Fantasy Crimson Lotus - We take what is ours (Always open)

Desani now had a large dislike for every single one of them. She had a knife to her throat while the Pheonix skipped around. As soon as she got away she's ask for Soloknir to burn the ship to the ground. "Hin bien" she muttered under her breath. (Your foul) "Go to hell Captain John." Her last two words a more colder then her other words."

Chronos - Grazaa Streets

Chronos pursed her lips in thought. "Well, it's not ideal..." she said, looking down for a moment. In fact, now that she thought about it, she didn't like it at all. But at least she'd know someone on the crew... Right? Turning to the woman, she bounded back up to them. "It's okay! I'll be with you!" she said, then leaned in to whisper very quietly in her ear. "Maybe we'll get away in the night," she said with a small giggle. Then, she took a step back to consider John the captain. "Welllll maybe you'd be more likable if you didn't threaten to murder people, but maybe that's just my take on it," she advised with a concluding nod.

Buras~Open Waters near Grazaa

As much as he liked making money in town, there was always something about leaving one that made Buras feel excitement. Perhaps it was the prospect of the adventure to come, or that there would be one. Or, more often then not, it was the prospect of getting even more money. This little bounty/fetch quest that noble had given him provided both. A good little adventure, and lots of money. The length and amount of money acquired on the adventure would vary, depending on how long it took to catch the ship in question. But either way, an adventure was an adventure and money was money.

"One of you spritely ones!" he shouted from behind the wheel, "Get up into the crows nest, keep a look out for our ship! I don't want to miss it once." He was painfully aware of how unfit some of his crew men were when it came to climbing anything. They were the ones that more or less just loaded the cannons and off loaded cargo. Muscly S.O.B.s, but not exactly the most limber. Now, if there was a woman on his ship he'd have her practically living up there. The few he saw in the rigging scrambled up it like a monkey. But as it was, them being on his ship he saw as bad luck. They were always sticking there noses where it didn't belong and caused trouble that was not needed.

Opal stared at the man before her with a deep frown. There was no way she would be trusting anymore strangers of which she didn't know or seemed like a pirate. "I will not accept your help. I apologise." She mumbled as she stood up from behind the barrels and walked towards the others with a large amount of reluctance. She grimaced at John holding the sword at Desani's neck and cuddled herself with her arms. She was only thankful that the storm had stopped, as did the ringing in her ears. As long as Des was with her, she was sure it would be okay.

John Rightfall - Grazza island streets

John was still in a good mood, even though Desani order the dragon to burn his ship down "Listen, I am in a good mood right now, how about you tell your dragon to go back to his... cave?" John wasn't sure where the dragon came from "I promise I won't harm you,I will even sheath my sword if you do so, I just wish to talk for a bit after you serve your punishment for killing Sam you will be free to go." John said, he wanted Desani to teach him the dragon tongue, he didn't feel like stabbing her every time he wanted to talk to a dragon, and also for her to show him where the dragons come from. Once he has his own dragon, he had no use for Desani at that point he would probably really let her go, maybe force her to pay a bit more money before doing so. Then he noticed Opal came back, on her own. John was puzzled she had the perfect chance to escape using the storm as cover "You are a very weird princess, you first refused to be taken back to your parents, then escape even though you know you will get captured again, and then when you actually have the perfect chance to escape you come back on your own. I am unsure what to think about you anymore." John laughed as he finished his sentence.

OPAL- GRAZAA ISLAND STREETS

"There was an even stranger man," she pouted, looking over towards the barrels accusingly. With a hidden sad expression, she adjusted her septum piercing and fiddled with her now wet dress with great discomfort. Watching John actually laugh when he spoke made her frown, but then she had realised what her friend had caused: death. It scared her. "Des? You killed somebody?" She questioned with a sour expression, keeping her distance from her 'friend'. Opal didn't care that the man was a pirate, murder was murder. She would rather walk herself to the ship, and despite being held hostage there, anything would've been better than home. Well, what she had called home anyway. From now on, she promised herself, she would try to keep a safe distance from Desani. Opal now knew what she was capable of.

Chronos - Grazaa Streets

Chronos wasn't really paying much attention to what was going on until Opal came back. Once she did, everything seemed a little off. Everyone was in a bit of a doldrum if you will. By now, the clouds were parting and the sun shone through, saying its hellos as it returned from its brief absence. "It's a beautiful day! We should be enjoying it not creating drama!" she said, though there was little chance of her persuading them otherwise anyway. She was in a chipper mood now that she got to be among friends. He never stayed long enough to build relationships, and she knew that wasn't healthy. So, He could deal with a little togetherness time for now. She turned to say something to Koziak, but as soon as she saw his face, she stopped. After a moment, she turned back to Opal, reviving her cheery smile. "At least we'll be together! Friends, friends!" she said excitedly, looking around once she had finished.

Desani was about to reply to John when Opal asked her if she killed someone. Her voice was calm and disciplined as she replied "Iv killed hundreds of men sending them out to war. Let's not forget pirates kill each other as well. So yes he touched my arm and I put a knife in his chest." No remorse in her voice whatsoever. She then replied to John "Soloknir will remain in the area." She then looked at the building Soloknir watched them upon "Bo, Soloknir" She spoke calm and kindly to the dragon, much kinder then she ever talked to them. Soloknir took of in the sky's and flew around the sky, flying in large circles around the area they stood in.

Desani then said to John in a cool tone "Your turn."

John noticed as Opal were in disbelief about her friend killing a man "You really are naive aren't you little princess?" John said with a smile, she really wasn't ready to this life he thought, Bringing her into the ship might be a big mistake. Then as the "crazy storm girl" tried to lighten the mood he shook his head and laughed "it will take a bit more than that to calm things down I am afraid" he thought to himself yet said nothing. He kinda wished she some how could calm everything down so he could finally return to his ship and crew.

John sighed as the dragon stayed nearby, he of course didn't really think it will work any way at least he wasn't going to burn his ship... yet. Though Desani didn't exactly did her part of the deal entirely she did take the first step, even if it was more of a half step than a step, he sheathed his sword but pull his pistol and aimed at her rather causally, technically he followed the deal more than Desani did since he did sheathed his sword he didn't say he wont pull his gun afterwards.

Grazza; streets

She instantly stepped away from the captain as soon as she was let go of. And smirked slightly as he pulled out his pistol. "Surely you must understand I cannot completly trust you, so my only defense will remain." She paced slightly, relieved to walk again. She certainly carried herself strong as a queen does. Of course she knew she took a life. She remembered when she had to send men off to war. It was hard. But slowly as she developed to be alone, her heart grew cold too. Her people respected her for being strong and independent. They loved her. She would never let anybody see her emotion.

Desani looked at John "Speak then?" She questioned.

OPAL- GRAZAA ISLAND STREETS

Opal looked shocked and disappointed at what Desani had said. It was as if she hadn't known the girl at all. In many ways, Opal was very innocent and naive, as John had previously said so when he did say it, she just gently nodded, agreeing to what he had said. At this point she wasn't even fazed when he held the fun to Desani, she just pretended to ignore the whole situation. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind and all that. The whole thought made her feel nauseous, and the only thing she could think was that she had befriended a murderer. Sam had touched her arm and then she stabbed him. The level of frustration and disrespect was unbearable. Words couldn't describe how she felt.

Bringing her hand to a fist, she tiredly rubbed at her eyes with a plump pout that hung on her face with discomfort. Stifling a yawn, she watched and listened in to the conversation with Chronos and John, trying to get their attention all the while with small and soft grunts. "I'm tired," she mumbled childishly, as if expecting the others to help her deal with her fatigue. The cooling air made her close her eyes, and she swayed with the wind before slowly opening her eyes again and chewing the inside of her lip. Every time she blinked her eyelids seemed heavier than lead.

Chronos - Grazaa Streets

Chronos tipped her head. "Isn't that kinda mean?" she asked, then thought about it as the realization hit her. She blinked a few times, still processing what she just deduced, a blank expression masking her face. She decided to ignore it... For now. In the meantime, she saw him pull out a pistol, and it looked very pretty. In fact, a bit too pretty. Her personality had been crossed with His for quite a while, and some of his instincts were rubbing off on her. She slowly accelerated until she made her way to John, trying to get the pistol from him. "Can I hold it for a second?" she asked, never taking her eyes off of it. Her eyes were wide as she eyed it, frantically trying to get the pretty object. Her attention was no longer on anything else than the golden firearm.

Edward Longshanks - Grazaa Streets

Edward had left long before everyone else after the girl declined his offer. The storm dying down did give him a bit of relief. He still needed to talk to the captain of the Crimson Lotus nevertheless.

- Crimson Lotus

Edward had snuck on the ship, resting against the wheel while peeling another Orange he grabbed from his Dinghy before going onto the bigger ship. He waited patiently for John, humming a song to himself as he did so. He was facing towards the island so that no one could come at him from behind. It wasn't that he didn't trust them, but they were pirates after all.

Nathaniel Sullivan ~ Sea's Treasure

Nathan saw a boy of maybe ten or twelve attempt to scramble up the shrouds at the captain's order, "Whoa there!" he cried as he picked the boy up by the collar of his shirt, "I'll not have any powder monkey go and break his neck on the spar because he was too reckless for his own good." he explained as the boy wriggled and struggled to get free. He set him back down on his feet only to be rewarded with a, "Bugger off old man!" and a hard stomp on the foot.

Causing Nathan to cry out and hop backwards as the boy stormed away, eliciting a round of whoops and ruckous laughter from the crew. Trying to shake off his embarrassment as the crew shouted up friendly jeers he made his way up to the crow's nest, feeling his cheeks grow red. A mere boy! Well the the ship didn't lack spunk that's for sure. The wind from the lookout drowned out the laughter below as he climbed into the crow's nest. He took out the spyglass that hung on his belt next to his daggers and peered out into the ocean, searching for whoever the captain was after. What was he looking for anyway? A naval ship? A mercenary ship?

After a while a small speck of a ship came into view on the horizon, "Ship to the southeast!". He took another look in the glass, trying to make the tiny blur come into focus, "She bares yellow sails with a white crest!" he hollered down. It didn't look like a huge ship but it was big enough that it could carry a good amount of treasure. That also meant a decent sized crew...

"Well, let's see if it's our ship!" Buras shouted. "Right lads, load the cannons below deck with round shot. Don't roll them out unless you hear a shot fired up here, then light the fuse and cover your ears. Raise a white flag! Ask for parley. Those coming with me, we're low on supplies and our map was lost to sea in a storm. If it's our ship, we're boarding and looking for that item. We won't even be able to return it if we sink the ship." The last sentence he more or less grumbled to himself. He was ashamed to admit that that had happened upon occasion, both as a captain and serving under others. It hurt your reputation, made people think you weren't the right one for a job or that they could buy at lower prices and sell for higher. All three of those cost money.

John smiled as Desani didn't order her dragon to attack, his risky show of good faith payed off maybe "Well as you probably know dragons are very powerful, considering you used them a lot in the wars you fought. Now I would like one to call mine, now I am not stupid enough to take yours, I doubt you will hand them over freely but I even more so doubt the dragon will follow me. So how about you teach me the dragon tongue and where I can get a dragon egg, once I become fluent in the dragon tongue and get a baby dragon you will be free to go, I will have no need for you after that, and during your time on the ship teaching me you will be treated as a honorary guest" John thought his proposal was fair, though what little he knew about Desani from the little time they have fought each other he wasn't sure she would agree. John noticed Opal's dis comfort or maybe shock he wasn't sure which one was it, he wondered how she would feel after she will board his ship, while his crew doesn't aim to kill people for no reason, when you shot a cannon barrage onto a different ship usually there casualties. "So am I, trust me when I say this I want nothing more then to go back to my ship and sail away from this Island." John remarked at Opal's childish complain. He ignored Chronos as she said it was mean, to be honest he wasn't sure who she was referring to, him for asking Desani to serve time at the ship or Desani for killing Sam. Then he noticed she dashed towards him, he manged to stop his instinct to aim the pistol at her, since he doubted she will try to harm him if she did she could have done so easily enough without getting close as she have already showed, and he couldn't afford not to aim at Desani at the moment, he did how ever put his free hand on the hilt of his sword ready to unsheathe it if needs be. "No you can't have my pistol I kinda need it right now...besides if you do as little as touch it you might go insane" There was a reason why no one used the sword at pistol at his old crew and why they were locked in a chest, every one who tried went mad, "Hunted" if you wish, though John could hear the pistol's and sword's talking when he was in the treasure room and even engaged in a conversion with them a few times so he learned that he would be able to wield them before stealing them, he wouldn't do something so stupid otherwise.

Lo and La were on the Crimson Lotus. "Can't wait for tonight." Lo winked at him seductively. "Me either." La replied, smiling happily. La was busy with a training dummy currently, playing with his swords and trying some new techniques while Lo was sat down reading. Her book was quite advanced for someone of her age and La's fighting abilities were exceptional despite his age.

Chronos - Grazaa Streets

Chronos frowned, quite obviously displeased by her answer. Unsatisfied, she touched it anyway. It was kind of like a childish way of doing something that an adult said they couldn't do. It wasn't just that she wanted to; it was also that she wanted to spite the person for trying to tell her what to do. She was, after all, quite used to doing whatever she wanted. She looked at the finger touching the pistol for a moment, then back up at him, wondering what would happen next.

Desani hit her lip as he finished. The only thing that worried her was her kingdom, her advisors were smart enough to take over while she was gone, but they have also made countless mistakes in ruling and even got them into war once. But she supposed she would have to try.

"The tongue of Dovah, is ancient and by far the most difficult to learn, it takes years of mastery, depending on the mind. Another thing is you must serve the dragon, and it in turn will serve you. They are companions and ancient beast, they are the most powerful creatures alive, form a bind with one and you will gain other dragons respect as wel. I know where to get an egg. I'll agree, to serve my debt with you, although I do not agree with it. But make no mistake, Soloknir will be accompanying us, he will check up on my kingdom every two weeks then come back." Her voice calm. Back straight. It was odd for someone to look so young and get carry herself as a queen.

She saw the shock in Opals face. Little Opal was always so naive to the world as it was. She would make a generous queen. But not a strong one.

Chronos - Grazaa Streets

Soon after she touched it, everything around her seemed to disappear as darkness arose. Looking up at the sky, she saw the smallest sliver of the moon, surrounded with twinkling stars. In the distance, she heard a shriek, which immediately forced her head to swivel that way. A faint orange glow outlined the buildings in that direction, insinuating that there was quite a bit of light emitting from something. Cautiously, she walked that way, seeing nobody on the streets. Other than that shriek, the town seemed rather desolate and eerie. Weaving through the buildings, she heard the crackle of a fire, drawing in her attention. Before she rounded the next corner, she heard voices, ones that didn't seem quite nice.

"What do we do with this one, captain?" one asked maliciously. The captain replied, "Ehhh toss 'em in the fire." He gave a hearty chuckle as some more people joined him. "No, please! Anything but that! I'll wash your decks! I'll give you all I have! Just not that!" the man pleaded, having nothing to lose. The captain gave a grunt. "How pathetic. We couldn't use someone as weak as you anyway!" he replied just as Chronos started to peak around the corner. Eyes wide, she watched as two men threw another into a pit of fire. The man screamed in agony, and it seemed to last a lifetime. Chronos breathed heavily, anxiety building as the captain looked around, grinning maliciously.

"Who's next?" he bellowed, scanning the captive crowd. No one dared move or make a sound, stuck in their cowarding poses. As he looked around, he seemed to look right at her, and she froze. "Aye, it looks like we've got ourselves a volunteer!" he said as he sauntered towarda her. A blur later, she found herself held by two men, each restraining an arm. "Any last words?" the captain asked, glaring at her as he smiled that stupid smile. Before she could respond, they pushed her into the fire.

Before she felt a lick of the flames, she started with an ear piercing shriek, falling to her knees with her thighs together but her feet spread apart. She held her head in a protective position vefore realizing she was safely back in that street, looking at John's feet. She was too stunned to immediately react, and all that remained was her deep breathing.

John shook his head and close his eyes, "Why would you do such a stupid fucking thing?!" John declared but Chronos was gone already, he could see it in her eyes she was seeing something horrible unfold right in front of her eyes. John wondered what it was, then he remembered that his pistol is the one who is showing her that "What are you showing her?" John asked his pistol, trying to keep his pistol a secret would be pointless now so he didn't care about talking to it in front of every one. "Just some pirates who came to this islands a few hundreds years ago...You will never believe who she is though, its very fascinating" His pistol responded, John wasn't sure what he meant he couldn't see what his pistol was showing her, but he cared about the second part a lot more "What do you mean who is she?" John said annoyed knowing his pistol is likely not to tell him "I wouldn't worry about that if I were you" His pistol said as he laughed "Last time you did that the princess was not tied and ran away because of it, who side are you on?" John said even more annoyed "No one's side I am a demon who is stuck in a pistol that is going to live forever, they only reason I am with you is because you provide entertainment. Don't every think we are friends or something stupid like that." His pistol said with a rather serious tone, one he didn't use often, John did nothing but sigh, he of course knew that already but having his pistol hide important things from him was still annoying. "Anyway will she be okay?" John said "Hmmm I think so the effect will be over in a few hours, she only touched me with a finger, if she doesn't kill her self by then that is" His pistol said. John looked as Chronos fall down to her knees over towards Bella and Cynthia "You will need to bind her and carry her to the ship probably,if you have some sort of a sleeping drug that would help, make sure you actually tie her though... This time its for both your and her safety trust me." John said remembering the fact that both disobeyed him by not tying Opal "And don't think I forgot" John added.

He then turned his attention to Desani "As long as he doesn't burn the ship down, I have no problem with that. Guess we better start then if it takes so long. Lets get the hell out of the Island already and board the ship shall we?" John said nodding with his head making a sign for Desani to start walking towards the old port.

Opal watched with curious eyes and then sighed with relief, appreciating the fact that she hadn't been asked to be tied up. Listening to John speak further about her childish complaint, she let out a frown with an obviously irritated pout and crossed her arms. At this point, she really did look like a young and innocent child. Her feet refused to carry her another step; she whimpered with tiredness. It was almost as if she expected someone to pick her up and carry her around. Yes, she was that childish.

Squealing as she yawned, she curled her hands into fists and leant up to rub her eyes with them, collecting a few years as she did so. "Can we please go now?" She had asked, more forcefully than she originally expected to. It wasn't in her best interests to see Desani in such discomfort, and Chronos screaming and whimpering. It was too much for her to handle.

Desani watched with a blank face as Chronos dropped to the ground. Taking pity on her for what she was experiencing through the pistol. This situation was ridiculous. She didn't even want to go on the ship. She spoke to Soloknir privately for a moment, walking away from the group and speaking of the arangment she had to agree to. Soloknir leaned his head down as she kissed his forehead.

While her lips remained on his head, his formed seemed to become smaller, although still fairly large, he now looked as if he could sit on the ship and not crush it. Now smaller, Soloknir took off to the sky and flew towards the docks. Desani silently started making her way to the docks as well.
