Clarification on the "Closed" Prefix

I'll admit I'm fairly new to the site but I've been figuring things out as I go along. Simple enough. The one thing that I can't seem to figure out is the "closed" prefix on some threads. At first I thought it meant that thread's story had finished. But now I'm seeing some that are still going on.


So is it meant for finished threads, or just ones that aren't accepting any new players?

Yeah, closed roleplays just mean that they aren't accepting any new players. It could potentially be used for a discontinued roleplay, but it's main purpose is to show when a roleplay has gone private. That being said, I don't think a lot of people really use that prefix, even when all the spots for their roleplay are filled, so it's always good to double-check.

Yeah, I've noticed it's the least used prefix on the site. Thanks though
