Alexandria Riverwood
Back in the old cell
Alexandria sighs quietly watching the situation slowly wind down, other than Pickle's MANLY yelling and crying it was more or less calm-ish as 749 and a doctor headed back towards the little girls cell which made Alexandria give a soft frown before she has her hands pinned behind her back. She looks around at all the people as they're carted and escorted off to their respective cells she would sigh while being walked back to her own by SWORD
"Dont suppose you have a real name...?" She asks hopefully and softly. Soon back at her nice little cell besides the sorta busted cell door she would look inside before going to promptly nod her head forwards and a purple chair would construct itself in the room. Since she had already destroyed the wall she had previously made her finger tips were back and this chair was small enough to not really have much of an effect on her body and so she wiggles her hands trying to get her hands back to herself as she walks forwards into her little room.

  • Claire looked to the two new people before looking back to Dexter.

"They didn't mean to. Let's all escape. We're... we.... none of us are happy."

The way the girl covered for Maxwell reminded her of how Dex, her older brother, used to do the same whenever scientists pointed blame at her for things she didn't do. Looking back on it now, those scientists were bastards. Dexter was just on edge. They were all on edge.

    "Let's leave together."

Maxwell looked over to the girl trying to cover for him but soon found himself overwealmed by people talking and worrying he stayed silent. Going to the corner of the elevator. The door opened again at floor 15.
He finally spoke out if annoyance "How many more of these will we it through. The man said we needed to get to floor 2"

Pickle frantically stood up, glaring at everything. "Who the heck are you?! Why am I in here?!" He shouted, trying to look strong as he pressed himself against the wall. His heart rate was up and he nearly screamed as he ran to the door. "NO! LET ME THE **** OUT! GIVE ME MY GOD **** BOOKS!" He screamed as he banged on the door in terror. His diaries had gotten left in the chaos. "Give me my books back you sick ****!" The door did not let him out, and Pickle continued to bang harder. "LET ME OUT!"

SWORD kept a solid face as she took Alexandria into the cell. "I do have a real name. It's classified though." SWORD frowned and tried her best to rope the entrance together with the help of CUFF and GUN's rivet gun. "Hey, SWORD, you gonna bite me tonight?"
"Jesus, they're going to throw up if you keep talking like that, CUFF."
GUN grunted and riveted the makeshift wall for Alexandria's cell. "If you think you're all so good you'd include me in the fun."
"Hell no, old man!"
"CUFF has a point. If we include you it'll just get weird. Even though you're much better than CUFF."
"Hey! Wait, WHAT?!"
The squad began laughing. Clearly they were more than a team. They were best friends. More than friends. Friends with benefits.

Axel plugged his ears with his fingers as the scared boy screamed like a child. He tapped his foot hard, causing the door of the quiet room to creak loudly with magnetic energy. The metal wasn't going to warp or break, but that was the most noise Axel could make.
"Please, be quiet." He looked at Pickle and frowned before walking to the cell door.

He walked up to the point that his sharp rows of teeth were practically visible through the tiny window of the quiet room. His voice was noticeably silenced by the door, but it was enough for Axel to speak in his normal calming manner.
"I'll get you your books. I'm just going to ask a favor from you. And it's a damn big one too. You in?"

Pickle hugged his arms, growling at Axel as he bit his lip deeply. "You can just leave?! Why the hell did you not before?! Can you get me out of here?" He asked bitterly, refusing to actually face Axel with a glare. "And what do I have to do to get them... 'Cause I'm not gonna be an idiot about it!"

Alexandria Riverwood
Back at the start again..
Alexandria listened to the group of three go on about...things and was trying to tune them out while they did a poor job at really welding her door shut
'They must underestimate my ability to break stuff..' she thinks curiously looking at the door with a tilt of her head listening to them gradually walk off to do stuff. Sighing quietly she runs a hand through her hair before looking around then down to her favorite friend-her one and only book; plucking that up she would stretch and head back to her bed sitting down and begin to read over the all to familiar words of her fantasy story book 'Some music would be wonderful...I havent heard music in...' she pauses before frowning 'I cant really remember...' she slumps for a second in sadness. Quickly after some sulking she would get up and walk to her mirror splashing some water on her face as she does her best to clear her mind while she speaks up "Hey! Anyone near me and wanna chat?!" She says out loud directing it towards any and all cellmates on the 2nd floor that are close by.
(Im not sure who is on the 2nd floor so er...)

Arline nods briefly to GUN, and hurries back to 749's cell. The whole place may have been a mess, but the cell would soon be secure enough that another escape attempt wouldn't be possible tonight. Arlene felt a weight in the pit of her stomach as she set 749 down on the bed of the cell. What would 749 think when she realized Arlene was the one who brought her back to her cell? Would she think of Arlene as a monster? Just another prison guard here to keep the girl from her freedom? It wasn't true, and Arlene knew it. She takes a deep breath, and looks over her shoulder at the guard standing directly in her line of sight. "Bring me a first aid kit," she orders, and the guard walks down the hall. Arlene literally had seconds to access her tablet, and send a message to Gabe before the guard got back, but the message was sent, and the screen as off before she heard the footsteps behind her. "Thank you," she says, smiling wearily at the guard as she takes the first aid kit. Once the guard had backed out of the cell, Arlene turns back to 749, and begins inspecting the wound from earlier, cleaning and bandaging it as needed.

Gabriel Evans/ Adam Wolfe
Gabriel had been so intently watching the exit, that the ding of his phone's notification made his heart jump. He glances at the screen. The message read "See you at home." Gabe sighed, glanced at the exit again, and then started his car. It was worth a shot. Now the question was, should he try to rejoin the crowd of civilians who may or may not still be touring the TEST facility? Gabe hadn't stayed around to see if the public had gotten word of the Code Yellow. If they had, though, it would make for an interesting story. He decided to go for it.
Gabe drove his car around to a side-street near the TEST facility, not wanting to be noticed by re-entering the place. Hopefully, the crowd is thick enough, and distracted enough, to not question the idea that he had been with them all along. Gabe gets out of his car, and after making sure no one was around to him, and that there were no cameras in the area, he takes a deep breath, and bends the light around him to reflect his surroundings, making Gabe invisible. Unseen, he goes straight back to where the press conference was earlier that day to see what is going on.
Lappi Lappi

Sleep is a mysterious state for 749. She dreams of things she doesn't understand. Yellow-white light, the color green on weird pieces of smooth and thick fabric that hang from brown rough poles, of a faceless woman in a white dress. She remembers things, but they can't be memories. They simply can't be memories. 749 has no memories. TEST is her life, and it will always be her life. If it weren't for TEST, 749 wouldn't exist. Right?
Someone touched her arm. 749's eyes shot open and started to glow slightly from the pure fear of being touched. No power activated, it was just a show response. Then she saw who it was. Her eyes stopped glowing. She yanked her arm away. "Go away, Arlene." 749 growled. She felt sick to her stomach with anger. She should have escaped. She should have listened to Jax! "You're just like them. Just like all of them. You don't get what it's like to be caged up like... like..." 749 squeezed her eyes shut. She saw fur, a snout, floppy ears... no word came to mind. "Like I am!" Tears sprang into 749's eyes. She shoved Arlene roughly, suddenly, filled with anger and frustration and confusion. This had to be Arlene's fault. Right? But what if she's wrong? And where are her voices?

Arlene pulls her hand away from 749's arm as soon as she notices the glowing, but given that it doesn't last very long, it seems to Arlene that 749 is in total control of herself right now. Her reaction to the situation was to be expected, and Arlene desperately wanted to comfort the girl, but she also had to choose her words carefully with a guard standing within earshot of the conversation. Arlene sits on the edge of the bed, and sighs. "Not really, no," she says. "I haven't been locked up like you are, but someone close to me has. I.... had.... a little brother," Arlene chooses to use the past tense, given that TEST probably assumes that Gabe is dead, given that he was never found. "He lived here, actually. He was a charged, like you and the others. My mother brought him here when we discovered his powers so they could help him, but I could tell he was sad that he was kept inside all the time. I wanted to help him, but I didn't know how. Then, one day, he lashed out against the guards, and got in trouble. Eventually, he managed to run away, and we never saw him again," or at least, that was the official story. "Having seen my brother so sad about being kept here made me want to help others like him. I wanted to make sure that everyone who lives here is healthy, and cared for. Living here may not be the happiest experience sometimes, but I want to try to make it batter. And you know what, 749?" Arlene leans over so she's close enough to whisper, though the guard could probably still hear her anyways. "I really like that I get to take care of you, so please don't be sad. I'll do my best to make your life better, okay? I promise."
Mad_Hatter Mad_Hatter

"If you were going to make my life better, you would let me out of this hellhole!" 749 growled. "Maybe we should lock all of you up and treat you the way you treat us and see how it feels!" Her head started throbbing from hitting it twice before and she gave a soft whimper. Her glare softened and 749 looked away from Arlene. "I'm sorry about your brother, but you can't understand what it feels like. It makes you feel not real. Not human. I know I am human, but I don't feel it when I'm locked up all on my own behind a steel door that I can't even see out of!" She stood up off of her bed and went to her sink. "I broke my hairbrush," she whispered as she started to wash her face. "And my toothbrush. I hate brushes. I don't ever want to brush anything ever again. And that's okay because if I'm going to be a prisoner, I'm going to control as much as I can."

He sighed, glancing at Claire."You're on their side now?" He whined before pulling out the phone. Jumping into the elevator had caused him to crush it accidentally, and so with that he returned it into his pockets and glared at the two pre-teens. "Any names?" He asked, pulling out the crowbar from his pocket. He didn't intend for this action to look so intimidating and only wanted to check if the tool had been any damaged either. "Would be great to know before we hit the second floor. Communication's always good. " He added, trying to get rid of the cold atmosphere he'd made when they first entered the elevator.

Arlene began to get frustrated at 749's words. She wanted to let the girl out. She wanted to let them all out! To give these children a chance to live normal lives, and try to teach them how to be happy in society. That was the goal she was working towards, but she couldn't just come out and say it with a guard standing right there at the door! Hearing 749 say what she knew probably most of the children here were thinking was like torture for Arlene. She wanted to get them out, but she didn't have the means to quite yet.
Arlene walks over next to 749, placing one hand on the sink as she faced the girl and leaned her head close to 749's ear, and whispering, "I don't want to keep you here as much as you don't want to be here, but I can't force a way out." She glances in the direction of the guard. "You see that guard over there? Do you think I could take him? Do you think I could beat up 20 of them? 50? This place is designed to keep the charged in. Getting out is not going to be easy, but there may be something I can do that doesn't involve beating up guards. If I can convince everyone on the outside of how terrible this place is, they'll try to shut it down. But that is going to take time, and I am going to need help if I am going to gather evidence to prove that what TEST is doing is wrong."

Tanya sighed sitting on her boring old bed in her boring old room staring at her not so broken door with a sigh; the code yellow was recently triggered and the whole complex was in an uproar but here she was...sitting..in her cell...with a straight jacket still on her. For a long while Tanya has been held in her level three cell with little to no social interactions after that one time she tried biting one of the doctor's that came into her room; since then she has been kept completely restrained with the straight jacket 24/7 even while sleeping which took her a long while to grow adjusted to at the very least. Now back to the topic at hand; here she was sitting in her cell - restrained and with no way to get out since her cell wasn't lucky enough to be broken open by the blasts. Grumbling a bit under her breath she hops off her springy bed looking around her room with the lights carefully set in the ceiling far out of reach from her before looking to the dense and heavy metal cell door in front of her with only a small slot to look through which after maneuvering her only piece of movable furniture(Chair) to the door she would be able to peer outside the cell "Hey! Is Code yellow over yet?" She asks in her still high pitched child voice.

Arlene was so close. So dangerously close. 749 heard her words but felt no comfort. It sounded to her like excuses. She couldn't take down a guard herself, but she shouldn't have to have that problem. 749 shouldn't have been imprisoned in the first place. 749 grabbed Arlene's wrist suddenly, her eyes glowing bright red. "I don't have time, Arlene. I don't have the luxury of patience. Don't you understand? Every second I am here slowly eats away at my will to live. At my will to disobey the voices. It wears me out until one day I will be nothing but the monster your people treat me to be." 749's powers activated. She felt Arlene's blood pulsing through Arlene's body. Every inch of her body now belonged to 749. And yet, there was no malicious intent. No, 749 did not want to hurt Arlene. Well, she did want to hurt Arlene, but that was her frustration with her situation, not a personal issue with Arlene. So, instead of hurting the woman, 749 just forced Arlene to hug her tightly. She needed to be held, but everyone was afraid to hold her. She needed to be cared about, but people were too scared to care. "I'm just a monster, aren't I, Arlene?" 749 whispered.

Arlene gasps as she feels 749's powers start to take effect on her. She was only surprised for a minute, as her arms wrapped around the girl, but she soon relaxed. The guard outside the door started to move, but Arlene shot him a look, and shook her head. 749's question caused a lump to form in Arline's throat, and though she spoke in a quiet voice, it was obvious she wanted to cry.
"No, sweetie, your not a monster. Your a young lady who deserves far better treatment than what she is getting. I know it's hard to be patient, and that it's miserable living here, so I'm going to work as fast as I can to get you out of here." Arline leaned her head close to 749's ear as she spoke, so the guard outside couldn't hear her, but the guard was likely starting to find this whole situation odd. Still, Arlene was known by now for being a bit more affectionate with the TEST subjects, but to be touching 749 was out of the ordinary.
But the fact that this was out of the ordinary was something else that made Arlene's heart ache. How long had it been since anyone showed this girl some kind of affection? Did she even remember? Aside from the motions she made to communicate with the guard that he needed to relax, Arlene did not fight against 749's control.

"Then why hasn't anyone ever hugged me before? If I'm not a monster... If I'm not a monster, someone would have hugged me before. Someone would have cared when I hurt myself or when my voices hurt me or... or..." 749 started to sob. Her tears only strengthened her power, making Arlene squeeze her tighter. "No one cares about me, Mommy. No one seems to care or stops to notice that I'm there... like I'm not real! Am I not real? I can't be real, people don't treat real people the way I'm treated. I can't be real." 749 suddenly shoved Arlene away and stumbled back into the wall. She looked at her hands. She was starting to hallucinate. Her hands looked like they were fading away. Her eyes started to glow again. She began to hyperventilate. "I'm not human, I'm not real..." She repeated this over and over again. 749 was losing her mind.

"If you don't want your books I can just leave you in the quiet room. Though I can't guarantee that a guard had already found them, read through them, and possibly even burned them by now. You know some books are contraband, right?" Axel chuckled as he turned back to his cell door, waiting for a female guard to show up. "Now the only reason I want a female guard is because their lips are squishier. That's it."

  • Claire felt worried upon reaching the lobby. It seemed too quiet for comfort, but at least she had three other people whom she could probably treat as allies. They all had one common goal: to escape.

She would at least introduce herself to the others: "I'm... Claire." Upon arriving to their destination, she would look around and grimaced upon seeing a certain figure from across.

Castor was standing there looking upon the four who were trying to escape. The man would have his fingers tremble a bit as he began to think about his next course of action. "This is not good no it isn't. Four subjects are trying to escape. One... I could let them go but... my superiors won't like that. Two... I can try to capture them without killing but... that would be difficult and I'm not the best at group fighting... or Three.... I can negotiate." He simply stared at the four before coming to a conclusion.

"I'm sure you all would want to escape and I must do my job. Now... you there," he pointed to Maxwell. "You are the one responsible for breaking out aren't you? How about you turn yourself in? If you don't then I can call the ASSS Squad. You would not want that would you?"

Claire stood there silent as she would ready her tail. Castor was always someone who didn't stand out amongst the people here at TEST but something about him was just... strange. She didn't know what though. There was also the blatant fact that this man is negotiating with a child. Was this man even trying? He had gotten his facts mixed up way too wrong.

Boooreedd...
Alexandria groans loudly laying down in her cell, half way through her book as she shifts and shuffles around on it sighing softly after a few more minutes of reading the same book again. Slowly she would lean up looking around her cell before constructing a bouncy ball; looking at her ball she throws it at the wall watching it hesitant for a bit before actually bouncing back to her
"So booooreed~!" She cries out loudly.

Dummkopf..
Yes...Dummfopf was the word she was looking for; what else would you call charged that tried fighting out of the prison with no plan - granted she didnt really have a plan that well put together but its better than mindlessly running towards the exit while being shot by turrets and what not. Grumbling to herself she'd try her best to peer outside of her cell via the little slot in the thick metal door before she shakes her head
"Guess that means Code Yellow is over with" she mumbles lightly - hoping down from her small chair she would stretch her neck and legs before her hands would flex only slightly in her straight jacket. Soon she would be floating slowly up into her cell and after taking a moment to adjust herself in the air she would begin to slowly bounce from wall to wall "Eins...Zwei...Drei.." She says in a hushed tone as she counts each time she rebounds off each wall with her feet until she feels like she's got a better hold of the pace "Heeeyy! Am I the only one who didnt get freed during code yellow!?" She complains innocently while huffing softly.
