Before we beging, I would like to dismiss a common misconception. Harem is not ecchi. It is true that they are often found together, but all harem implies is a group of girls who all fall in love with the same guy or a group of guys who all fall in love with the same girl (in the case of a reverse harem).
For this particular case MxM pairing and FxF pairings will also be allowed in this thread.

So, the idea here is simple. Take characters from anime you have seen and fill the slots with their pics, names (and anime they came from) and a small description of why they are there and who they are. I will provide an example here.

You must fill all the following:

Tsundere: (I hope I don´t have to explain this one)
Deredere: (always bubbly, kind, cheerful...)
Ojoudere/Himedere/Kamidere: (acts superior in every way and demands to be treated like royalty or deity)
Loli: (appearance or mannerism of a child)
Kuudere: (pretty much emotionless-seeming people)
Dandere: (acts distant and aloof from people)
The weapon: (was used as some kind of single-minded assassin or fighter, maybe tried killing their love interest)
Yandere: (obsessive about their love interest to the point of being psychotic with possible challengers)
Childhood friend: (pretty much a free spot)
Little sister (or brother): (name says it all)
Older Sister/brother: (name says it all again)
Maid/Butler: (a character that is pretty much a servant)
The Trap: (has the traditional appearance and mannerisms of the opposite sex)
The guerrila: (pretty much a human gorila, very strong, very brute)
Monster or animal person: (has features and/or behaviors of a non-human living being)
The Robot: (a humanoid robot)
The Student Council President: (a very uptight person who tries to instruct good behavior on others)
The Fangirl: (admires the love interest and has developed romantic feelings because of it)
The Chuunyubu from another life: (this one may be a bit too hard, so it´s optional, but it´s basically a character with eight grade syndrome who believes their love interest to have met them in another life)
The Pervert: (a character with some kind of hypersexual obsession, optional so as to not promote searching for any of these and so not break site rules. Description not required either)
The Genius: (a super intelligent character)
The "plot": (a larger-than-life rack)
The washing board: (a smaller-than-life rack)
The meddling friend or just going for the ride character: (a character that is only really there to help some other one get the affection they wish or a character that falls in love just because everyone else is also at it)
Waifu/Husbando Bait: (so utterly perfect for a relationship you can pretty much tell at a glance they will not win in the end)
Idol: (some kind of singer or perfomer, quite famous usually)
Magical girl: (optional)(a girl with magical powers which usually involve some form of outfit change)

BONUS ROUND (optional)
The Rival: (a character that is of the same gender as you that tries to sway away your harem, being too perfect)
The classmate guy: (a character that is the same gender as you, and is there to offer exposition and claim their envy at your harem)


Note: all chosen characters must be real cannon characters from an actual anime!
Note 2: Remember to provide the aforementioned names, animes, pic and description for each slot!
Note 3: characters cannot be repeated for the various roles, even if they could theoritically fill various different ones
Note 4: more role suggestions are welcome!

Tsudendere: Chitogue Kirisaki from Nisekoi

Chitoge is the daughter of a mafia gang who recently moved back to Japan. She is quite strong, and a bit hotheaded, but so freagin kawaii!... The reasons I chose her were... [insert reasons]

Tsundere: Misaka mikoto from a certain magical index. Gets saved once by the main character and immediately becomes jelly whenever she's around him. But she still kicks his ass and zaps him.

Deredere: Nanana from nananana's treasure. A generally bubbly and positive character.

Ojoudere/Himedere/Kamidere: Yukino from Yahari. Started off as an arrogant ojousama.

Loli: Natsuki from strike the blood. 26 but looks like a school girl

Kuudere: rei from evangelion. Pretty much has no emotion until the middle of the series. Even then, it's pretty deadpan and lacking in strength.

Dandere: urarara shiraishi from yamada kun. Basically makes out with the main character and is in love with him from the beginning, but you couldn't tell just by looking at her.

The weapon: asuka from evangelion. Prides herself on being an eva pilot. That's her role in life.

Yandere: Kurumi from date a live. Best girl,but damn she makes me nervous. And I have a lot of fan art. :3

Childhood friend: adagaki from masamume kun. Childhood friend turned asshole

Little sister (or brother): Komachi from yahari. cute bubbly little sister. Is normal compared to her cynical brother.

Older Sister/brother: akihisa's sister from baka to test. Best girl.

Maid/Butler: Rem form re zero(BEST GIRL). BEST GIRL

The Trap: konoe from Mayo chiki. Has to be a guy at school,but is really a girl.

The guerrila: Chitoge from Nisekoi. Beats up the main character. Fits tsundere,but her nickname is gorilla. Couldn't pass this one up.

Monster or animal person:Soul eater's blaire. Cat girl waifu witch

The Robot: RyuZU from clockwork planet. New waifu. Is a robot.

The Student Council President: Shino from setokai yakuindomo. Pervert,but doesn't allow people to show public shows of affection

The Fangirl: Sakura from nozaki kun. Admired nozaki for being a mangaka, had a crush and then fell for him

The Chuunyubu from another life: Ako from netoge. Met her "husband" in game. Only wanted to do, "couples" stuff in game at first.

The Pervert: Himeji from baka to test. Closet pervert. Her halloween summoning turned out like this

The Genius: Makise Kurisu from Stiens;gate. Best girl. Fits a lot of these.

The "plot": Wiz from konosuba. Wiz!

The washing board: Furano from nounai. Is conscious of her boobs,but she's adorable regardless.

The meddling friend or just going for the ride character: Mirage from macross delta. Liked the main character but ended up being 2016's best wingman

Waifu/Husbando Bait: Hazuki from kishuku gakkou no juliet. Cute, always liked the main character, and confessed before chapter 200000000000. She was rejected despite being best girl. I know its from a manga,but this girl is one of the best :3

Tsundere: Tomoyo Kanzaki from "When Supernatural battles became commonplace"

Tomoyo was once a chunnubyu who managed to get herself cured (mostly). She teased her still chunnibyu love interest until they actually ended up with abilities, hers being "Closed Clock" the ability to manipulate time. While the ability was certainly one of the reasons I chose her, her attitude as a tsundere, being a lot less potentially deadly than most and with a generally more helpful and gentle attitude than most tsunderes, makes her much more fitting for my tastes.

Deredere: Eris from Konosuba

Unfortunately, the description for this one is a bit too much of a spoiler. You´ll have to let me off the hook with her being a goddess who helps guiding people to their next life, and is much nicer than her counterpart, Aqua.

Ojoudere/Himedere/Kamidere: Theia (Theiamillis Gre Mastir Sagurada Von Forthothe) from "Rokujouma no Shinryakusha?!"

Theia is the 7th princess of the galactic empire, with a powerful battleship equipped with great technological might, including shields, teleporting and planet-breaking lasers. The catch is that she has to conquer a planet without resorting to any of her power as a princess in order to have a claim to the throne. The planet and the base from which she has to start conquering it, are found with randomly generated coordinates in the universe by a super advanced computer. And it happened to land right in the love interest´s apartment. This himedere not only has a reason to her claims of royalty, she has great tech at her disposal, is willing to help out once she warms up to you and most importantly, is absolutely adorable when she´s not being "himedere".

Loli: Yoshino from "Date a Live"


Yoshino is a spirit, a girl who appeared at the center of a mysterious natural catastrophe known as a spacequake, holding a unique set of powers. In her case, she can control and generate ice. Her garment is also an incredibly strong defense. The puppet in her hand , Yoshinon, is actually live, being a split personality of hers and also her only friend and someone who helped her cope with her shyness up to the encounter with the love interest. Super cute, and can freeze people.

Kuudere: Eu (Eucliwood Hellscythe) from "Ore wa Zombie Desu Ka)

The most powerful of necromancers, Eucliwood Hellscythe is so powerful she has to wear an armor to restrict her powers, never speak and contain her emotions, just to prevent herself from tearing reality apart. She still cares about people, though, and brought her love interest back to life as her servant zombie, taking in any pain from the wounds he receives. She communicates via a notebook. I chose her over the power she wields and her dedication to keep everyone safe.

Dandere: Claris Tonitolus from "Shoushin Shoujo Matoi"

Claris is an exorcist for the church capable of fusing with a being from a higher dimension to fight other beings from higher dimensions that threatened our world. Being a member of the church, being a good fighter, a helping hand with some spirit of self-sacrifice, all good points in my view.

The weapon: Vivio Takamachi from "Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS", "Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Vivid Strike" and "Vivid Strike"

Vivio is the clone of an ancient queen that ruled over of the greatest technomagical kingdoms in the history of the multiverse. She was created for the purposes of activating the ark, a ship with the power to whipe out a dimension and potentially become indestructible. She was also charged with the ship´s power and brainwashed into fighting her adoptive mother, fighting on pair witht he ace of aces while still being around 3. Since then, she lost that power, but is slowly becoming closer and closer to her other self as she dedicates herself to perfecting her magical martial arts. The little rabbit she carries is actually a protective device that allows her to transform into a grown-up for the purposes of fighting. Having great potential and excellent connections and being super nice in terms of personality, Vivio even manages to pack the loli and the mature woman into one package.

Yandere: Jibril from "No Game No Life"

Jibril is a Fuegel, an angel-like race created as means of one deity to fight the others in the great war to decide who´d become the one true god of that world. When the god of games, Tet, won by default, he made it so violence was forbidden, as was any form of crime, leaving the once extremely powerful and high tech Fuegels with no purpose. They chose to chase after knowledge, in all it´s forms, and Jibril was no exception. She was later defeated in a game in which she bet herself, becoming the property of the love interest. Her killing instincts make her a yandere, but with serving and her thirst for knowledge, she´d defintely be useful in learning new things myself.

Childhood friend: Noel from "Sora no Method"



Noel is an alien summoned by standing in a circle with friends and making a wish while chanting her invocation. She parked her spaceship above a town and descended to attempt to aid in fulfilling said wish. However, in the end of the day she doesn´t just look like a little girl, she is one. And of the most damm adorable thing ya´ll ever encounter.

Little sister (or brother): Shizuko Kurogane from "Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry"

When her older brother was rejected and mistreated by his family, this prodigy sister ressented them, while growing more and more affectionate with her brother, deciding to give him all the love that he didn´t get from the rest of the family. For both this dedication and her mastery of her magical talent, I have chosen her.

Older Sister/brother: Mami Tomoe from "Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika"

Not really an older sister, but an older sister type character, Mami is a magical girl who hunts witches for justice, after having made a deal with Kyubey to save her life. Her powers include summoning and telepathically shooting guns and summoning magical, self-tying ribbons.

Maid/Butler: Tohru from "Kobayashi-san chi no dragon maid"

Tohru is a powerful and lonely dragon from another dimension that came wounded into ours. After being rescued by her love interest, by the pulling of a sword, she happily agrees to stay as the maid of the love interest. Tohru, in spite of her constant cheerfulness and bubbliness is actually quite the learner, and the package comes with all the might of a dragon and all the sweetness and usefulness of a maid.

The Trap: Ren & Run Jewelria from "To love ru"

Ren (the guy) and Run (the girl) are two aliens who while not sharing a form, share a body. Their species is born with two people in one body, and they switch when they sneeze. Run is absolutely lovely, even if Ren is a competitive (and sometimes helpful) guy who wants to be as manly as possible.

The guerrila: Liru from "Renkin San-Kyuu Magical? Pookan"

Liru is a werewolf from a magic world who came into ours as a sort of...vacation I guess? She is obsessed with meat, her physical strength is ridiculous, but looking at the moon or anything that reminds her of a full moon will temporarily transform her into a puppy. The choice was made on the basis of her being kind and chill, and being somewhat of a dog.

Monster or animal person: Millhiore Firianno Biscotti from "Dog Days"

This girl is the princess of an entire kingdom of dog people. It´s hard to beat her in kindness, but she is also a determined leader who can wield one of her kingdom´s most powerful weapons, has some good tactical decisions up her sleeve, and is an excellent singer. Plus she often actually acts like a dog, a trait that´s more rare than you´d think.

The Robot: Ritsu from "Assassination Classroom"

Ritsu is an AI developed to kill a particular monstrous teacher. After failing, the monster went and messed with her programming, allowing her to go from a lack of personality to the cheerful and helpful girl she is. With a connection to the internet and having the capacity to self-upgrade, Ritsu is an adorable AI with a real online toolbox at your disposal.

The Student Council President: Hayate Yagami from "Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha double A´s" and "Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS"

Pain-bearing, motherly and kind Hayate is no short of a wonderful girl who constantly cares about others, and often lectures them about how to do certain things. She even befriended her sworn servants, the four knights bound to the book of darkness, a technomagical artifact that always killed it´s owner. After mastering it, she began to wield it´s power and was even able to revive the fifth knight with a new name to beffit how the book would now be used.

The Fangirl: Ochako Uraraka from "Boku no Hero Academia"

Uraraka is a student at the most prestigious hero course, the UA´s hero course. Her superpower, named a "quirk" in her universe (in which pretty much everyone has one) is to cancel the gravity of things she touches. She is bubbly, kind and on a quest to use the payment of being a hero to aid her parents, who owned a failing construction firm. She falls in love with her love interest via the admiration she had for him for his determination.

The Chuunyubu from another life: Megumin from "Konosuba"

One of the few justified chuunibyou´s there is, Megumin is part of a race born with extraordinary intelligence and magic talent... and silly names... However, in the search for coolness that made her into the kind of chuunibyou she is, she decided to only take up one type of magic: explosion magic, an incredibly powerful form of magic that causes one huge blast... and leaves her unable to move, only being usable once a day.

The Pervert: Lieselotte Sherlock from "Trinity Seven"

A powerful and seductive mage, this girl has chosen a school of magic that not only allows her to manipulate space and time, but also allows her to suck up the magic of others through physical contact. To be honest, the choice was made based on her power.

The Genius: Mizuki Himeji from "Baka to test"

The smartest girl in a school whose living conditions is based on their grades, she ended up in the failing class for having been sick on the day of the exam. However, she quickly showed her real smarts. She is a lovey-doey girl, usually chill unless jealous, just don´t try her cooking. It can be deadly weapon.

The "plot": Tohka from "Date a Live"


Cheerful and loyal, but easily jealous, Tohka is innocent as a child, but has the build of a woman in her prime, and is even stronger. She is a spirit, wielding a huge sword and being able to cause earthquakes and generate nearly impenetrable shields. Oh and she can fly. But her love for eating really shows in her face as she does it, extremely cute!

The washing board: Eclair Martinozzi from "Dog Days"

She is the leader of a royal unit of knights and a tsundere inumimi with a great hold on her raw power of her "seal power". She has an adoration for both her duty and her queen. And is somewhat conscious of her breasts.

The meddling friend or just going for the ride character: Shizuko Sangou from Kampfer

After receiving a weird stuffed animal, this rich prodigical student council president became part of a competition among two teams to solve an intergalict war dispute, via human representatives fighting and killing each other. These people, named "Kampfers" are given special powers in one of three classes. Her class is "Schwert", users of bladed weapons. Her manipulative side and quick ability to understand people´s thoughts and emotions would make her a great support for any relationship.

Waifu/Husbando Bait: Marika Tachibana from "Nisekoi"

Daughter of the police commissioner and seemingly holding an almost complete control over the police force, she is charming, cute, talented and so on... Her frail constitution is the only thing that keeps her apart from her love interest, that and how her complete and utter devotion to him could start a gang war...

Idol: Kanon Nakagawa from "world God only knows"

Formerly in a singing group, she was the only one to make it in the show world from all her friends, giving her a sense of lacking. However, upon meeting the love interest who seems to be the only one not devoted to being her fan, she makes a point of making him a fan, and eventually falls in love. A truly bittersweet story she had, and my desire to see more of her is what got her on this list.

Magical Girl: Tama (Tama Inubozaki) from "Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku"

This poor unfortunate soul is an extremely meek and shy girl who ended up becoming a magical girl and got trapped in a death game because of it. Her powers allow her to create a hole anywhere she scratches and up until the death game started, her task was to use such an ability to collect magical candy by doing good deeds. Best girl in a show I loved + dog costume= place in here.

Other: Suu from "Monster Musume no Iru nichijo"

I´ve said plenty about useful on this list, but Suu´s slime body really beats them all. She is pratically anything you need her to be, and being able to read minds, she´ll know it, even if she is typically mindless.

Rival: Izayoi Sakamaki from "Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sou Desu Yo?"

Izayoi is as OP as you can get. OP strong, OP fast, OP smarts, an ability that counters other abilities... Hwever, if I have to have a basically perfect rival anyway, might as well pick an uncaring jerk.

Classmate Guy: Nagisa Shiota from "Assassination Classroom"

Nagisa here is smart, attentful and willing to lend a hand, all qualities that would make him an excellent classmate guy, but he´s got more. He is super talented assassin too AND he´s crossdressing if off the roof!
