"Growf!"
This is the story of a Tudorian aristocrat, the Count of Oglasa. He is a young man, handsome, in his early 20’s. Little is known about him save that he is very, VERY wealthy. He arrived in England shortly after the start of the reign of Elizabeth I (1558-1603), around 1560. It is a difficult time for the kingdom as it is in debt. The Influenza epidemic of 1557 has just run through the population, as have several other smaller, but uglier plagues like smallpox, cholera and thyphoid.
You are the daughter of a noble, but not the first born. (Be creative here.) Your only chance to find a good life depends on your father or securing a good marriage. Odds are he will arrange that. Another option you may want to consider is to be a Lady in Waiting to the Queen herself. This will have the advantage of giving you access to royal gatherings.
