Play On Words
Musical Goddess
While I'm sure I'm not the first to suggest this, I haven't seen any other threads about it, so...
I think there should be an option in a roleplay thread to add an official Co-GM. You'd be able to edit permissions, the highest being the same as the thread creator, deleting posts and editing them, while the lowest being just about nothing except the title. It'd be a good way to have more than one GM, and have less responsibility on the GM, while still giving them the ability to edit just how much power they're giving the other user. You'd be able to remove them from their rank as easily as you kick someone from a conversation, just a couple clicks. If anyone abuses the power, it's really the fault of the GM more than anything, for giving them that power.
Another thing to think about, if that is implemented, is their permissions in comparison to other Co-GMs. In my opinion, I think it'd be best if, for example, one Co could not edit or delete the post of another Co, while the main GM can delete anyone's. Obviously, nobody but a staff member would be able to delete a GM's post.
