Clicking one spot highlights the whole page...?

I'm not quite sure whether this is a bug or if this is supposed to happen. Whenever I click on the right margin of the site, it highlights the whole page. It just seems really weird. 


It doesn't happen on any other sites so it seems very odd. 


If it's not a bug, I'm sorry for labeling this a bug. It might just be an oddity.

I can do that on any site on Google Chrome.

I have four other tabs and it doesn't happen when I click the right margin on any of those tabs. It just happens on rpn. 


I'm not hitting ctrl+a but it acts like I am whenever I click the right margin on the site.
