    Shirabe has light pink eyes with long, straight black hair in a hime cut. Her hair is worn in pigtails tied with pink ribbons with purple edges.

    In G, she is most often seen wearing a pink and black long sleeved turtleneck dress with dark pink stockings and black boots. During colder tempts, Shirabe wears a black coat with multiple buckles and a pink scarf.

    When briefly possessed by Finé to speak to Hibiki, she gains her distinctive golden serpentine eyes.

    In GX, Shirabe is enrolled into the Lydian Music Academy. She then begins to wear the school uniform, a white shirt, red tie with a black stripe and a grey patterned skirt with spiked trim along the edges.

    When casual during this time, she wears a pastel pink and black dress with short puffy sleeves and a pink ribbon around her waist tied into a bow on the back. She also wears pink stockings with white mary janes decorated with bows.

    In AXZ, Shirabe wears a white, pink and purple sailor dress with a pink bow on her right hip and pink thigkhighs with white and pink ankle boots. As temps cool down, Shirabe adds the school blazer to her Lydian uniform. A dark blue jacket with two red stripes down the front and back. A single large button fastens it together leaving the tie, shirt underneath visible.

    Around this time, Shirabe also wears the S.O.N.G. uniform during assignments. It's a simple teal shirt and navy blue shorts with a striped tie. The word S.O.N.G. is etched across the back and the emblem of the organization can be found on the right shoulder. This outfit is completed with blue socks and a pair of two-toned brown boots.

    In XV, Shirabe wears a long sleeved lavender blouse with a pink striped dress over it. The dress is adorned with a pink bow on the left shoulder. She also wears purple stockings and the same black boots she wore in G. As the last winter of the main series brings the story to a close. Shirabe wears a more elaborate black and pink coat that hangs low in the back. Along with pink gloves and a pink and green scarf.

    Her S.O.N.G. uniform now adds a short jacket and black leggings.
