We live in a colorless world.
All my life all I have seen is black grey and white. My grandmother always says that when you find your soulmate the second your hands touch you can see color, but only while you are touching that person. No one believes this. They all believe she is lying, but not me. I believe that I will one day find someone who makes me see color. Someone’s worst fear is accidentally touching someone and seeing color, they turn to the other person and ask “Isn’t it beautiful?” the response no one wants to hear is “What do you mean?" My best friend and I decide to meet up face to face for the first time after I asked him out, we talk through texting and video calling, we are this couple that can be seen touching hands for the first time on a winter morning and being able to finally see the world around us slowly change. Our names are Aaron and Ash. We have found the person who makes the color appear. We have found our soulmate. We have found our love.
