Each player will start with 50 Credits, 20 Energy, and 10 in their factions Specialty.

GDI Special Resource= Manpower
NOD Special Resource= Faith
Forgotten Special Resource= Tiberium
Civilian Special Resource= Scrap

Constructing a Building costs 10 Credits, 10 Energy, 5 Special Resource

Conduct Research: (Can unlock new technology or even special missions. Costs 8 Specialty Resource)

Training units costs X( What their given number is for strength)x10. So in gameplay, a unit that is (0.5) would cost 5 Credits per unit trained.

Every turn, Refineries will automatically generate 20 Credits. Additional Credits can be gained from victory of a mission or can be donated to you from another player.

Every player will be able to take two actions each turn. Training units counts as a singular action (You can train as many as you can afford with this one action), Constructing buildings, Conducting Research, etc.
