Wait, what?
Hey everyone I want to start by saying that this post is probably both sloppy AND ugly. I don’t have time to make it look fancy right now, but hopefully that won’t deter you away from reading!
As the title says, I am dying to do an Aaron Hotchner/Spencer Reid rp.
I would prefer to play Hotch, but I’m willing to switch it up and be Spencer if you wanted me to. I’m also willing to do a Hotch/OC but I don’t really like OCs so you’d have to make a very compelling argument here.
I’m fine with AU’s or more canon based plots as well, so don’t be shy if you have something super weird in your head. I’m super weird. So we will probably get along.
What I look for in a roleplay: I like angst. Actually I love angst. And romance. But if you are a person who likes shoving romance onto two characters the second we start posting I’m sorry but we won’t work out. I adore slow burn! I live for that shit honestly. I need to build up a relationship overtime and really get in and dig my fingers into the characters thoughts and feelings before romance can happen. I also like darker themes, but am totally fine with doing something light hearted and fun.
I have a few triggers but they aren’t really important to note here, but please! If you are interested! Tell me your triggers first! I like to include darker themes into my roleplays and I don’t want to accidentally upset someone.
POST LENGTH: I know, I know. Everyone always goes on about this but it seriously is an issue for me! I need at the very least two full, detailed paragraphs. I need details and dialogue and I definitely need to be able to see into your characters head. I want to know how they are feeling inside, what they think about the situation they are in, and so on. I need that in order for an rp between us to survive. I can’t live on an rp that only includes minor dialogue and actions, I will lose interest.
So I might ask you for a sample of your writing. Please don’t take offense, I just don’t want to waste either of our times here. If our rping styles don’t match up then at least we didn’t waste time making a detailed plot together. I’ll provide samples as well if anyone asks!
Also I prefer semi-lit to lit roleplays. I make mistakes and I’m sure you will to, so that’s beyond fine. But I need to be able to understand what you are trying to convey in your post.
I also want to be able to discuss plots and ideas with you! I’m not interested in your personal life or what you had for breakfast, but if you want to talk Criminal Minds with me I highly encourage it. It will help us both know more about where we stand in making a plot that will work. Besides I love talking about that damn show, and I would love to have someone with just as much enthusiasm!
