Realistic or Modern Countdown to Love Characters

Everyone is born with a timer on their wrist. This timer, tells you how long you have until you meet your soulmate. Most people meet their soulmate in their early twenties but there are people who will meet their soulmate later in life or earlier. The earliest recorded soulmate meeting was when the two were 12. There have been times where soulmates are of differing sexualities, and it's up to the two of them to figure things out together. Weather young or old, everyone is just waiting until the timer on their wrist is up, and they find the their one true love.

The only requirement is that each roleplayer must have two characters, one male and one female. When submitting a character, skeletons will not be fully filled out until all members have had a chance to talk and set up relationships. Once all talked over, roleplayers will be expected to update their skeletons and then tag me so I can double check and make sure everything is solid before the roleplay starts.

Besides being extremely shy, Rosie is probably the kindest person you'll ever meet. She's always thinking about others and putting others before herself. She likes the feeling of helping other people and gets a great deal of satisfaction out of it. Rosie also loves to paint. She finds it relaxing and she is often found sketching things in her copious notebooks for paintings later.

Besides his bad boy "I don't give a shit" exterior, Lyle is extremely smart and does very well in school. His favorite subjects in fact are math and science. Not only that, but he is the biggest hopeless romantic. He wouldn't tell anyone, but he secretly fantasizes about the day when he'll meet his soulmate and he wonders what she will look like and what she will be like.

To people he has known and have been proved trustworthy, he is thoughtful and kind, always thinking about others and prioritizing their needs above his. This sometimes gets to the point where he will become unhappy due to the sacrifices he makes for his friends. He tests people to seem if they are trustworthy which sometimes gets out of hand and pushes them away. In terms of romance, he is a bit of a player, and thinks the idea of having a designated soulmate is the dumbest thing society has come up with. He has never had a girlfriend for more than a month and comitment is hard for him.
