anyone with more prize than you." He looked over at the light once it erupted. He was able to see clear as day that the Phoenix girl was changing form. He wasn't human so he could handle the light, he also took out his pistol and aimed it behind the barrels where he saw her move. Edward was tempted to shoot her once through the heart then collect the biggest bounty ever. But he stopped himself, remembering his promise. He put Neptune away, simply waiting and watching.

John grunted as Cynthia called him crazy "I am perfectly fine" John said with his angry tone "And you are going to scrub the deck, disobeying my orders and allowing the princess to escape is not a silly reason, actually the only reason your punishment is so light is because we manged to take her in the end, if she would have escaped trust me you would have begged to scrub the decks." John said then turned to Edward "Fine just because we are old friends I will buy the information, you can have the kids" John told Edward as he walked towards the barrels Chronos hid behind and grunted "I know you are there, now can you come out and explain what the fuck did you just do?!" John said angry he had no idea what have happened and the fact that his pistol tried to calm him down from shooting her made him very uneasy.

Chronos thought on her feet, trying to figure out a way to get out of the situation unnoticed. But she was too busy trying to revert herself for that. "Well uh.. There's no one home right now. Maybe come back later?~" she replied, thinking it would buy her any time at all. Crawling around, she tried to find the best spot to hide. She crawled into a large crate, one whose opening was quite close to the ship's siding. She crawled in, closing the hatch behind her. With any luck, this would be a good spot to stay for a while.

Opal looked around at the scene with bewildered eyes, even more bewildered at the fact that people would be punished due to her inconsiderate actions. With a slight pout, she looked up, her expression consumed with fatigue. Twisting her septum piercing, she watched as seemingly all the problems began to unravel. As intriguing as they were, she didn't want nor need to listen to everyone's dilemmas and shouting. And so, she childishly covered her ears with her small hands with a small yet soft grunt. The gentle rocking of the boat soothed her, and she nearly fell asleep there and then. But, she couldn't; she was afraid.

"No I'm not going to...by the way if you are going to search for the jewels I would like to know which way your headed because if your going where I think your going. You are going to need my help cause you will get lost in more ways then one." After that she walked over to Opal noticing her covering her ears. "Hey you alright? I'm the doctor on this ship so if you got any thing that needs healing or if your feeling sick I can help."

John released a sigh at Chronos attempt to buy time "If you think that is going to work you offend me, I don't like to get offended." John said as he moved closer to the barrels "If you wont come out I will have to force you out." John barked at Chronos. As he walked toward the barrels John grunted at Cynthia "One more word and you will be cleaning the outside of the deck while we are sailing!" John barked with his angry tone without looking at Cynthia which were offering help to Opal, he didn't handle people arguing with him very well.
