Alright, how many times is this punk gonna get booked here before we throw the book at him? He's got a criminal rap sheet the length of the goddamn old testament! Richard Knotz, twenty-four years old, jet black hair (but I'm sure it's dyed.), and a taste for being a general nuisance to the public. He's the lead singer in one of those new hippie punk bands, Dismantle 12. A few of his... pastimes include:
