Realistic or Modern Cleartown High

Nemo nodded. "If you wear a beanie, you don't really need to do much with your hair. They're easy." He looked down and breathed in the air. He looked back at Kay. "And I wasn't startled, I just," he looked back down. "Wasn't expecting it."

Kay nodded. "I think I'll keep my hyper moments to a low. Or maybe you'll get used to it." She shrugged.

"Beanies totally save my life. I have such horrible hair days, and all I need to do is pull them on. Plus, it makes me look more skater, don't you think?" She chuckled.

Leah smiles at Nick, then picks up a rock and starts tossing it from hand to hand. "So, what kinds of stuff do you do?" She asks, before she puts the rock on her head and acts as if it was very normal. She did stuff like this when she was bored, or anxious. She honestly didn't know which one she was at the moment.

"What do you mean?" He asks, Nick smiles at the rock on her head and picks one up himself, balancing it on his head for a moment before taking it off his head and just tossing it from hand to hand.

Nemo laughed a little. "Maybe." He looked back at Leah, who was balancing a rock on her head. "Yeah, I suppose it does." He says as he directs his attention back to Kay, smiling.

Kay laughed and opened her mouth to reply wen her phone rang.

"Yes, drug trafficking ring here. How may I help you?" She answered.

Anthony chuckled on the other line. "You keep getting better."

"I know. Whatcha want?"

"You need to come home." Ant said, his voice serious. "She's having another attack."

Kay frowned. "No. I'm tired of this. I'm not coming home."

"So where will you sleep, idiot?"

"Park bench." She huffed and hung up.

"Sorry about that." She said to Nemo, all her excitement suddenly gone.

"Well," she takes the rock from her head and kneels down, "like, what kinds of stuff do you and your mom do? Do you pray together, or burn incense. I'm just curious about what you guys do, really." She says, then digs a small hole in the dirt with her hand and places the rock there. She then covers the rock back up with the dirt, burying it.

Nemo look at Kay. "What was that?" He asked. "I mean," he didn't want to be all up in her business. She didn't seem to be so excited and happy anymore.

"Oh!" Nick smiles and closes his eyes to think for a second, scratching his beard. "Well we definitely burn incense, so there's that." He thinks about other stuff he can tell her about being a gypsy, sort of listening to Kay at the same time. Family drama? Nick looks at Leah. "Well, we sort of pray together? I don't really know. We go to a lot of parties with other gypsies. They're something that I love, a lot. We don't do anything amazing, just like normal people. Apart from my grandfather can play a banjo super humanly good, but I think that's just because of practise. We pickpocket pretty well?" He laughs and holds his hand up defensively. "Don't worry I won't pickpocket any of you."

Nemo looks down. "Oh. Well, " he looked at Nikoli as he claimed he wouldn't pickpocket anything and smiles at him. "You could always stay over at my place. We have a guest room." He directed back at Kay. "Park benches aren't very comfortable." He looks at the ground. It was a crazy gesture. His mom wouldn't mind. She's just be surprised at the fact he was bringing home somebody.

Kayleigh looked at Nemo in surprise. "Um, I wouldn't want to burden you or your family, Fishy. Plus it's not the first time I've done this." She sighed. "You see, my entire family is mentally unstable." She grinned as if it was hilarious. And to her, it was.

Leah raises her eyebrows when Nemo offers to let Kay stay at his house, then she looks back to Nikoli. "I trust you." She says, giving him a kind smile. "Besides, I don't have anything in my pockets." She says, her keys, phone, and money were all in her bag. "Banjos are cool." She says, nodding a bit at her own statement, then rubbing her arm.

Nick was about to say something back when he felt his phone vibrate, he picked it up to see a text from Linda, telling him Destiny wants to see him. He sighs and looks back at Leah. "I'd love to humour you about camps and fireflies, but a certain fortune teller needs me, you can come if you like but I just have to go there."

Nemo shrugged. "It's just me and my mom. Besides, we can play video games." He smiles wide and looks at Kay. He looks over as Nikoli declares he has to leave, inviting Leah with him. A look of confusion spreads on his face. He thought they were, wait what were they even doing.

"Uh, yeah sure if you don't mind. I'd like to meet her, maybe we can go to the arcade afterwards?" She says, then bites her lip. "Where exactly is she?" She asks, looking around the town.

Kay smiled back at Nemo. "Thanks. I really appreciate it."

She turned to look at Nick and Leah, and knew that they were planning to go somewhere. "Should we meet you guys at the arcade in an hour?" She asked.

Nick smiles and nods, "sure, we'll meet at the arcade in an hour." He looks around at his surroundings, "I don't know where her shop is... But she sent me the address." He shows Leah the address which is written on the back of a piece of paper in messy writing, but still readable.

She studies the paper, then smiles. "That's not to far from here, come on." She says pointing in front of her. "We'll meet up with you guys in an hour." She then pulls her phone from her bag and sends a text message to her Grandma telling her where she'd be. "The one grandma in the entire world who can text, and I'm lucky enough to have her." Leah laughs.

"Wow, that's rare!" Nick laughs and walks with Leah in the direction that she had pointed. It actually wasn't too far, because once they'd turned a corner a black building with a picture of tarot cards on the door came into view. "Well here we are then."

Nemo shrugs. He really wasn't an interesting person at all. "Uh," he looks around. "Whatever you would like to do I suppose."

Nemo shrugs. "Yea I am a little hungry." He says as he shoves his hands into his pockets. "What're you up for?"
