Conversation Prefixes

Unless I'm missing something (which is entirely possible), it looks like the ability to add custom prefixes to our conversations is no longer available. This was initially a VIP-only feature.

Prefixes already assigned remain on conversations. The drop-down option to assign prefixes also remains in place, but when I attempt to assign one, the list of prefixes is empty. There used to be a link at the top of the conversations view to create/manage prefixes, which I no longer see.

Has this been permanently disabled?

This is indeed a bug, I have some ideas on what may be causing it but it will take some time.

Thank you for looking into it when you can. This is certainly not the most important feature, but I have found it useful.

If you need any help testing whenever you get around to investigating this issue, I'm happy to assist.

This should be fixed. Please let me know if that is not the case.

It isn't fixed for me yet.

In case it will help, this is what I'm seeing. I tried on a different browser that I don't usually use as well just in case it was a caching issue, and get the same results.

When I select a message, I can still select "Set Conversation Prefix" from the menu:

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_07/57a8bf985e1e9_Screenshot2014-07-08at5.41.56PM.png.b48fbdaac8f97bfddbc26692f5a43eeb.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="22166" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_07/57a8bf985e1e9_Screenshot2014-07-08at5.41.56PM.png.b48fbdaac8f97bfddbc26692f5a43eeb.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

But when I get the subsequent menu, the prefix list is empty. (The image below shows the "expanded" prefix list.)<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_07/57a8bf9860c2d_Screenshot2014-07-08at5.42.14PM.png.7cb55bc8367c6c12cd93305091cc945b.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="22167" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2014_07/57a8bf9860c2d_Screenshot2014-07-08at5.42.14PM.png.7cb55bc8367c6c12cd93305091cc945b.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

If I need to recreate my personal prefixes, that's fine, but I don't see any "Conversation Prefixes" option in the menu bar at the top (at least that's where it used to be).

I think you do, try making new ones.

There is no where to make them. There used to be a "Conversation Prefixes" hyperlink at the top of the conversations page. I don't see it anywhere now.
