Name || Murakami Rui

Age || 17

Studying || Creative Arts

Personality || Cool, collected and cheerful, Rui possesses a relatively composed persona that she's built up over the years; a trait one wouldn't immediately appropriate to someone like her if they were to just judge her manner of speaking. She looks tough and even in a good mood, she often speaks like she's half a step away from picking a fight. She's very expressive and has been known to be quite playful to close friends

She's very frank when speaking, which gets her in trouble at times. It is mostly due to her own honesty. She makes it a point to never lie nor make excuses and in turn, expects this from most people as well; an ideal she enforces on herself and others. She carries with her a stubborn streak that hinders her more than it helps. There are a lot of things she isn't too good at such as cleaning and navigating as she is very bad with directions and one can always count on her to lose her train tickets or gate pass. In the face of this, she still doesn't seek out help or assistance, preferring to do things by herself.

Bio || Rui was the second daughter of a rather affluent family of five consisting of her parents, her older sister, her and her younger brother. Her father was a surgeon, spending long hours working in the hospital while her mother was a school teacher. Her older sister had already finished college and was currently studying for the board exams in order to follow her father's footsteps as a doctor. Her older sister was considered the pride of the family, with Rui mostly stuck to the side unnoticed. When her younger brother was born, she's started to distance herself even more. She doesn't particularly care about either of her siblings and she rarely talks or interacts with them.

On the flipside, she also doesn't mind the lack of attention. She's always been a self-conscious sort who doesn't like when other people peer into the things she's doing. With her parents mostly focused on her sister's successes, this has taken a lot of pressure off her shoulders as she never has to stand up to intense scrutiny every time she comes home. It enabled her to pursue her own ambitions without having to justify anything to anyone though the usual comparisons come up every now and then. It allowed her to assess her own strengths and set her own pace so that she's able to get into any institution she wants without killing herself studying for the exams.

Her managing to get into the Petal's of Grace All Girl's Academy wasn't really too much of a big deal in the family given her sister got in as well so her parents kind of "expected" it to happen eventually. She's a bit of a fish out of water in the school though. It's not that she behaves much like a delinquent in the halls; rather, she seems to lack the elite class and refinement one normally expects from the girls in the school, mostly due to her manner of speech.

Name:
Maya Tamashi

Appearance:
1519859680635.png

Age:
16

Studying:
Photography (Or whatever course that leads to photography)

Personality:
Kind, compassionate, and gives off a gentle demeanor. Maya is a soft hearted girl, both inside and out. She projects a comfortable gentle aura that makes her very approachable to others. This soft-spoken girl is always in the calm passive side, regardless of the stress she is put under. Friendly in nature, she likes company from others. She expresses herself widely without second thoughts making her quite a readable person. She ain't the brightest bulb but she knows how to pay her respects. Her negative emotions are hardly unleashed in public and never been seen before. The closest thing that she gave her all negativity was the time she just cried it all out. Sweet, gentle, and determined. She'll pull through and through with her optimism. One will notice her first impressions aren't always the best.

Bio:
Born a only child in the Tamashi family. Maya was born a simple girl with a simple life. Equally loved by her parents and performing decent grades in school. Her life in school wasn't a walk in the parksince she has been constantly bullied for being too nice. Often during class. It continued till her high school days. Despite being constantly bullied. She hardly fought back or gave up. All because of one inspiration, photography. At the early age of 9. She discovered that her mother used to be a professional photographer by stumbling upon a old dusty box full of well-shot pictures. The camera was also included in it. Her mother retired from her career of photography after she gave birth to her. She was inspired by her mother's professional photography days. Her mother supported the idea of Maya becoming like her. Her father used his money to buy her a new camera. Nothing too crucial about her past but she did brought the camera around her first day of school and has been bringing since.

Name: Carl McAlister

Appearance:

1519876997682.png

Age: 42

Studying: Nothing, because he's a chairman so why should he study?

Personality: (1-2 paragraphs)

McAlister manages to combine stupidity with self-confidence. His ideas are usually over-complicated, and his confidence in them has gone down to the point where he challenges and often gambles away school funds to prove a point. Still, he sincerely believes he's the best man for the job and cares about the school's future. McAlister does look down on most of the students, as he believes that with proper discipline, the young women of Petals Academy can learn some respect. As such, despite being considered a bully, McAlister never tries to directly challenge someone until they challenge him.

He sees himself as a mentor in self-defense and life lessons. A sage who is trying to steer the young women of Petals Academy away from becoming victims and instead teaching them the necessary skills to discipline their future families and of course, gain prestige.

Bio: McAlister never attended Petals Academy, but he did work in the the Rorikstead State Prison system as a guard and later as a warden. In his time working in the prison industry, he met all kinds of scumbags and soon realized that to truly enforce discipline, he needed to reign in the monsters and show them whose boss. It was easier back then when that was all he had to do.

Now, after being thrown into the position of Chairman he almost threw the entire school upside down by re-writing the discipline code and opting for a more "prison-style' cafeteria to help reinforce the "troops" in his school. For the Chairman, detentions don't exist because there is expulsion and suspension to rack in the troublemakers. His philosophy of making the first lesson harsh and the second lesson even worse has stuck with him during his time at the academy.

Of course, there's a bigger issue. That issue being the psychopath trying to kill him for money or worse. Of course, Carl won't go without a fight and a goddamn good one at that.

(Luna on left, Stella on right)

Name: Stella Grey
Age: 17
Studying: Political Science

Personality: Stella is an outgoing and charismatic girl that shows a lot of talent in leadership. She's a fashionable young lady who always dresses nice and is almost always on top of her grades. Unfortunately with how she is and her position as student body president, she can come across as intimidating. She seems kind and wants the best for the student body. She's even gone out of her way to install security cameras and metal detectors, especially with the rumors of a killer on the loose. Stella also loves her family, especially her twin sister Luna. While Luna has a completely different personality than Stella, the two seem to get along and can be seen roaming campus together. Stella is a bit of a goodie two shoes. While some students have shown their displeasure in the chairman, Stella seems to want to work with him and help him out. She believes the chairman has a vision for the school and she wants to help make it happen, as well as protect him from any would be murderers.

Bio: Stella grew up in a middle class family. For most of her life, she lived with her mom and twin sister Luna. Her father was serving prison time for money laundering and illegally selling drugs. Unfortunately when Stella was very young, her father died of a fatal skull fracture. The prison ruled it out that her dad got into a bad fight with another prisoner and took a hard slam to the head. Stella was very devastated by this and by the fact that she never had a chance to have a close connection with her father. In Junior High, Stella became academically ambitious. Stella studied hard because it was her short term goal, or dream to attend Petals Academy. She encouraged her sister Luna to study hard as well. Their mother didn't seem to mind this since she was happy they were doing well in school. Both girls got into the school with a full scholarship. Now that she's found out that someone is trying to kill the school's chairman Stella is doing everything she can to protect the student body, especially her sister Luna.

Likes: School, her friends, her sister, politics, people, books, smoothies, shopping, the environment.
Dislikes: Isolation, loneliness, unclean areas, messy spaces.

---

Name: Luna Grey
Age: 17
Studying: English and Art

Personality: Unlike her sister Stella, Luna is shy and a bit awkward. While her sister is more practical and logical, Luna is very expressive and creative. Luna is very caring towards people and animals but really loves animals, especially cats. Luna is also quite an artist and enjoys writing and sketching in her sketch book. Luna is very down to earth and humble, she doesn't like attention being drawn to her, so she likes to wear more comfy, casual clothes that don't stand out. Lately she's taken a liking to black, having a more alternative look to her than her preppy sister. Luna is very much an introvert who would prefer to stay home than go to parties. When she isn't writing or working on her art, she browses the internet and has many online friends. Luna has also kept up a youtube channel called "lady_gray" where she does funny animated videos with her drawings, storytimes about her life, and also gives writing advice. On camera, whenever she's on it, she acts like a more outgoing, bubbly person.

Bio: Luna grew up with her mom and her sister Stella. She saw her dad very little since he was in prison for money laundering and illegal drug sales, but she'd see him every once in awhile through visits to the prison. Unfortunately when she was young he died of a skull fracture, apparently from a fight he had with another prisoner. Luna of course was sad, but moved on with her life. When she was in Junior High, her sister greatly encouraged her to work on her academics and introduced her to Petals Academy. Both girls worked together on their school work and when they were in eight grade both girls got full scholarships into the school. With the news of a potential killer on the loose, Luna's been trying to stay positive and has tried to stay up on her regular routine while trying to keep a close eye on anything suspicious.

Likes: Art, writing, psychology, music, her sister, the internet, animals.
Dislikes: Large parties, loud noises, the mall, competitive sports.

Other: The twins are nearly identical in appearance but different in personality and the way they dress.

Andy Sue.png Name: Andy Sue Madison

Age: 15

Studying: Art, Creative Writing, Figure Drawing, English

Personality: Sporadic, quirky, and socially awkward, Andy Sue is the laughing stock of any school she attends. She’s an artist of many talents, including but not limited to theater, creative writing, poetry, and art. But peers only see the outside layer. Her art style has an anime-esque touch as she has a deep appreciation for Japanese culture. She fangirls over the outdated anime and murder novels she can afford and has oh so obvious infatuations with the girls at school. “Weeaboo”, “freak”, “lesbian”, is all she ever hears. Her mother loves her despite the name-calling, despite her silly crushes, despite the fangirling and ships, and most importantly, despite her speech impediment.

Andy Sue has a severe stutter that, sadly, can’t be addressed by a speech pathologist due to her mother’s poor income. Sue smiles on, though. She can’t dwell on worries a silly stutter could bring, she has a mother to take care of! After all, she couldn’t care less of what others think! ... right?

As unfortunate as this all sounds, good friends of Andy Sue have described her as one hell of a ride. Enthusiastic and a bit all over the place. Terribly awkward at first, but sooner or later she’ll warm up to you and boy! You’ll need to take a breather, but soon you’ll come back for more. The endless binge watching of anime, the cute dresses she’ll fit you in at her favorite stores, and the bloody gore of MURDER! There’s nothing about Sue you won’t adore, except maybe the excessive fangirling…. Your ears will bleed.

Bio: Andy Madison is the illegitimate daughter of Brooklyn Madison. Born and raised in a below-middle-class lifestyle, Andy holds onto hope that she was born to do more than what was available to her. Her mother agrees, wholeheartedly, ever since the day she was born. Brooklyn knew she didn’t have much to offer to her baby girl. So, striving to give her daughter more than what she grew up with, Brook invested what money she could spare into a mutual fund. Over time, she had enough to pay for half of boarding school costs, and the school provided financial aid for the rest. Andy was excited! She’s going to the Petals of Grace All Girls Academy, to explore her artistic talents in hopes to repay everything her mom did for her.

“Go find yourself a cute girlfriend, yeah?” That was their final goodbye before the bus took her away, leaving her with the grateful and sweet memory of her mother. And her mother, the empty house that perhaps she could sell for a small condo.

Likes: Murder novels, 70’s 80’s 90’s anime, all forms of art, Japanese culture, fangirling
Dislikes: demanding social situations, not constructive critiques, name-calling, core subjects, herself

Name: Hikari Takahashi
image.jpg
Age: 16
Studying: Law, Political Science

Personality: Hikari walks around with a certain charm about her. Somewhere between charismatic and an asshole in stance, behaviour and speech. She is largely sarcastic, and tends to speak her mind with little quips just as things are happening. Though despite this, she does have some capacity to be nice, but tends to show that more in one on one confrontations than in group things. Although quips and sarcastic comments are common with her, she isn't a rash loud mouth and is really analytical and does prefer to tackle things logically if she can. Though because of this, she does like to have a plan and despite her generally being confident, she isn't the best at dealing with high pressure make or break situations.

Hikari has her views on everyone. Literally everyone, judging everyone within seconds of meeting them, her views on people are often a bit harsher than she'll reveal to them (unless they deserve it). Hikari often clearly displays her issue with losing, she really hates to lose in just about anything. As a result of this she tends to stick to doings things she's best at, when presented with a task that she knows she isn't really good at she will often prefer to work with others. A joint success is better than a mediocre solo result in her eyes, even if her victory was mostly down to others.

Bio: The fourth child of the Takahashi family's total of four children. Her family is highly competitive internally and externally in terms of rank in society and job- with both of her parents being politicians. This mentality has made or broken her siblings and herself, her oldest one rising to the challenge and becoming a successful journalist. Her other two older siblings kinda gave up, following in the oldest's footsteps was just too much for them. Although Hikari looks up to her sister, she is hell-bent on one upping her, there isn't any really hard feelings involved- it's just how she was raised to be. Hikari never really had a close connection with her parents, she felt that her parents viewed them as statistics- and although she tried not to let it get to her: she hates to admit it but she knows that that kind of treatment has shaped who she is.

Even at a young age, Hikari has been competitive. Always trying to outdo her class grade wise, extracurricularly and in wittiness. This has only really escalated since then, and after taking an interest in law and the feeling of power that comes with being a lawyer, as well as the respectable pay, she worked even harder than before to get into the school her sister got into: Petals of Grace All Girls Academy.

Likes: Winning, Ramen, Herself, Politics, Law, Writing, Anime

Dislikes: Losing, Being cold, Cooking, Being unprepared, When people don't keep promises
