It is cute... But honestly, the problem I have with it is that the lineart is a light colour that is too close to the colours that're used inside it. You don't have to use black, but definitely consider using a darker colour that doesn't blend into the picture. You could even experiment with adding shading to the lineart; make it darker on the darker side and use that light blue on the lighter side.
Just make sure that the colour of the lineart is distinguishably darker from the colours they're containing so that you can tell right off the bat what you're supposed to be looking at.
