Completing the last thingies.

So I had an pretty cool idea, or so I think, but I wanted to post it here before I put it in the interest checks thread.


So it is a RP for 10 people.


It evolves around 5 humans which were made in a lab. They contain one power and are meant for research on human behaviour. The 5 humans look similar to a normal one, but have less emotion and have one goal to succeed. To help humans evolve in well everything.


The 5 humans named followers are all assigned to real humans. They have been ordered to follow this human all the time, become part of his/hers life. But every followed has another way of doing this.


Follower one is meant research what happens to human if they gain a lot of happiness.


This follower is called: Happiness.


Follower two is build to research what happens if humans come in touch with a lot of fear. He was ordered to scare the subject as much as possible.


Follower: Fear


Follower three was build to examine what happens if his subject gains a lot of love, is conflicted with loves and such. She/he was ordered to do anything to give that human the most of love possible


Follower: Love


Follower four was build to examine what happens if human is really lucky, how would one react to that? He/She was ordered to make that human the luckiest person in the world.


Follower: Luck


Follower five is build to examine how much sorrow a human can take, How does a human being react to that? He/she was ordered to give this human as much as sadness in his life as possible.

The five humans are a group of friends who of course discuss the events in their lifes that suddenly appeared. That one boy that always appears when dear ones are killed, or how she sees a girl when she is the most afraid.


Followers too can discuss with eachother how it is going, they have gained acces to the key of their subjects house and have to watch them all the time.

The Rp'ers can choose if they are a follower which power will be granted to them. A power can only be used by one follower


1. Invisibility


2. Shape shifting into a monster/beast


3. Reading the mind of your human


4. Making the wishes of your human come true(One each day)


5. Making your human do things.

There is one thing the scientists didn't notice when making the followers.


They messed up and now the followers contain emotions as well.


SO WHAT HAPPENS.


Followers can fall in love with their human, with eachother, can start to hate eachother or their human. In other words, they can stop doing what they were meant to be doing. Still they have their power and have to stick to their human all the time. But the follower of fear can suddenly feel happiness and such. Maybe followers will start to switch humans or things like that. The group of friends (The humans) keep discussing this with eachother and blablabla, maybe two humans are in love but the follower of fear messes that up. IN ONE WORD: IT BECOMES CHAOS.

I think it's a good concept. There's a lot of leeway for roleplayers who are human or followers.


But I also think, if you do decide to put it into the interests thread, that you all establish a main goal. Since this is kind of partner based, the rps can get really really different and it might be hard to see what direction you're all moving towards. Additionally, shouldn't the followers have contact with the scientists too? Or somehow relay information back to them?


If you really want to put in a twist, you should one of the humans aware of the project and aware they have a follower. That'd be pretty neat to rp, I think.

Nice concept. Maybe you could start an interest check if you develop it some more?

I really like the concept as well, kinda like Inside Out but with humans trying to get other humans that emotion. I would do this if you made it.
