Hey there! How's it going? Idea here. Phrasing is hard, isn't it?





So, I've been having this one specific craving lately and I would like to try a few jabs at plots that satisfy it. I've brought a couple of ideas I'd like to give a shot to but they are all pretty raw and pretty open to be tweaked to better match some interests or preferences. I've ordered them by the order of preference (top plot being my favorite, followed by the next, followed by the last one).​

  I feel like this perfectly reflects the current situation​
  
  I am a first person detailed roleplayer who roleplays on threads exclusively. I can promise about two weekly posts. My posts usually amount to 2-3 paragraphs with about 15 lines as seen on PC between them. I am a planner by nature, and enjoy more watching a plan get fulfilled well than a parade of surprises. I enjoy structure and I am passionate about worldbuilding, in particular the worldbuilding of magic systems. Concrete complex character sheets are a must for me and I use anime faceclaims.
  I know a little bit about coding and have gotten sort of addicted to it, but not to worry because I won't demand anyone know how to code to roleplay with me. Much like first person I only ask that I be allowed to do it, not that my partner does it as well.
  
  I am a more lighthearted kind of roleplayer, my favorite genres being comedy, battle, fantasy and magical girls. I'm also a fan of slice of life and mystery. In terms of time periods, mixes and alternate time periods are my favorites, but I work well with futuristic and modern as well. I will not do historical time periods nor will I do punks or horror (except maybe a bit of gore horror). Pairing-wise I go with MxF or FxF. With one exception (which I'm not even sure if it counts as such) I do not do MxM.
  
  Outside of being a roleplayer I am a 19 year old first year college student in the field of economics and a (hopefully) devout Roman Catholic form Portugal. I have been roleplaying for a few years as I suspect a nice chunk of you, but I welcome anyone who is willing to live up to my requirements. My hobbies and interests include anime and manga, reading, roleplaying (oh, really now? Never would have guessed), watching youtube, writing short stories, making gifs making memes (mostly about myself), playing tcgs, arguing about philosophy among other things.

  Let's make somehting awesome together!​
  
  For the sake of simplicity, I will put the things I am looking for in a partner below in a bullet point list:
  
  Note: looking back at it after I wrote it, I realize I may have come of a bit aggressive. I'm sorry if that's how it comes off, that was not my intent.
  
  *Please be friendly- Pretty standard requirement, but I think it's still worth mentioning. I, like many others, get along better with people who can be polite (but if you have something you want to say no need to hold back , understanding and who seem to genuinely want to engage with you as a friend. This is not a business, if I'm gonna work with you in a roleplay, I want to be your friend too.
  
  *Please be committed- There is no point in doing this if either of us half-asses the roleplay. You are either into this or not. If you don't like it, if you can't keep up with it, just don't sign up, nobody's gonna hold it against you. If you say you wanna do this with me, I'm gonna take that as you really want to.
  
  *Posting requirements: 2 paragraphs of 10 lines + content minimum- The exact time between posts is negotiable.
  
  *Anime faceclaims- I MIGHT be willing to agree to you using a description instead if you don't wanna use anime ones. That said if you don't like anime, you might miss a lot of what I have to offer.
  
  *Let me keep my style- This is one thing I cannot compromise on. Please understand that I do not have that much time and I do already have a good chunk of RPs. At this point in my life I do not have the time to spare on random experiments, I refuse therefore to be in a roleplay if the person, say, can't agree to me using first person.
  
  
  Now there are also a few things that while I absolutely love, I don't demand that you have/do them:
  
  *Having an anime pic for an avatar- It's very simple: When I read your posts or replies, I will end up looking at your avatar. So if what I end up looking at is something that I like to look at, that helps set me in a better mood.
  
  *Knowing anime tropes- I LOVE anime and I love playing around with tropes. Of course, it's never fun when a joke falls flat though or when the other person doesn't get the reference, so I can absolutley love ya if ya can appreciate those tropes as I do
  
  *Knowing your philosophy- I am passionate about philosophy so I am often quite pleased to discuss things about it

  Can you tell how much I love anime yet? ​
  
  *Please do not vanish on me without warning- If you have a good enough reason, heck even some lackluster reason, I'll probably not have a problem with you taking a hiatus. Just a couple weeks ago, one of my partners told me they needed a one month hiatus, for instance. So long as you don't bail without saying anything, I don't have a problem. Likewise if you don't like our RP, just tell me upfront.
  
  *Limit: No porn- I'm serious here. I don't mind sex jokes, characters feeling lust or anything like that, but if you make anything ABOUT sex or if you break any of RPN's rules I don't want to associate myself with you.
  
  *Limit: No demons- This one is more of a personal pet peeve of mine. I need someone I can really really trust to even bring any kind of religious theme into a roleplay so please take into assumption that I will not have any demons in my roleplays.
  
  *Limit: No vagueness- I do not accept ideas like "I'll come up with it in RP" or "I'll reveal it in RP", unless that aspect is previously and specifically agreed to be kept a secret between the two of us. This specifically regards character personality and backstory.
  
  *Please do not use vocabulary like "dominant/submissive" - It just gives me a terrible vibe to read those words on a post. It may just be my bias or it may have legitimate foundations, but whichever it may be, I can't bring myself to want to work with someone using those sort of terms unprompted.
  

With that info in mind, if you are still reading this, what exactly would be the plots I have in mind?

1.Lost in Another World with Him...Her...​

Karma is at once a beautiful and a cruel thing. After dying, both M and Y find themselve reincarnated into new bodies in a parallel fantasy world, with brand new abilities to make amends for the regrets of their past lives. However, they are also imbued with curses reflecting the sins of those lives.

Alternatively, M and Y find themselves trapped in a world that resembles greatly a game they were playing trapped in the avatars of their characters and finding that it's not just the outside world that is starting to make the game more real...

2.Don't Try to Trick the Faeries​

*Modern/Urban Fantasy

*Romance

It's not every day one gets to meet a fairy. It's even rarer to get to save one. Yet this is exactly the fortune that Y found was bestowed upon her, earning the right to one wish. She can't decide on what she wants this wish to be, however, as she has to major wishes: To meet a real magical girl and to have a loving relationship with M (we can switch this around a bit, like M saving the fairy and making the wish to be a badass while also wishing for Y to fall in love with him). As a result, the fairy gets angry and puts a twist on the wishes causing M to turn into a magical girl. Y is later attacked by a monster and M comes to the rescue causing Y to fall in love with her due to the wish. Meanwhile, M finds him/herself unable to switch back.

3.Now That You Stole My Potion, Give Me His Heart​

Genres:
*Genderbender
*Comedy
*Modern/Urban Fantasy
*Romance

For the longest time, Y has been in love with T, M's best friend. With a new idol scouting contest coming to town which T is planning to go watch, Y purchases a magical potion from the internet that should supposedly make her the cutest girl and the best singer in that whole competition. However, M accidentally drinks the potion, transforming accordingly. With M no longer having a place to go and having accidentally ruined Y's plan, M is convinced to join the competition in her stead while simultaneously trying to help Y gain T's affection.

(This plot can be done as a 1x2)

Well, that part was in the "bonus" list. To be honest with you, I've filled up a bit on the plots presented on this thread, but hey it's my policy to always give people a shot, so shoot me a PM and let me know if your own interests, preferences and cravings

As for my anime experince I haven't seen much anime lately but I have finished Dragon Ball Super and I am watching a boxing anime (not hajima no ippo I believe it's called megadolion or something like that) so I have a pretty good understanding of troupes...I would like to think any way haha

My deepest apologies. I honestly wasn't expecting this much interest in the thread this late, and I frankly already have a lot on my plate, especially when it comes to the plots on this thread.

That said, as previously stated my policy is to give everyone a chance. However, I do need to make clear that because I am already this swamped giving said chance might mean by post rate might drop considerably and that sooner or later I'll likely have to cut some RPs whether those be yours or those of others, if I'm nonetheless feeling overworked.

I hope that serves as fair warning. If you aren't interested anymore I'll of course understand and wish you good luck in your searches. If you are still interested do send me a PM so we can talk
