Creating URL Links (Or something)

So you know when there are cute little words highlighted that if you click them they take you to another page? Like if I said, click here to go to blah blah. I want to know so I can put an indiscreet link to my deviantArt in my signature. A code would be fine, at least if this option even exists. Thanks, homefries! :3
