Her race is strikingly similar to a Fae, but she has three forms that she can shift between(described below).
Faeries are known to be devious little tricksters that can come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. They are believed to be the lesser half to the Fae, not having bred with humans to give them the flawless appearance they have. The Faeries believe they are whole and better unchanged. Their magic is nearly equivalent to that of a Fae, but the type differs between Faerie and Fae.

I have no pictures of her exactly, but I do have the inspiration images I used if it helps.
First Form Second Form Third Form
First form- Her first form is the one she was born in and grew up in. She has grayish skin and pure black eyes. Her hair reaches her back and is colored as deep and endless as the night sky. She has a mouthful of black sharp teeth (two rows). Her limbs are very thin and long, almost too much so. She has wispy, hair thin wings on her back. They are grey with little hints of purple. She stands at 3' in this form.
Second form- Her second form - also known as her in between form - resembles her first form in a few ways, but she looks more "human". Her skin is a pale color instead of gray. She still has a mouthful of black sharp teeth, but her eyes are black with white sclera. Her hair is shorter, reaching just below her shoulders, and retains it's inky black color. Her limbs became more proportionate and normal. She no longer has her wings in this form. She stands at 4'5".
Third form- Her third form is her "human" form. Her eyes are a soft golden hazel color and her black hair is cropped close to her head. Her teeth turn white and lose their sharpness. She stands at 4'11"

Among Faerie she is a very very powerful and higher classed Faerie. Among humans she is simply a baker.
Personality:
Yalin is very playful most of the time. She loves playing tricks on people, whether they're human or not. Her Faerie friends can even say they got pranked once or twice. Everyone has their serious moments, including Yalin. She "sobers up" and acts her age. She is very wise and kind when she wants to be. She really lets her age show with the amount of knowledge she has compared to other people. But sometimes she is described as wild and unpredictable. No one knows what she'll do next and that's what usually deters people from befriending her. She doesn't care that people stay away from her. It never bothered her because she had plenty of Faerie friends to keep her company. She is almost always seen with a smile or smirk on her face. The latter usually means she's got something planned. The former is her genuine smile, one she wears proudly. She tries to make jokes, sometimes failing at making people laugh, and laughs at them herself. She has an overactive sense of humor which makes her very giggly and bubbly.

Hallucikinesis- The ability to create illusions or hallucinations to fool people. The downside is that they hold no tangibility and she must be focused for them to stay visible.
Biography:
She is rather secretive about her actual age and past, opting to evade questions about either. She only tells her first name. Second if she's fond of you. But no one knows all three names. By using a Faerie's full name they listen to any command given. It is generally only given under great trust.
Relationships:
Siren - Siren77 Siren77 - Yalin met Siren when she first tried to prank him. Afterwards she became very curious of the man. She kept just following him around until he finally accepted her. They started on their travels and ever since they have been fairly inseparable.

Race: Half Demon - His mother was a human, and his father was that of a demon who had entered into the human world. Because of him being half blood he has retained the looks and the nature of a human, but the power and hidden bloodlust of a demon.

Siren has blonde, almost white hair that normally he just leaves down in a shaggy mane. The most noticeable trait about him is his vibrant crimson eyes, which have on more than one occasion caused people to think of him as evil and a monster. Siren stands at six feet tall, and weighs 195lbs. Having served as a farmhand for most of his life up until this point, his considerable stature can be attributed to this. More often than not he is seen sporting a red and black jacket, the only exception being during the heat of summer. One thing that cannot be seen very easily is that the man has a tattoo of the Japanese symbol Shi on his back. 死

Class: Swordsman

Personality: If there’s one word to describe the Half Demon it would have to be sarcastic. Siren is not one to shy away from making snarky comments and insulting people should he feel they deserve it. It doesn’t matter the situation, if you say or do something stupid or just happen to irritate him, he’ll be ready to reprimand you for it. Now despite his aggressive and rude behavior, he has a very big soft spot for the few people he cares for. While he still makes his fair share of sarcastic comments and teasing remarks, he refuses to ever make them feel like they can’t trust him. Siren is more compassionate and caring for these select people and would do just about anything for them. He’ll stand his ground with them and refuses to ever let any of them down. Even to the point of putting their lives before his own.

In battle however he’s a completely different person. His eyes are seen to shine bright with their crimson pigment, and a red aura can be seen swirling around him. Siren is vicious, cruel, and will do anything to secure a victory.

Weapons/Skills:
• Siren fights with a set of dual blades, and was trained by his father as to how to properly use them and care for the weapons.

• His father also trained him in fighting style similar to Muy Thai.
• Ezro also has basic medical knowledge and can help with minor injuries. His aid gets as intricate as helping a broken ligament.
• Possesses considerable speed and strength which is due to his “Devil Gene”

Magic: Hellfire - Fire from Hell, like what more can you say about it? Siren being part Demon, he of course has the inherited ability to control this type of fire magic. This entails that he can summon and fight with the element. Hellfire burns hotter than that of normal flames, and takes on a shade of purple. Siren can use it as a strong projectile, casting large waves of flame from his fingertips, and has several special techniques that his father taught him. Some of the special skills that he uses with the fire are: Shout of Earth - The act of smashing a fist into the ground and causing pillars of fire to erupt from the ground around the caster, Vortex of Hell - Flames spin around the caster and can drag in anything or anyone within reason, Dragons Breath - A concentrated discharge of fire that takes on a shade of dark red as opposed to purple, Hades Blades - fire will energize and envelope the blades of any weapon the caster carries, and one of the more deadly and inhuman is the Shun Satsu (Instant Murder) which according to Sirens father is the act of dealing one thousand strikes in one second. I’d correctly performed it will utterly destroy whoever it is used upon.

Now, these diffferent special abilities are all good and amazing but they come at a cost. They can drain Siren of his energy should he over exert himself. If it becomes too extreme, it’ll fire him out to the point of losing consciousness. Due to his brash and aggressive behavior, he always bites off more than he can chew and ends up tiring out too quickly. The Shun Satsu especially will take the wind out of him.

Being a Demon, Ezro his weak to that of water and ice based attacks but only on a Magic standpoint. He can be around water, snow, and ice just fine.

Biography: Life is about as normal as it gets for someone who is the son of a literal demon from hell. Siren grew up living as an only child among his mother for the first few years of his life. The two of them worked day in and day out taking care of the small farm they lived on, as it was their sole way of keeping themselves moving among the village. After Siren was born, his mother was treated as an outcast for having birthed a ‘cursed child.’ There was no one to show them sympathy or remorse, and so they carried their weight alone.

However, they weren’t alone for long. One fall evening, when Siren was the age of eight, a cloaked stranger approached himself and his mother as they were attending to the crops. His mother Saria ran to him as if he was an old friend and swung her arms around him. Siren of course stood in confusion, and then it was his turn to be approached by the man. As the cloaked figure approached, he got down on one knee before taking off the hood on his head. Siren was startled to see that the man looked just like he did. Crimson eyes, fair white skin, and light colored hair. “Hello there little one,” he put his hand on the boys shoulder, “My names Kota, and I uh...” Saria approached from behind him, “He’s your father.”

With his father being home among himself and his mother, life at home got a lot easier for the two of them. It was strange, as his father seemed to take up the work on his own with very minimal help from himself or Saria. Eventually it came down to just Siren and Kota taking care of the farm which finally gave Saria some rest. Not only this, but Kota began teaching Siren about what exaclty he was and what he could do. The boy was taught to harness his powers, as well as the two different methods as how to fight. “You may be an outcast in this life, but I’ll be damned if I allow you to be a victim. You will learn to defend yourself, and how to punish those who wish you harm.” For years and years Siren would work and train from dusk to dawn, honing his abilities and growing in power. The pride in his fathers eyes only pushing him further and further to become stronger.

In time, Siren seemed to reach his peek potential and eventually grew bored of his life at home. Unsure of what to do with himself, he counseled with his father was for what should happen. Kota expressed how proud he was of his son, and told him that eventually a man will get tired of his home. It was time for Siren to take up his inheritance, and find his own path in this world. On the day that Siren turned 23, he was bestowed with his fathers own blades and an inheritance of money before being turned loose and allowed to explore the world and find his place in it.

“I won’t let either of you down, I promise.”

Relationships:
Yalin - Siren met the Fae after only having been on his own for a little over a month. Their initial meeting was when he was wandering through the forest, and she pulled one of her pranks on him. It took a bit for him to calm down, let alone actually taking a liking to the girl. For a time she began following Siren around and eventually he gave up on trying to escape her and accepted her traveling around with him. The two exchanged names, and in due time Yalin became a good friend to Siren. She was an oddball but she was a great travel companion.

Name: Athyr Aunkippur

Race: Dark Elf
Appearance:
With his hood over his head, the face of Athyr is one that he wishes to conceal. A chemical burn that rakes over his left cheek is a defining feature of him, a sort of thing that goes from the edge of his lip, and spreads upwards just under his eye, and peters out around his ear, spreading in a cone-like blast. He does his best to hide this however. He would rather be the ‘hooded stranger’ than a ‘notably scarred stranger.’

His actual features are somewhat rough and unelvenlike. His nose is a average sized thing, a smallish bump in the ridge of his nose that smooths out at the tip. His eyes are a silvery white, a stark contrast to his nearly jet black skin. His hair is a sterile white, and is kept sensibly short, it’s length reaching only around his ears, to which he combed all over to his left ear, as to try and hide his scar in a curtain of hair.

From the neck down, if your eyes are careful, you can see the deep scar of a clearly burning blade on his right shoulder barely peeking out of his neck. He wears a cloak, a plain waterproof leather thing, with a few faded magical symbols at the hood to darken his face. He ensures that his clothing keep this sort of pattern of dark and easy to move about in, with lots of inner pockets.

Class: Rogue

Personality: Athyr is a calculating sort. One who would rather just silently listen than immediately speak, only adding to conversation when he deems necessary to. He's the sort to simply go in to get the job done, nothing more. No conversation. No getting to know his partners. No silly business. Just getting the job done, and usually, he does it on his own, whether or not he's assigned help for a specific case. He would rather use others as stepping stones to his goals rather than seeing them as equals or partners. To him, he's automatically more important than anybody else, and would rather save his own hide any day of the week, rather than even consider that somebody might get hurt for his own sake. The thing is, that he's okay with that too, he would rather let others take the blow like that, and sometimes even manipulates people who would take no part in anything other than a passerby into taking the blows for him.

Off the job, he's just as cold. He hates having to talk to people past business, and thinks that his leisure time should be spent alone, drinking. He's seen some things that he really just wants to drink away. He does have a somewhat personable side to him however, it just takes a little bit of talking, and a few shots before you get it out of him. He's a broken man, having driven everything away in lieu of facing his past. A past where he blames himself for the death of many of his kinsmen at such a young age. A past that has driven him to heights of anger and violence he feels that he can't escape from. One that he keeps secret, so that his weaknesses aren't exploited.

Weapons/Skills:
The roguish elf uses twin poisoned daggers coated with a poisoned design to make his target more sluggish in movement and thought in the span of a minute or so, depending on the size of the target. This is incredibly useful in larger doses to put people to sleep, and smaller doses to bring a enemy combatant to a frustratingly near drunken state of action, where their swings are less precise and more wavering. Otherwise, he trains himself to swing quickly and precisely, not necessarily strongly.

He also employs the use of a shortbow, which he also uses to deliver his poisonous payloads by arrow. He uses a variety of different arrowheads, as all of his targets aren't always the types where he needs to end their lives. Knocking them out and having them presented to his contractor later is also a solution that he isn't afraid to use.

He has a variety of poisons that he is very potent at using, from the aforementioned "Black Poison". A more lethal ingestion based poison that stops the production of white blood cells, leaving them frail and ill, and open to diseases known as "Blood Thinner", etc. etc. In short, he can synthesize just about anything, given the right materials and time, to take down his target, plus a few other things he keeps on him just in case a... magic user were to attack him, he could use a poison to drain their mana, or a beastmaster were to set his beasts on him. He could use a poison to set the beasts to a frenzied state, where the creature would attack anyone, including the beastmaster, so on and so forth. He mostly only keeps stocks of Black Poison and Blood Thinner on him however, with a small stock of ingredients and whatnot to create all the different types of poison under the sun.

Magic:

Athyr is immune to poison and disease, per an enchantment he paid for just in case somebody had the bright idea of using his poisons against him or some other withering thing. Said enchantment also curses him to be infertile. Oh well, can't win them all.

Biography: Athyr isn't one to have much revealed about himself, besides the fact that his services are effective, and he charges a fee for them. That service, a reputation he had built up for himself over years of small jobs that snowballed into bigger and bigger catches, had given him a name: The Blind Butcher, as his targets are always of the highest bidder, no matter they be the underground crimelord, or the (few) well-meaning aristocrats. He has no qualms on who, he simply takes what he can get, for the highest price he can fetch.

He oftentimes doesn't always kill his targets, or at least, directly. He likes to toy with his targets, giving them a semblance of a chance to live, if he finds them worthy, or particularly entertaining. Most don't survive this encounter, but the few that do, Athyr notes to himself, that person, whomever they are, have earned themselves a life debt if they were to ever cross paths again. Nobody has redeemed this with him, but he does keep track of the names and faces that he owes, and the few unlucky ones that he owes his life to.

Otherwise, the rest is shrouded in secret. He doesn't talk much at all, preferring to keep himself to himself, and letting others do the blabbing while he does the stabbing.

Species: Lyell (just making this up on the fly fyi) Related to the ice giants up north, the Lyells branched off some thousands of years ago due to their smaller stature and higher intellect. They were more human in their appearance despite their bluish skin that made them look as if carved from ice, especially their intense blue eyes that conveyed no emotion. They had an affinity for magic and their homes were soon sprouted from the icy wasteland around them now appearing as towers and spirals of pure ice. They were able to harness other magic types as well and they soon were recognized as a powerful but reclusive race that few have ever seen in their lives. Most tales of their kind have been heard near the cluster of human villages where the mountains begin and an occasional Lyell has been seen wandering about searching for deer and other prey.

Appearance: Her face looks as if it is carved from marble half the time which gives her a threatening vibe when she makes eye contact. Her hair is almost white and reaches a few inches past her shoulders in gentle waves. She has the traits of the Lyell, blue lines under her eyes that appear after birth and are part of a myth that the baby's first tears burn them. She stands at 5'9" and her build is muscular but not too stocky. Her clothing is seen as promiscuous for most since her kind cares little about showing skin especially since their invulnerable to the cold. The Lyell use their trophies of their hunts to decorate themselves so horns, pelts, and skin are used as clothing. Khalli hunted the ice wyrms in their caves as a teenager which was a dangerous task and so she wears the horns and scales with pride.

Still, too much time in a warm environment can slowly chip at her and she'll start to lose her energy. Fire, however, is quite damaging and she is deathly afraid of it and rightly so. Like most magic users, her abilities tire her out and exerting herself can lead to extreme consequences.

Relationships: Velkin has become a close friend after bumping into each other every once in a while during their travels.

She can form weapons or form it right from her body She cannot feel the cold and it actually is more comfortable to her. As long as water is nearby she can use it to scry. This allows her to view what is going on somewhere else in the world for a few minutes. The people or person won't know they're being watched unless they have a strong connection to magic. She can carry a conversation out through this process as well. Her strength and stamina greatly rivals a humans and she can fight for a long time without losing stride. Her body can turn into solid ice which is more of a defensive mechanic if she's been injured or doesn't have enough energy to fight and is an hibernative state that they rest in to gain back their strength. She won't be able to fight, however, so this state can be fatal if alone.

Personality




Khalli is a colorful individual and is quite cheerful and independent. Her adventures around the world have left her open to many a culture and the people that inhabit them. Her curiosity and friendly demeanor make her seem like a child but few try to take advantage due to her odd and slightly threatening appearance. She enjoys people and it isn't a rare sight to see her drunk and dancing a storm at a multitude of festivities. She has a nomadic spirit, never staying one place too long and going wherever the wind takes her. She's had a score of incidents but she's made it out of them unharmed for the most part and sees it as nothing more than a few lessons under her belt. "Nobody can teach you better than the outside world," Khalli remarks often with a smile.

She has no dreams of the future and instead likes living in the moment. Worrying over things is an annoying feeling and she tries to push the feeling out of her mind. She's never been infatuated in someone either and after hearing wretched tales of heartbreak, wants to keep it that way. Money has little interest to her unless she needs something and then she'll do her usual routine: selling her scrying skills. Nothing amuses her more than helping a jealous spouse find out their lover is cheating and watch hell unfold right in the marketplace.

Still, nothing beats a Lyell's temper when they're angry and Khalli is no exception. She keeps it under wraps for the most part but it slips every once in a while. She's raged for days at a time and buried villages under mounds of snow until they'd all apologized for treating her badly out of fear. Burying their crops probably hadn't made them think better of her kind, but an attack against her had to be punished.



Biography




Not much is said by the girl, but she's been traveling the lands for over a hundred years. Those who have stumbled across her call her the "Walking Corpse" and nobody knows what exactly she's searching for. She doesn't exactly know either.

Velkin stands at a solid 6'3 with a body of solid muscle. Scars form an intricate tapestry on his skin. Long, raven hair that falls past his shoulders. He is almost never seen clean shaven and always has a few days worth of growth or a full beard. His eyes are a light brown that seem almost like honey in the sunlight, almonds in the dark. His clothing is generally made up of self-made, enchanted leather and furs that he crafts from his kills. He has a pair of enchanted steel gauntlets and shin guards that he wears when things get serious but otherwise prefers to stick to his magical cloaks and rings.

Profession: Enchanter
Personality: Velkin's personality can be summed up as the literal embodiment of humanity. The man is capable of great feats of compassion and generosity. He often goes out of his way to be respectful and kind to complete strangers. Sometimes, even to people that truly don't deserve such kindness. He is capable of love, loyalty, honor, and will sometimes do it for nothing more than a thankful smile. Acts of altruism are far from uncommon with this hunter but the other side of the coin is also true.

Velkin is as equally cruel and selfish as he is selfless. According to him, "It depends on the situation." He can be manipulative, malevolent, egoistic, and downright evil. He has harmed others and even killed for nothing more than gratification. For the simple reason that he felt they deserved to die and that HE had to be the one to deliver that death. He has abandoned people in need or went out of his way to bring misfortune upon those that truly don't deserve more grief. Whether it was out of necessity or a simply because he was in a bad mood, no one can really tell.

The hunter has never claimed to be a good person nor has he ever admitted to being a bad one. "I am what I am. I'm a human. Duality is in our nature. I do what I feel like doing, whenever I feel like doing it."

Weapons/Skills:
Archery- Needless to say, archery is one of the skills Velkin truly excels at. Spending the majority of his life in the forests, he was forced to become beyond proficient in the way of the bow. It is no exaggeration to say that Velkin is a master archer and would be better off teaching his talent in a kingdom somewhere if he was less self-centered.

Staff/Spear- Whether it be with a spear or staff (really, its just the point of the spear would break off and he had to find a way to fight without it), Velkin was also forced to learn how to deal with enemies when they close the distance. He isn't nearly as proficient with a staff as he is with a bow but luckily he does not need to be, as the spear is not a weapon that requires much skill to use effectively. In staff combat, he is better than those who have never used one before by a large margin but he has never had any real formal training in staff combat.

Alchemist- Velkin is very knowledgeable when it comes to flora, fauna, and the uses they could have for potions, salves, poisons, and ointments. It's not uncommon for him to have a few bottles of something-or-other strapped on his person.

Knife- Contrary to his spear skills, Velkin's skill with a knife is damn near flawless. Once any enemy closes the distance for his bow and his spear can not keep them at bay, his blade prowess catches opponents off guard. Once the fight gets in that close, rarely has an opponent ever gotten away unscathed.

Natural Attunement- Velkin has lived in the wilds most of his life and as such, is perfectly in tune with the natural world around him. His senses are sharpened to a razor's edge and has even developed something a sixth sense. A tingle traveling down his spine or an itch he can't quite scratch whenever something dangerous is nearby and has him in its sights.

Beast Talk- Not necessarily "communicating" with animals but Velkin has a general sense of what animals want or need. This goes for practically any animal whether they be fantastic(unicorns etc.) or mundane (dogs, wolves, foxes, tigers). It seems that animals can also feel this and generally tend to be accepting of his presence. It is known that animals would often approach him of their own volition simply to be in his presence.... assuming they weren't a starving lion or something of the sort. "It's an animal thing." is how Velkin describes it.

He is almost never seen without some sort of animal companion and they will often fight with him should the need arise.

Magic: While Velkin doesn't know how to cast rudimentary or combat-specific magic, very few can rival his raw talent when it comes to enchanting equipment. Whether he is augmenting a sword to be set ablaze when magic is run through it or magic to increase his strength (like his gauntlets) so he can better contend with tougher opponents. That being said, Velkin has never had any formal training and has just picked up certain types of magic from his encounters with people and used them to his advantage. His outstanding natural talent in the arcane arts could very well allow him to become one of the greatest human wizards in current times but his lack of desire to be in extended contact with people has prevented this. Not to mention his unwillingness to bow his head to anyone.

He has many enchanted armors, baubles, and weapons that he has used as the situations arise but are usually centered around modest enhancements such as, increased vitality, increased strength, increased speed, increased magical focus, and so on.

One of his prized possessions is a ring he always carries that passively gathers kinetic energy as he moves his arm in day-to-day activities. In a pinch, it comes in handy to have a runaway truck's worth of force ready at a moment's notice. Naturally, once he uses it, it will take a long time to gather that energy once again.

Another of his most useful enchantments is a bracelet he wears on he left wrist that casts an arcane barrier or shield when he focuses his magic into it. It has been able to stop a charging minotaur dead in its tracks at full strength and little matches that amount of raw power.

All of this being said, Velkin's magic is geared towards creating tools to do the things his human physique can't do on its own. He is aware of his shortcomings and enchants objects to cover those weaknesses or turn them into strengths outright.
