There is HTML coding available to members who have over 500 posts. As for how you do it, I'm probably a terrible teacher at it since I just started learning myself.

If you meant do you have to make Character sheets for roleplays, not really.
It's kind of entirely up to the GM so I would ask them what they are looking for.
I usually use Google Docs tables for organization purposes. but I wouldn't make someone make something up themselves. I usually just share a set template.
