"I've lived here for a few days, I know shit all about this town." He laughs a little and scratches his beard with his eyes closed. He looks back at Kay, and smiles. "If you wanna do the supermarket thing, then, looks like I'll join ya." He half smiles and looks over at Nemo and Leah, they were talking so he didn't want to interrupt.

Kayleigh thought about it forba second. "Well there's a gaming arcade nearby, if you prefer that."she suggested.

Ashton heads inside and places some of the grocery's down on a table before going back outside and grabbing the rest.


(I have to go. I'm going to my dads house. Helping him and his wife move.)

(See ya later!) "Sure. That sounds okay." He shrugs his shoulders, he'd not been to a video game arcade for a long time, since he was a kid probably. He checked his phone for a text from Linda, nothing. He looks back up at Kay and smiles. "Lead the way."

Kay nodded and began walking. "Do you think we should ask Nemo and Leah?" She asked, as she stopped after a few feet.

He looks back at them, having their little moment or something. He smiles, "Sure, it'd be rude not to." He nods his head and walks over to them, getting their attention. "Sup, Kay and I are goin to the arcade, wondering if you wanna join?" He smiles and shifts his weight to one foot.

Kayleigh's phone buzzed as her brother called her.


"Yes we are pimping out Anthony today. How long would you like him for?" She answered, using her brother's name.


Her brother snorted across the phone. "Please. if you would pimp me out, nobody would ever send me back."


"Yeah cause you'd be in a body bag."


"Whatever. That's not why I called."


"So get to the.point?" Sje said.


She could imagine her brother rolling his eyes. "Mom was asking if you were coming home for dinner."


Kay shook her head. "Do I ever? Meet me at Joe's in an hour, will you?"


"Alright. Seeya." Ant said and hung up.


Kayleigh turned back towards Leah, Nemo and Nick and joined them.

Leah stands up, and looks down at Nemo. "I'm game if Nemo wants to come." She says and smiles at Nick before hugging him. "I missed you!!" She says jokingly, then lets go of him laughing. "You missed it, I flew."

 

[Snorlax]

Nemo get up off of the ground and shrugs. "I don't see why not." he said as he messed with a strand of his hair. He hardly noticed that Nikoli had come around. He was getting kind of used to the few people he had met today. He nodded as Leah proclaimed her flying experience. "Scared the shit out of me.." he mumbled under his breath.


Reese looked over to Lupa in the passenger seat as he passed by Tom's Super Prices. "This is the store. The name as you can see," he pointed to the large title above the door. He noticed Ashton packing groceries into her trunk and silently cursed himself. If Lupa wasn't with him... Oh well. He had plenty of opportunities. He kept driving and pulled into the park. He noticed all of the other people. That gypsy guy, that weird girl he hadn't really seen around or evert talked to. And of course. That bitch red head.. and Nemo. His eyes trailed back to his hands on the wheel. "The park. Where more teenagers hang out than the toddlers." He sat there for a moment, thinking.

"Oh you flew?" Nikoli laughs and watches as they both get up. "Must have been eventful to see, no?" He smiles and looks around, spotting a car that had just pulled up. He looks closer, and sees Reese with... Lupa? He looks at Leah and Nemo. He doesn't mention it, thinking nothing of it. If Reese did anything right now, he wouldn't hesitate to punch him in the stomach. He was not in the mood for jerks like him.

"Alright then!" Kay clapped. "Lets get our butts in motion because I need to meet my brother in an hour!"


She poked Nemo gently towards the direction of the arcade. "Come on, Fishy. Let's get moving."

 

[Snorlax]

Nemo laughed a little as Kay poked him, calling him a fishy. "Alright, alright, I'm going." he says as he walked ahead of the small group of teens. He looked up as a car pulled in. Reese's car. He looked down and walked past, not wanting to look up. This is what happened when Nemo looked up. He saw things he didn't want to see.


Reese bit onto his thumbnail as he watched the group start to leave. Anger flooded into him as he saw Nemo look his way and back down at the ground. He looked at Lupa. "Do you want some ice cream? There's a cute little ice cream shop close by."

Kay ran up to Nemo and looped her arm through his. "So what games do you plan to play?" She grinned and asked randomly.

 

[Snorlax]

Nemo flinched a little as Kay looped her arm through his. But then he relaxed. "Uh, I play video games?" he said, in a question- like form. He didn't really understand what she was asking. What kind of games? Games with people, or the usual video games in his bedroom that he always did?

Kay shrugged. "Video games, arcade games. Whatever." She smiled. "My brother and I play CoD, GTA, Assassin's Creed, Amnesia. I don't like getting out of the house much." She admitted.

Leah looks up at Kay and Nemo, then walks in step with Nick. "So? How did grocery shopping go?" She asks, she couldn't really think of anything else. She was used to talking to Nemo, and being able to say random things that didn't have to make sense.

Nick walked with the group quietly, looking down at his boots that were practically falling apart. He messed with one of the rings on his finger as Nemo and Kay in front talk about video games. He looks at Leah. "Grocery shopping went... Okay I guess, but then it's just grocery shopping, has no real importance if you ask me. Other than.. Well y'know eating. I forgot where I was going with this." He smiles and walks at a pace that she can keep up with, he usually walks pretty fast. His hair was in his eyes again, and he pushes it out of the way, still smiling.

 

[Snorlax]

Nemo smiled a little a Kay. "Me too. I mean," he looked back down at the ground. "I play most of those games as well. And I don't like to leave my house much. I'm sure you've already guessed." He kept his eyes on the grass ahead of them.

Kayleigh frowned. He looked down way too often. She jumped in front of Nemo and grinned. "Well obviously. I mean, who wants to go out when you have everything at home, eh?" She joked. She didn't like it that he kept looking away or down and didn't smile much. He had such a cute smile.

Leah smiles and sticks her hands in her pockets as she walks. "I don't really eat very much, so my family doesn't shop for groceries as much as others do." She says, then watches as Kay jumps in front of Nemo. "Anyway, so I've always wanted to learn about gypsies. You know, about their lifestyle and stuff. I already know that they move around a lot." She says to Nick, she was genuinely interested, who wouldn't be?

 

[Snorlax]

Nemo, frightened by Kay's sudden movement, stopped and looked at her. "Uh, yeah," he said quietly. He knew a lot of people didn't talk to him because he was so boring and never really said much to entertain them. He just knew that Kay would start to feel that way and give up on trying to talk to him. He scratched his head under his beanie and looked up.

"Oh my, did I frighten you? I'm so sorry." Kay apologized quickly. She got back in step with Nemo. "So. We like beanies, I noticed." She stated randomly.

Nick smirked and nodded, "go ahead and ask questions if that's what you're getting at. I don't mind." He shrugs his shoulders and shoves one of his hands in his pockets.

Leah smiles widely and bumps him with her shoulder. "Okay," She pauses, trying to think of what question to ask first, "I know it sounds weird, but do you guys, like, see the future and stuff?" She asks. "I mean, all of the stuff I've read about gypsies have said that they're really spiritual, and they do this stuff with incense or whatever." She says, looking down with a blush on her face. That probably sounded stupid.

Nick laughs and looks up at the sky before looking back at Leah. "Well that's actually... An interesting question. I mean my cousin, Destiny," he laughs a little at her name, "she does that kind of thing with the crystal ball and palm reading. She has a shop here in town, actually." He looks down at his shoes and grins, "but most of us don't do that kind of thing."
