So, regarding the bad guys-Is there an organization, of sorts? A hierarchy? Who's the top dog? I assume trolls, ghouls, and ogres form up a large part of his ranks, but how does he reach out to the more...sophisticated races?

I'm currently brainstorming about my character and well, he's probably going to be on the unscrupulous side, though perhaps not entirely of his own volition...
