Oh and I realized now that you probably meant themes after the apocalypse not the apocalypse itself right? Man I'm slow xD just woke up and my brain doesn't work without coffee :3 well if it's after apocalypse then I like a few things but it depends on the plot.

Well from genres I like quite a few but at the top of my head I can think of the following, they are not in any particular order:
Romance
DRAMA
Action
Adventure
Survival
Mystery
Thriller
Supernatural (depends on the plot)
Sci-fi (again depends on the plot but I like quite a few)
Comedy
And more

There are a lot of series I liked or watched (currently I am about to rewatch Primeval and mutant x hehe)

But Comedy isnt among my favorites. Sure in tv series but not all too much in RPs hehe =]

Oh and crime, sometimes I like crime themes or dark themes, but I'm not a fan of suicidal characters, I get annoyed reading about characters that are constantly and endlessly depressed :S

OOOH, I LOVE A GOOD CRIME PLOT. I REMEMBER WATCHING MURDER IN THE ORIENT EXPRESS AND GOSH. I FOUND IT SOOOO RIVETING, AND THE LINES IN THE MOVIE ARE JUST TOO GOOD.

Ahh yeah. That is something I also don't like. I mean, I get depressed too and it's not a really good experience but I hate it when I see other people depressed. I go like, "No. You're not gonna be like that all day, if you got a problem I'm willing to listen but after that we go have something else to do that's fun.

Thankfully I didn't have any suicidal people that needed saving because I would probably just cry like a baby, I mean cutting... That I did run into and that made me cry for her like crazy, we ended up talking for hours and I think it helped... Both. =]

But enough of the heavy stuff I feel like a mountain is sitting on my chest just remembering it :S

Well I would prefer something of our own but we can let shows inspire us =] a full out fandom might be hard to get us players since most of the fandoms seem to be anime or games :S

I think supernatural stuff is popular but I would prefer a plot without supernatural stuff at the moment because I kind of crave a plot without some monsters, powers, etc... But I'm sure some people like drama so even if it's realistic' it could get some interest. Sorry I'm not very creative at the moment because I'm getting ready to go buy some stuff since the shops will be closed tomorrow =]
