A general sense of fearlessness and invincibility drives him to kill ruthlessly. However, his clean-cut appearance allows him to blend in when necessary.

His fondness for the region's famed cocaine often leads him to unnecessary trouble. A nihilistic and sarcastic exterior often alienates him from others.
Bio:
Growing up in Oakland, CA gave Conrad a taste of what many would consider to be a gangster life. From his early high school years, he peddled drugs to drum up money. His involvement in the sidelines of various street gangs caused trouble, forcing him to move away. Before a trusted contact got him in touch with Floral Shoppe, he participated in a string of high-profile bank robberies, each noted for their high casualties and sheer boldness. Working with a more organized and calculated group presented a new challenge for Conrad to take on, and he jumped at the chance.
Weapons:
A Draco Micro AK pistol, modified (illegally!) to be fully automatic. A 100 round drum is available, if needed. This gun is Conrad's main "pulse raiser", as he likes to call it.
A Glock G43 9mm, complete with silencer. Usually hidden in a secret pocket of of a suit jacket. A stealthier weapon that's still highly potent.
