Realistic or Modern cops/detective agents RP??

Is anyone interested in an RP set several decades into the future where crime has risen and it's the law enforcement and detective agents to keep the streets safe? Everyone will be able to create a mob boss or villain and it's up to the rest to take him/her down. But it will also be fairly realistic. We would play as mainly detectives and police officers employed by the W.C.P(World Crime Prevention).

Name: Maho Hayami


Age: 23


Place of birth: Yokohama, Japan


Personality: She has low self-esteem. She speaks amicably and positively but it is obvious when she talks dismissively about herself that she hardly thinks of herself to worth much. For that reason, she is also a bit of an attention seeker, hoping to do good to get praise. On the other hand, she is sensitive towards criticisms and sometimes dwells upon them, which also means that she reflects upon things a lot. She can also be rather emotional and while she keeps her feelings in check, there are moments when she acts impulsively from her overwhelming emotions.


Her redeeming feature is her empathy. She puts herself after everyone else and feels more towards others than herself, be it sympathy or happiness or sadness. Her other redeeming feature is that she works hard, despite the motivation behind it is to please others.


What do they look like?

She weighs around 56 kg with a height of 5'3, and her figure is moderately proportioned according to her weight. She doesn't dress too fancily (mainly because she does not bother to, which is why a police officer uniform is convenient).

A police officer in her first year of duty.


Bio:


“Your name is Maho for protection and support to those in need.” Her father told her when she was ten years old. Her father was never a strong man as it was usual for him to fall ill, and so he was a stay-at-home husband while her mother was the breadwinner for the family. He named her Maho in hopes of her being someone he could not be—a person who could support those important as well as those in need.


It was when Maho was thirteen years old that her father passed away from an illness that his body could not fight off and since then it became her mother and her. When she posed the possibility of being a police officer to her mother, her mother opposed her potential ambition. “You don’t have to be someone your father wanted to be.” Her mother said.


But Maho wasn’t just saying it to fulfill her father’s wishes. She had noticed herself that there was injustice and she could help people by being a part of the police force. Her mother eventually gave up in telling her to pursue something else, admitting that she was just running from the fact that Maho was her father’s daughter. Maho studied to become an ambitious police officer.


While she found it difficult to be an officer due to the fact that it was a tough competition getting into the force, she eventually was able to join the W.C.P just when she turned 22 years old. But that was also when her mother sat with her seriously and asked, “Can you shoot the one you could protect?” And Maho was placed into a dilemma. Her answer came a week later to her mother when she did not want to give up her ambition. “I can, if I can protect many others by doing so.”


While she has yet to pull the trigger, she is now in her first year of duty and noticing that things are getting tougher although exciting.
