There is a legend currently circulating in pubs amongst sailors and pirates alike. The tale of The Blind Gem. It was a ship that was said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances alongside her crew many, many years ago. Now, it is said that the crew was cursed. They would collect objects from all around the world. Rubies, The finest dresses, Jewelry, Miniature statues, Antique weapons, you name it. However, each item they would collect was said to hold a horrible curse that would plague whoever had it in their possession. Each curse is different and affects people differently.

Now, how do we know about this? Well, the crew have been known to be blinded by greed with hunger for the finest things and all the riches. So how else would they disappear? Well, one evening down at a local pub, the crew hear from one of their fellow pirates of another crew that they swore they saw the silhouette of a stranded shipwreck on an island. They did not dare to investigate. Intrigued and persistent to go, Dori announced at dinner the full legend of the shipwreck as part of her evening spooky scary story telling. And then she announced they’re heading to the shipwreck.

Listen closely please. The legends are true. It exists. The Blind Gem is a shipwreck on an island and it’s full of riches and fabrics and everything you can dream of. It is up to you if you decide to join in looting the ship of ***one*** item of your choosing. You do not have to and instead you can stay on the ship and not partake in the legend. But, taking something from this shipwreck comes with a hefty price.

Oh yes, you’ll get what you want. But if you took something from the ship, a curse has fallen upon you. And if you don’t break it, you will die. If you had common sense and did not take something, you are safe! It is up to the crew to break their curses before they succumb to them.

After the captain and the first mate had a huge disagreement about this adventure, things seem tense now as the ship is making its way through the waters and towards the supposed shipwreck. All they can do is wait until they see the island the shipwreck is supposedly stranded on and hope that the curse was just an exaggeration from Dori.
