While she is still in the confines of the TEST building, she has managed to gain enough trust to be a helper of sorts, although others might see her as someone who sucks the staff's dicks to get her way. Maybe it comes with the flirtatious nature. Who knows?

Winged - Serena has two wings on her back. These have the bone structure of her arms, allowing for some level of durability though nowhere near bullet blocking potential. They can also function as tertiary limbs, since they are strong enough to support her body weight.
Accelerated Perception - Serena can react to situations faster than others because she sees effectively in slow motion. Not to be confused with enhanced reflexes. She can watch a subsonic bullet fly through the air, catch an arrow fired at her from a distance, and register rapidly blinking lights.
Enhanced Coordination - Serena can flawlessly handstand at the edge of tall buildings, walk across a tightrope without effort, swim with maximum efficiency, and lift her body weight without spraining or breaking her arms. She can also drop several meters and land on her feet, or roll gracefully to negate damage to her body from falling.

If it weren't for her schizophrenia, 749 would most likely never use her powers, but her mental illness makes her too dangerous to let go unsupervised. She often acts younger than she is, and calls all of the guards "daddy" or "mommy." At times she can be sweet and innocent, but she is usually quiet, observative, and downright creepy.

Personality: Imagine Pickle as a very angry teenager and you've got him down. He gets upset over the smallest things and tends to yell at the older tests in his area, testing out 'dominance'. However, he's not quite as bad with the younger kids. Yes, he'll get annoyed, but he won't try and do anything major. He tries very hard to be distant, finding it makes him feel better to be alone. Other than that, he has a thing for books and writing in his journal. Characters are fun to make with him imagining the world outside. He has attempted to attack several guards and one time got his hands on a girl and she had to be taken away for lots of medical help. (Apparently he has no problem hitting a girl because he sees them as equal threats to him as men) Offer him some toast and he might help you braid your hair.

Powers:
Enhanced Durability- He's able to take more damage than most with stronger bone density and tougher skin that's harder to cut. It does cut, but he never gets that from paper. He bruises less easily as well.

Clairvoyance- He can touch something and learn a bit of it's history. Harder with humans if they are expecting the power and can put up a mental barrier. Works best during long periods of time to observe the information. Even a slight brush can give him a hint of what they are thinking, such as "Fish for dinner..." He cannot actively dig for information, only getting small bits that swirl past.

Camouflage- Pickle can basically blend into his surroundings, changing the colors and texture of his skin and body to blend in. He turns invisible. He can of course change his clothes (As he's had lots of practice changing that material with him, but unless he had lots of practice he cannot change anything else.) He cannot change metal, so he had a metal collar around his neck to make it so he's always seen.

He believes that manipulation is the only way to the top of the food chain. Despite these seemingly dangerous personality traits, Axel isn't one to resort to violence. He can keep his cool under almost any situation, up until it starts going downhill. He usually resorts to gas-lighting and making one question their own sanity while under his grip, as he slowly wraps his fingers around someone and makes them believe that they are insane.

Electromagnetism Manipulation - Axel is capable of manipulating electromagnetism in most of its forms. Metallic, solar, electrical, and even biological to a small extent. He has many applications for this, from stopping bullets in their flight to sealing his own wounds with paper clips and thumb tacks. His most prized ability with this is the power to generate a whip-like tendril of steel that has the lashing power to tear through thin metal walls.
Magnetic Perception - Axel is capable of observing magnetic fields of all kinds through his eyes, allowing him a sixth sense of sorts. He can tell when something is about to be thrown at him as well as calculate trajectories of things flying in his way.

He doesn't try to anger anyone and will usually go with what they want, though he does have his own limits. He overthinks things and will usually resists if the outcome is a solid danger to his own safety or freedom. This can lead to him even attempting to refuse/talk out scientist if he thinks the test will hurt him in any way physically or mentally. However, with enough "push," he'll do whatever it is.

He's also ambitious with a goal of wanting to be a hero even though he knows it's not a dream that can succeed. This makes him try to act heroic but usually leading to his downfall as this blocks his more logical side in favor of the more hero style of acting. Though, like before, his limits can lead him to back himself into a corner, become tongue tied, and return to his weaker state of mind.

-Radiation Generation: Ronald is capable of generating radiation from his body. This can lead melting objects around him, disrupting technology, causing radiation poisoning, and the most devastating of all, a nuclear blast. However most of his powers are controlled by his emotions, meaning when he's sad, embarrassed or fearful is when they're at their weakest. When he feels emotions like excitement or anger is when they can start to rise in power.

Backstory: Ronald was born into a cult known as The Atom Heads, a group who believed nuclear energy as a way to clear out the weak. Children were part of the project and most were killed due to radiation poisoning, all except for Ronald. The reason was unclear though most did believe it had something with him being the son of the cult leader. Anyway, Ronald was seen as some kind of messenger who would help lead in the destruction of the weak.

However, the group wasn't able to complete their plan and undercover spies were able to get the information needed to terminate the cult. The leader had vanished while the son had been left for the authorities, however, they weren't able to get close. So after proper measurements were met, Ronald was sent to TEST with anything besides the radiation suit he came in.

Personality: Genuinely kind and caring. She views all test subjects, even those under maximum security, as humans who deserve to live a happy, healthy life. She'll lend an ear to anyone who has problems, and will do her best to help as many people as she can.
Even though she is genuinely kind, she is not stupid. She can tell when she is being manipulated, and doesn't trust TEST as much as she may appear to. She actually is working undercover to reveal any questionable practices TEST has, and relays anything she can find to her brother who works as a reporter.

Appearance: Short black messy hair, and green eyes (though they're only green because of contacts he wears, naturally they are brown,) and tanned skin. He usually wears some kind of sweater under a grey blazer, and dark jeans with black tennis shoes.

Personality: It would almost seem as if he has a split personality. When he is working to gather information, he is very outgoing, manipulative, and sometimes aggressive if he needs to be. Outside of work, though, he is very quiet, and shy, although he is always very observant.

Enhanced Hearing: He can hear a conversation from across the room, but his devices can't. If he is to use any information gathered by listening into a conversation out of range of his devices, he needs to do additional work to gather evidence.
Camouflage/Illusions: Gabriel has the ability to blend into anything by bending the light around him. If someone looks close enough, though, they may be able to see the shape of his body, or a slight distortion in the area where he stands.

Backstory

Backstory: Gabriel was one of TEST's original subjects, and was a victim or their cruel and unusual methods. Gabriel had developed his powers when he was 11, and his single mother sought the help of TEST, not knowing how to handle her son's condition. At first, Gabriel seemed happy living in the TEST facility, and his mother and Arlene visited often. Arlene had taken interest in TEST as a whole, and started to work towards a career to be a scientist when she was 17. By the time Arlene had gone through her schooling, TEST had changed it's methods. It became apparent to Arlene and her mother that Gabriel was being treated more cruel than before, because they had less and less contact with him, and what little communication they did have was worrying. Arlene had then become determined to save her brother from whatever was going on, so she got a job at TEST, and after gaining the trust of many or the higher-ups, she helped her bother, and a few other TEST subjects escape.
She acted as though she were devastated by her brother's disappearance, and was convincing enough to keep her job. Though TEST publicly has stated that they are working to help the Charged, Arlene trusts the management very little, and is always on the look out for potential abuse of TEST subjects, and sends any information she gathers to her brother, who publishes it online under a fake name in order to keep himself hidden, and to make it look like he has no connections with Arlene. Since he is constantly trying to get information from TEST, Gabriel has also drastically changed his appearance from when he was a subject himself, so that no one who knew him before would be able to recognize him now, aside from Arlene.

But focus on her as this is what she's most disliked. Even careful encounters have been ruined because of this and her uncaring nature, but there's not much you can really do about it. Though Eryn does have some endearing sides. She's exciting and tolerant among her close friends, but her petty nature will never go away.
Powers:
Pyrokinesis - Eryn can create, shape and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion. She is also able to make pyrokinetic constructs into tools, objects, and weapons. Harnessing this power ever since a kid, Eryn has mastered being a manipulator of fire.
Flight - Possessing the power of flying, Eryn can soar across the sky due to accessing Pyrokinesis Flight to travel wherever she wants.
Regenerative Healing Factor - Capable to recover suffering injures at superhuman rate. Eryn didn't understand how this power worked for her. Apparently, when she was a Captain of her soccer team, Ms. Ginger had an serious injury during the championship game. A bone was fractured while her leg collided with the goal post, meaning immediate operation was mandatory for Eryn. But when arriving at the hospital, her leg seemed to be completely healed during the ride. The Doctors questioned her parents about this, though they also didn't understand where their daughter's symptom originated from. Neither did Eryn.

As such, she's extremely tactical when approaching subjects and will not hesitate to tranquilize them should they go violent. She is also starting off in the physical attribute testing area, observing subjects while they train in an area to better understand their psychology.

Dex hadn't always been so independent and somehow self-possessed, at least not before TEST. He'd taught himself not betray himself to his emotions ever since.

Dexter has a sharp, defensive wit, an acidic temperament, and a very sarcastic attitude when he chooses. Giving the impression of holding most people in disdain, Dex is seen as extremely arrogant, self-centered, and overconfident. He even exhibits sadistic tendencies, which he got on account of being exposed to such a gruesome environment .

Despite this, Dexter in fact has a strong moral core. He is dutiful and just, willing to make the right decisions, and sacrifices if it comes down to it. Though he can be, at times, vindictive, he is cruel only to protect those he loves.

Powers: Dex is able to change his body temperature with great skill, lowering them to less than -2000 degrees on average as well as heightening them to the opposite extent. This ability enables him to survive in very cold or hot temparatures as well as burn foes with his touch. This abiltity also aids him in creating warmth for those around him though over exerting himself results in negative affects on his body.

His powers make him feel like a monster than human. Who would accept him? He downplays himself as a curse than a blessing upon society. Yet he keeps going becsuse the person that makes his life worth living is his younger sister. His goal to set his sister and other innocents free from TEST made him highly determined, but this also made him highly stubborn in achieving his goals.

These horns can vary in shape or size and range from deer horns to something as sharp and powerful as a horn drill with a height of an arm and width of a rhinocerous horn. These horns also range in durability depending on the horn produced. They can be launched as projectiles but cannot be manipulated once it has left the body. Another trait of this power is the ability to rapidly spin these horns.
  • Enhanced Strength: He is able to lift much more than any normal human could. In fact he has proven to be able to lift a car with one arm.
  • Enhanced Endurance: Dex's body has a great foundation of stamina. He is able to fight for much more longer than average people and can hold his breath for at least a minute. His Horn Treader can also operate at a great efficiency without worries of his body taking too much toll from creation.

Dex had tried to organize an escape with her and some others but only he was the one who succeeded. An explosion caused by their escape had led TEST to believe he is dead. Since then he has been training himself in order to rescue his sister and everyone else who has suffered by their hands.

  Because of the hardships endured at TEST, Claire has become a hardened girl who doesn't interact with much of the people there. The scars and pain caused by some of their testings and experiments had changed this once smiling girl into a cold woman who will follow any command given. She tries to show little emotion when interacting with others but it is a front to mask her true feelings. Claire wants to be free. She yearns to just go back to the way things were with her brother. As such the photograph she keeps around might be one of the few things that keep her sane around here. Around others she seems uncaring for most but there are a few she can relate to. Because of her now servant-like nature, TEST has her perform experiments as well as other jobs if needed.

  • Stinger Coil: Claire has a scorpion stinger for a tail that she can control. The length of this tail is equivalent to 5 feet and it's width is about a human leg. This tail is also durable enough to guard and block against bullets.
  • Coiling Part 2: Besides the stinger, Claire is able to create similar, more smaller ones. These stingers cannot be made as fast as Dex's horns but are much more durable and sharper. They can be wrapped around her body to serve as both defense and offense. If these stingers are destroyed, it will take quite a bit of time before she can make more.
  • Enhanced Speed: She is able to move herself and her coiled stingers at a basic superhuman rate. Thanks to this speed, her coils become deadly weapons equivalent to a gun used by TEST guards.

As a straight man, Tucker does his absolute best to keep Dex in order to prevent him from rash judgement calls. Being Dex's best friend, he is committed to helping him save his sister as well as anyone else who is suffering at TEST's hands. He is also a loyal friend who won't spill the beans even if you try and break his toes or something of the sort. Though he is more of a troublemaker than Dex as he tends to play pranks on unsuspecting companies by sending them hoards of spam and what not. Tucker also takes pride in his work and can suffer some serious confidence issues should his plans go awry. This also gives him a very competitive nature, especially in video games. Deep down inside he harbors guilt for not being able to save Dex and Claire when they were taken by TEST long ago.

  • Cellular Melding: Castor can take an object and meld it with his body. To do this he must touch and object and allow his body to integrate with it. For example he can meld with a stalagmite onto his left arm. Then from there he can have a stalagmite protrude out of his left arm, serving as a sort of stinger. It is a fact that it is impossible to meld with normal and charged humans, however this is still possible with animals. The reason remains unknown.
    • When melding with an animal, Castor can choose certain parts of said animal to meld with.
    • He cannot meld physical traits such as muscle and reaction time onto him.
    • Any animal involved with the melding can and will die.
    • While he is not limited to the amount that he can meld, Castor must accept the weaknesses that come from the integration. Any weaknesses of said objects and animals are taken into account.
  • [Unlocked Later] Fusion Melding: He can now grow and create melded parts on his body. This process ultimately gets rid of any prior cellular melding but in returns grants him a newly created part. Say that he melded the wings of a bird. Therianthropy - As a result of her heat-based abilities, Levia fused with a dog on accident. She is now capable of "growing" a dog around her body as a second skin. This dog is fairly ordinary, being able to see faster and react to situations faster than a human can.
Enhanced Senses - Another seemingly random ability, Levia's senses are supernaturally enhanced, meaning she can see with great clarity and color, smell with great accuracy, feel when someone is coming on her fingertips, taste the difference between a lightly poisoned drink and a regular drink, and hear things occurring from a distance away. This possibly comes with her having a higher body temperature than most.

Alicia’s ability is that akin to telekinesis, she has the ability to influence objects that she touches and that is around her.

She can only currently levitate objects/people that are about her weight or a little heavier(She can lift at max a person or object that weighs...200LB’s but at best most intense focus she can lift something weighing 500 lb’s) and direct their movements by something close to basic force pushing them. She can use her power to increase the speed of an object or slow said object down, so say she gets a hold of a gun and fires; she can increase the speed of the bullet that is why she has restraints on as anything she can get her hands on can become deadly. Her power also allows her to fly in some way; while she might not be the fastest person in the air at first once she gains some momentum she can be fairly quick in the air. On that note: She can only influence things if she can get her hands on them or direct her hands at them otherwise her powers wont affect them.

• Must have her hands free and directed at someone to use her ability, she must have her hands touching someone/something to control them.
• Just like a human being she can be harmed, if she is knocked out her powers vanish and if she is hurt then her powers can falter and lose their strength on the object.
• Has the body of a child so she really isnt that strong physically, while she is a little stronger for her age she cannot go toe to toe with a full grown adult in real full on combat with fists
