Appearance:

White male. He’s not muscular, leaning more into the scrawny side despite trying his best. He wears a prosthetic left leg with a mares leg and a machete concealed inside it. (Think of it like little compartments on either side of his calf that both open at the press of a button. One holds a machete, and the other holds the mares leg. Both fold right back inwards. They look and act very similar to glove compartments on a car.) He wears a lightweight armor vest, with a bandolier around his waist holding 30 rounds of 45-70 gov’t. Other than that, He has a head of straight, thick hair. Hair length is even on nearly all sides, it covers everything above his mouth, like his nose and eyes. A pair of night vision goggles sticks through the hair. He wears a camo duffel bag with backpack straps on his back.

-2 small RC cars with live feed cameras strapped to them.

-First aid kit packed to the brim with 5 or so cans of first aid spray. (Each one only has one use.)

-30 rounds of 45-70 gov’t.)

-A seriously cut down Mares leg.

-A machete.

-A toolbox full of things like a blowtorch, a hacksaw, a hammer, and an electric screwdriver with a set of bits.

-A radio on his vest.

-One of those duffel bags that have straps that you can turn into either a backpack or a one-hand carry-handle by splitting either straps with buckles. (Holds first-aid kit and toolbox, with enough space for a few items.) He wears it like a backpack.

-A small police notepad with a 4-color white pen.

-A pair of night vision goggles with a crank charger, along with batteries.

Background:

He joined the R.P.D at the youngest age he could because of the things happening around him. He didn’t live in the best part of Raccoon City in childhood, with bribery nearly 1 and a half times as common as persecution. He ended up climbing the ranks quickly after joining, catching multiple officers he recognized from his childhood in the act of accepting a bribe. The search went well for the most part, John Doe searched upstairs, while Oswald went downstairs. For whatever reason, the owner put a shotgun set up with tripwire on the stairs. It blew Oswald’s whole foot off because it shot his. It injured his other foot, too. He now uses a prosthetic, the one which was earlier mentioned. Way after that, about a year or so later, he ended up in S.T.A.R.S.

This is his third mission, and his first mission he’s done with little confidence and plentiful terror.

Personality:

Really nice when you get to know him, though he’s kinda needy at first. He has a chivalrous moral compass, but he doesn’t get too ahead of himself, he knows his limits and he knows when he should get help, well, usually. He’s quite unpredictable in certain scenarios.
