So we are sacking the Capitol before taking out all the supporters? That's a bold plan.
There will be absolutely no sacking. Sackers will be prosecuted as if it were peacetime.

And the idea is to rush it, cutting off any supernatural support the various lords have before mopping them up.

No looting. I promise.

Sound idea. Unless the supernatural support is more than we expect.

Even then, I think it's better to rush them. Unless all of the evil lords are somehow Exalts, I expect the power to be consolidated in the capital where surprise is our best weapon to get them dealt with.

You shouldn't expect much in the way of supernatural opposition. My plan is for the real danger to happen either once the Wyld Hunt amasses enough strength to take you lot on, or you run afoul of the Mask of Winters when he decides to expand his influence across the Scavenger Lands.

If we got the shot. It would indeed be foolish not to take it.

I hope the Mask of Winters has an extra hard hate boner for Zed.

I am, just on a holiday weekend break.

While I'm here. jaydude jaydude are there any soliders still recovering from injuries or is the unit as a whole still in good shape?

No problemo. Good to hear from you, and hope you have a good time.

As for the soldiers, I'd imagine that they'd still be at their normal level of numbers (two Size 3 battle groups). They didn't suffer any magnitude loss, and they would have had Zedradon around to patch them up.

So, is this it? Are we ready to move onto the next step and actually take control of Nalia?

I just want to make sure I'm not missing something, but a few hundred soldiers under Solar command should fairly easily be able to slip into the city under cover of darkness, take the palace relatively peacefully and oust the usurper and his queen. Barring of course the fact that she's a Solar and not a trivial opponent.

Agreed. You should be able to take the palace easily enough at this stage, what with the plan you've made.

I wouldn't assume any Exalt isn't a worthy opponent in combat. Least of all one we don't know much about, besides her Caste, and that doesn't mean she's a slouch when it comes to combat...

No. The reason I'm not too concerned isn't that I think she's a pushover. It's that she's alone and we're very much not.

So, is everyone happy to skip to the Circle arriving at the ruins now? With Baphinol providing mist above the river for the ship to sail on for his contribution?

I'm good. It should give Ailera a chance to get some action in.
