Not sure if this was mentioned before. Didn't see it in a search.

It was brought up. And they don't seem to have changed much. Which was my hope, personally. I don't think it's a particularly bad cover but neither do I think it's particularly good.......
 
I agree the cover doesn't do the Sidereals any justice. But if the content is on par with the quality for the Lunar book, I won't rightly care......
 
I could care less if it's ugly or not. The only part of the fatsplat covers that interests me is their color, because it makes it easy to differentiate the books at a glance.
 
Well im not going to lie it doesnt exactly blow me away


something about some of the sigs to that are just kinda blah


Crimson Banner looks interesting


and so does the Endings Dude


everyone else is kinda bleh


but regardless im really looking forward to the book because as we all know sidereals are awesome

Realy? It's interesting. I use the books' art a lot as an inspiration in my stories. Maybe that's why WW has been betting so much in graphic quality in thiese new editions (Exalted 2e, Vampire the Requiem, Mage, etc.)
 
Personally, I find it difficult to glean story ideas from a bunch of characters posed on a cover. Some of WW's interior art is really good, but, for the fat splats, anyway, I've found the art to be adequate at best. Now the Directions books have been a bit better (with the glaring exception of the Scroll of the Monk) but not the MoEPs.
 
I couldn't get it to suck my ass, no matter how much I sweet talked it. YMMV.
 
This is my new desktop background! And it definitely would do the sidereals justice. I really like the visor of the executioner.

I didn't realize that until you said as much. Too bad it was in the background. Just having that illustration would have been better than the other dude on the cover....
 
Still, they could have at least have used it as a nice source of inspiration.
