I recently re-discovered and have been utterly obsessed with Chibi Maker, which is a super simple chibi dress-up game. I've made like, six of my RP characters with it... then I made myself.

Well. This is the best I could do, LOL. It had some of craziest eyes! I was tempted to use that super-psycho one on page 2, but wanted to see how close this could get. They need to add a wavy hairstyle! But it captured the mischievous-looking je-ne-sais-quoi well I think.
