Personality: Rusty is a dependable guy, once you gain his trust and friendship. Calm and collected in most situations, he can prove to be quite excitable if there's a piece of tech that he's never seen or a new project to work on. To those who gain his loyalty, expect a fierce and slightly psychotic ally that will kill any whom seek to bring harm to them, and more likely in a spectacular fashion.

Bio: Argyle (Rusty), had always been an odd character, even before becoming a member of his community, be it that he rarely ever takes off his goggles, or the orange glow emanating from behind the dark lenses. Still, his skills with a wrench are second to none. Before coming to town, Rusty grew up alone, his parents being killed by cultists, and his town being razed by raiders soon afterwards a week later. The only thing that made things worse was at the time, he was 15 and had taken refuge in an old Poseidon Energy dumping ground. A huge mistake on his part, as he began taking in rads like a junkie taking in jet. Surprisingly, he survived and was found by a traveling doctor, who managed to cure his radiation sickness. Although with a minor, tini tiny, minor mutation. This became most apparent when his eyes began to glow a neon orange, and he could see the radioactive outline of objects and creatures. Despite this, it did turn out quite handy when caught out in the dark, although he would need to wear goggles to keep from disturbing others with their radioactive glow.
After being nursed back to health, Argyle stuck around and traveled with Doc Harmacy. It was during his travels with the doctor, he found his life long friend and companion Stanley. A Slightly mutated American badger, gifted with higher intelligence than his kind. After managing to tame the creature, the group continued to travel for several months until he came upon the town, and decided to make a life for himself there. Taking up residence on the outskirts of town, Rusty would fix up machinery, and repurposed it in the construction of his home/lair. For the next 11 years, Rusty became a member of the community, fixing and improving any tech they bring him, and volunteering to go out to bring back semi-functional vehicles to repair. Despite the strangeness of the man, he has become friends with several members of the community, allowing them access to the "Rusty Cave" so long as they put everything back where they found it.

Appearance: Shal is 6' even with lightly tanned skin snow white hair that comes down to her shoulders and red eyes seemingly lacking pupils. Her body is in the middle between muscular and lean almost deceptively so. Her face is fairly feminine if a bit wild looking and her build outside of her musculature is decently curvy. Still on her skin over almost all of her skin in a oddly dark ink are uncountable letters of some unknown alphabet, there is not visible part of Shal that is not covered in these markings and some say if you watch them they seem to move. Tattoos aside Shal could be called fairly attractive to some, but even those that might enjoy the company of a ghoul find her somehow off putting some kind of unnatural aura clings to those that are aware of her.

items: for armor/ clothing Shal wears little more than a loin cloth and chest wrap made of some reptilian beast's skin, She carries a fist weapon made from various creatures claws mixing and matching them. She also carries various bone knives and some stone ones. The only thing that isn't leather or bone on her is a metal slave collar she still wear because she couldn't get it off and doesn't let anyone else near.

personality: Shal can best be called primal, she may have come to civilization or near it but she is still for sure a wild person at heart. While not truly closed off or shy Shal does not talk easily about her childhood at least before the legion. When it comes to problem solving Shal is the kind that has two approaches that end the same way she will either directly run at something and hit it or sneak up and hit it. Shal has a disdain for fire arms, her first exposure being the legion attacking her home so who can blame her. She also has a dislike for things deemed civilized or scientific though her reasoning for this makes little sense. Shal while not being the sharpest tool in the shed is not truly an idiot, she has a child like understanding of science and the like but her simply because her real knowledge lies in nature and her peoples practices. all in all Shal is a simple girl who would rather be out in the wild away from civilization over trying to adapt to it.

The sleeping eyes were rather infamous among the many tribes and small cities nearby for not only their aura of unnaturalness and their practices. The first 10 years of Shal's life would be spent learning the ways of her people until the legion came. caesar's legion the ever expanding horde would one day send an envoy to the sleeping eyes to invite them to join the legion by choice or by force. The sleeping eyes responded by sending the envoy's bloody skull back to the legion. The legion would try sending other tribes to kill the defiant sleeping eyes, yet always they failed, thus the legion had to attack in person. The legion attacked at night the first wave coming during a festival for the sleeping eyes and they got exposed the the sleeping eyes rights and rituals first hand. Almost none of the first wave came back and those that did were gibbering madmen. Thus the legion had to bring out the big guns and drown the sleeping eyes in bodies.

Despite a valiant defense the sleeping eyes could not defeat the endless legion and thus they were brought low the women and children put into slavery, the males were all executed and the male children would never be allowed out of slave status. Shal was one of the children that was enslaved and like most of her people she proved near impossible to break into obedience. That would lead one day to Shal and many other slaves managing to get fee when the legion had to move most of its forces elsewhere. once freed Shal would head east running until she came to town at the age of 12 having been a slave since the age of 10. she would take up residence outside of the city proper and in the wilds slowly becoming a less than accepted member of the small society.

Appearance: If it weren't for his missing left eye, from afar Green would be indiscernible from any other ghoul in the wasteland. Upon further inspection, you would see that he has a decaying fringe of what used to be ginger hair. As a ghoul, Green naturally has his standard issue radiation scarring, but on the left side of his body, he has about a million tiny little scrapes that go straight to his bones. He has lost all feeling on the left side of his body and stimpacks don't seem to be working out for him. His body is on the slimmer side, but certainly isn't starving. He is usually wearing some form of ruined pre-war clothes with some light leathor armoring. He walks with a limp on his left foot but it doesn't seem to phase the ghoul. He's taken a few hits to be sure.

Personality: Green is a kind-hearted ghoul who keeps to his own. He won't go out looking for trouble but has no problem at all defending himself when it is necessary. He never kills anybody without a moral reason, even most raiders. He is a nostalgic of the Pre-War era and will reference it from time to time. He is so fond of his retro-past that he prescribes himself hallucinogenic chems to keep himself in the past. There was a period of time where he was hooked on Memory Den Pods over in the Commonwealth. He's got all the answers to the times before the Great War. His mind is a bit screwed up over the chems, but that doesn't necessarily stop him from taking them.

PRE-WAR:
Kennedy Green was born in the Texas Commonwealth of the United States in 2052. He had two loving parents and a cast of relatives that praised him for his good work in school. He always received good grades and awards during his time as a young student. It is a damn shame that his parents couldn't pay enough for his college tuition. He would have studied in biology and perhaps found a way to produce a new source of energy for the Earth as it was on the precipice of it's total atomic annihilation. No, Green went on to be a full-time mechanic at his local Red Rocket Truck Stop. He would've wasted his whole life giving tune-ups and repairs for the vehicles that came by him, always wishing for his own transportation. Nonetheless, He was ever popular with the people around his neck of the woods. Now, he's nothing more than a decrepit bag of moldy, irradiated flesh.
On that fateful day, October 23rd, 2077, Green could never imagine the turn his life was about to take. At 5:39 a.m, he got up out of bed, took a shower, had some coffee, and a quarter serving of sugar bombs. At 6:47 a.m, he kissed his wife goodbye for the last time he ever would. He never saw his daughter after the 22nd. He hardly remembers their names or their faces today. It doesn't matter anyway. He likes to think his wife's name was a color like his last name. Maybe Red or Silver. He remembers that his daughter's name started with an N. Natalie or Naomi or something like that. Green slid his time card into the reader at exactly 7:00 a.m just like he always did. He greeted his manager and early co-workers as he continued on the stop's most recent project, soon to be finished. He can't recall what it was. at 8:48 a.m, a military convoy passed through the stop for a couple bottles of Nuka-Cola and a search for Red Communists. at 9:46 a.m, the office that Green was doing some office work in became a bit drafty. At 9:48 a.m, he slid up the windows and turned on the radioactive heater. at 9:50 a.m, Green felt a tremor. then another at 9:51 a.m. At 9:56 a.m, he heard sirens from the military convoy, but it was too late.

At 9:57 a.m, the Red Rocket Truck Stop was hit with deadly amounts of radiation.

POST-WAR:
Within minutes, Green felt pain unimaginable and indescribable. Not only did the radiation from the bomb nearly kill him, but the generator sitting 45 feet behind him bursted, making his situation even worse. Green tried to move his neck to see his surroundings. He saw shattered glass, fires all around, smoke, dark black clouds. Green did not believe what he was seeing. They did it, he thought, We just lost! He passed out into a deep radiation-induced coma.
The bright lights shined directly into Green's eye. Thats right. Green was missing his left eye and couldn't feel anything on his left side. An elderly gentleman peered over Green's body. "You've been asleep for quite some time, son!" Apparently, Green was out for 13 years straight. For reasons unknown to Green, he was fixed up by this old man some time ago and was kept safe. He even let Green keep what he had on him. After a few exchanged words, Green finally realizes his situation. He somehow barely survived the two blasts of radiation back in 2077. The window that he put up shattered into a million tiny bits and was able to create rifts into his tender, ghoulish skin. Yes, Kennedy Green became a ghoul.
What happened in the following years is a trivial matter. Some lowlife junkie got him addicted to chems, he learned how to make his own. He stole some shit, broke some shit, he did things that he wasn't proud of. 200 years of sin. To be perfectly honest, Green tries to keep himself in the past with his family rather than in the present with Deathclaws and Raiders. He's a nice guy, but he's broken.
