The man who tried his best, yet could not succeed.
He took his own life at the age of 19, being abandoned by his caretaker at the time (His older brother). with little money and no opportunity.

Personality: During his time alive, people described him as the calm-mannered, yet mildly enthusiastic weirdo. He had strange habits and was prone to act in ways that could be seen as inappropriate by other guests, which prompted his "weirdo-outcast" standing in the world. Aside from his occasional walk around the building or the occasional errand, he was a reclusive hermit within the walls of his apartment.

Now... Years and years of loneliness and fear turned him into a reclusive "monster", appalled by the same image that he tried to escape. He tries to evade the sight of others in hopes that he may be able to live in peace, occasionally peeking out to spy on his new-found neighbors to watch their lives from a distance...

Upon confrontation, Jonathan will often disappear back into his room to hide away his horrid appearance. If he deems the situation worthy, he may use his appearance to haunt and torment another person for his own gain (either for privacy or other reasons).

Apartment Style: 1 Bed, 1 Room.

NONE. THIS ROOM HAS BEEN CLOSED OFF. ACCESS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Floor: 3rd floor, right Next to Ms.Delroyes' room.

The door to his room is blocked by Police Caution tape and is blocked from the inside. The only way in is through the closet of the neighboring room: Ms. Delroyes' room.

His room is old, Dilapidated, and in dire need of repair. It consists of 1 bed, some dressers and tables, furniture, and a disconnected kitchen, which holds an inordinate amount of old baked cookies that are still waiting to be thrown out.

Some people still complain of a musk similar to Copper-mixed-with- cookies in and around his room.
John used to bake cookies for his neighbors (most of whom are long gone), but they often refused, as they saw this as suspicious and creepy.
