Most of the time he acts only after having thought about the decision sufficiently, and because of this he was widely regarded as rather slow and methodical. He is undeniably smart, and prefers intellectual work to physical one. Years of sitting in his office made him have very little in the way of muscles or any physical strength.
Backstory: Seth was born in a middle class family somewhere in New York City. As he grew up, his father taught him to respect and earn money, he believed it to be the pathway to happiness. Seth studied well, and attended one of the best colleges in his state. When it came time to choose a university, he chose a financial profile. He wanted to be a businessman, and have his own business. When he finished the university, with the help of his parents' money and a loan from a bank, he founded his first company, that named after himself as "Spencer Sports Corp.". The company was selling various sport equipment. At first it stagnated, but then Seth got lucky and more and more customers appeared with each day. The company began to prosper, but as more stock and capital was purchased, the harder it was to manage the company, even with the help of various managers or CEOs. Seth began sleeping very little, mostly fueling himself with caffeine over many sleepless nights. His health suffered greatly, and he developed heart issues by the age of 29. Now, at 31, he decided to take a two-months-long break from his corporate life. His destination of choice was Asia, and it just so happened that the plane he flew in was flying straight over the ill-fated Romea Island.

a multi-usage weapon, youkai rarely uses unless needed. a large scythe-like blade that shifts into a large broad sword, but can also be used as a high-distant sniper that is safely tucked against his back, concealed behind his trench coat, or otherwise stashed away somewhere easily grabbable.
