Overview:
Immortals, once proud gods amongst the world of Dhalif, have long since become a thing of myth. While there are those who believe they still exist, and can account for their existence die to belonging to a family birthed by one, most just ignore them and continue about their lives. Pavel, the grand continent named after the celestial body thought to be responsible for wealth and prosperity, has long boated the dream all across the world have died trying to achieve. Technological advancements and archaic lifestyles blended in perfect harmony since the dawn of time can be found here and it's add if the land itself is magically gifted to grant the dreams of all who reside on her.
That has always been the way of things. Until now.
Pavel has just been derailed by deviation. An Immortal, one of the founding families Matriarch, had been murdered. Her body roasted alive in their family home atop the floating mass nicknamed Ahal's Wing, nothing but a charred husk remains. The most gruesome murder the inhabitants of Pavel have seen since the war resulting in the enslavement of Shar'Grul, an Immortal who operated in the shadows and plotted to crash Ahal's Wing into Pavel and decimate half the planet, leaving the other half to suffer the fallout. He was stopped and several Elder Immortals banned together and stripped him of his Vax, or ability, sealing him in a cage of thorns beneath Raven's Island, the island continent is now an isolation prison converted in a mit said to be the pure Vax of the banished tyrant. The military has gone into a state of panic, conducting recon across all of Pavel in search for the killer, but what no one had been told is that they are also searching for the last remaining Immortals to bring them into protective custody.
What's going on? Why are they raiding farms and multi billion Hare (Currency) industries? Why is the once invisible prison island coming into view?

I know it's not overly descriptive, however, more will be added as people get interested.
You have the ability to play any role you see fit and your story can play into the main story or be totally separate if you see fit, but eventually everyone will be involved. However, within the main arc there are faction wars erupting, murder's on the rise and there's talk of a rebel faction within the city trying to carry out the will of the imprisoned Shar'Grul. While there is magic, it is broken down into both house and type. The Immortal houses have fused together and out of the two hundred that were made only sixty still remain. Each specializing in a set style, I'll last each house and their Vax as well as any vassal houses under them.

Every decision will impact the overall story and even if you think you're a simple character, you may just turn out to be the biggest hero Pavel had ever known. What will your story be?
