Kali’s hair gracefully reaches the very end of her spine, held by a tiny hairband at the very end, she also has two droopy fox ears that are of the same pink tone, and are decorated with earrings and precious jewels. Her body is fit and agile, yet from the outside it looks rather petite, which has lead to her being underestimated in various occasions. Her goddess attire is always decorated and intricately designed to suit her, on the other hand, her human clothes are robes completely based on the historical context of the mortal realm. Her purple eyes lighten up as if tiny lightnings were forming on them whenever she is using her powers or she feels a strong emotion.

Personality

if we had to summarize the personality of kalidea in three adjectives, it would be; impulsive, playful and quick-witted. she has a strongly divergent way of thinking, and would not let anyone fool her into their games, as goddess of mischief, she would know best the intentions of someone. the female struggles granting second chances, since one of the things she hates the most is being played with her trust. her impulsive thoughts sometimes get the best of her, leaving a whole emotional chaos behind, for the better or the worse. the new goddess’ impulsive mind sometimes lets her take on intrepid and unpredictable adventures , meet all sorts of creatures and people and most definitely make a memorable impression on them (not necessarily a good one)

if you get in her close circle, the female has a soft, gentle side she will show. her loyalty is one of her strongest characteristics, and if you get on her good side, she will do absolutely anything to protect you. matter of fact, you are likely to torment her worse by hurting those she cherishes rather than herself. out of all things, playing with her heart is something she will never forgive, this is something she has learned through her own experience, making it hard for her to decide who to trust. consider yourself incredibly fortunate if she ever lets you see her cry.

Backstory

It comes as a disbelief to many, but indeed, Kalidea is a 22 year old goddess. Not 100-years-old goddess that has her body stuck on her younger days, she is literally 22. born as a result of the love resulting of orion, god of fire and tactics and minta goddess of clouds, the young female has been looked down upon for most of her life. the gods, not used to taking care of their actual children, let the child wonder around the heavens for a long time. this resulted in the female developing a strong curiosity for everything around her from a very young age, toppling over and falling right to the gates of the underworld, protected by the wise Isla, one of the eldest goddesses to roam the kingdom of deities. Isla was the one who taught her most of what she knows today, she specially learned how to defend herself and use her powers to always benefit her desired outcome.

Being the goddess of thunder and mischief meant that, by nature, she tended to be rebellious. It was safe to say she probably had given her father the worst of headaches, yet he has shown willingness in putting effort to teach her the way her powers should rule over mortals. Her mother had always seemed keen in looking after her, at least until her patience run out (didn’t take long), and her attention diverged to her favourite daughter, Diabella. the young goddess, who’s always been fond of the human world, never expected to be able to explore it as soon as she did, all due to one of the many arguments in between gods that had somehow spiralled back to her, but it was one time too much…

Oh if she had known what awaited her down in her mortal playgroud..

Relationships

Noir, The Grim Reaper: It all started with a really, really bad impression as a young 19 year old goddess. Due to her constant visits to Isla in the underworld, she was bound to see her grandson’s stupidly handsome face around. You could say it was the blooming of your typical enemies to lovers story throughout their emotional rollercoaster. Much to their demise, someone witnessed them kissing, and snitched to Orion, who was significantly disappointed on his daughter. For the sake of avoiding seeing Orion torture Noir until the end of time, Kalidea swore she would cut the emotional connection, and so they did. As time passed by their feelings for each other also changed, yet they are still deeply fond of the other, and will always stay loyal to their friendship. Matter of fact, it was Noir the one who helped our young goddess escape through the mortal realm…

Diabella, Goddess of Youth and Beauty: The gorgeous, popular and oh so charismatic older sister. Or at least that’s what the rest sees. Kalidea’s soul vision allows her to know someone’s intention, and Diabella’s have mostly switched amongst manipulative, gaslighting, materialistic and superficial. She is always compared to the success her older sister has had, even though she was created many more years ago, and has a clear advantage that Kalidea knows Diabella’s is too far up her rear to make a proper use of it. To no one’s surprise, they have never kept a close bond, matter of fact, Kalidea has always wanted to avoid her just because the utter irritation her presence triggers.

Orion, God of Fire and Tactics : Her father, the all mighty. It is an uncanny bond the one they share. Rather than a father, he also seems to be an old companion, one who has sometimes shown how proud he is for her. When glances are exchanged between them, they know exactly how to communicate, something Kalidea knows Diabella would never be emotionally smart enough to do. Kali was never scared of her father, even though his image is made to cause fear to those who stare too much. He’s taught her how to become a fighter, teaching valuable life lessons, and shown some slightly favoritism to her (just for the sake of being diplomatically correct, every time Diabella speaks or whines, they both look at each other with the same expression of second-hand embarassment)

even though the female still has yet to see the full potential of her powers, some things can be noted down. she can materialize electricity, which will run through her body and direct it to wherever she desires. using the right conditions or materials, such as rainy days or metal items, her casual abilities can significantly increase in power by them, this can also happen when she feels full after eating. she can enhance her physical abilities by shooting short bursts which would allow her to speed up and increase her already above-average agility. she tends to know how to control her emotions, so the maximum power capacity, which is triggered when gods are enraged, is yet to be witnessed.

ah, what do we really mean by magic involving mischief? even the gods are curious about her abilities surrounding this concept.
for the most part, luck will usually play on her side, meaning she is the most likely to get away with things, specially when, well, she’s sprinkling her acts with naughtiness.
it also allows her to see through people’s intention to some extent, her gut will instinctively tell her what someone’s act is all about, and if they are to be lied to or to maybe be slightly trusted.
she can also transform into various animals to help her escape from situations through disguise, she can also create her own human disguise, but cannot replicate anyone.

He's tall, muscular, and fairly white skin. He's not the muscular "bulky" type of person, but he's the "fit" slim type of muscular. He has a couple of scars mainly from the back, literally from being backstabbed by some of his past partners/bandits from the past and a couple from escaping from robbers and other bandits. His hair reaches to his tailbone, although he likes to keep it tied up with a hair tie.

Personality

He's a person who hides his true heart and feelings deep within him. Because it's hard to trust people nowadays, he doesn't really reveal much about himself, but Wei is a good listener when it comes to others.

He's a cautious guy and he doesn't like opening up to too many people in his life because he's done that mistake one too many times. When he gets too close to the people he cares about, he becomes too trustworthy and loyal to them causing either them to get hurt because of him or the other person hurting him in the end.

In order to avoid this, he plays what he likes to call the "villain" in people's stories. The type of person who would coldly look at you, push you off, and savagely scold you with the intention of making them think that he's the jerk, distancing himself from anyone getting close to him

In the facade of this person, lies deep down someone whose trying to survive in the real world. Harshly, he's held his stress, tears, and happiness away stowed deeply into the deep depths of his heart.

A person who wants to help those in need and find ways to mend his past. To a nobody like him, who self-criticizes himself, he tries to carry all the rocks on his shoulders and drag on in an attempt to find his own will to survive in the cold, cruel world.

Backstory

It was a cold night the day that Qin Wei was gently placed down on the floor in front of an orphanage. Wei's mother let out a long, silent sigh, as her tired eyes looked at him one more time before she limped off in her robe soaked in blood. Despite Baby Wei crying in front of the orphanage home, there was no evidence that had shown that this child's family was slain that fateful night. His parents were from a noble, rich family, but due to greed and disagreement between Wei's father and his uncle (the father's brother), because Wei's father would inherit the money, his uncle decided to hire people to slay Wei and his family, despite him being just barely 2 months old. His uncle would be able to receive all of the family's wealth, and so his wishes came true that night.

Wei grew up a child who had ambition and courage. The founder of the orphanage believed that he would have been a great leader since people often were drawn in by his charisma and personality. Unfortunately, Wei's luck never came around. At the age of ten, Wei was adopted by a couple who couldn't conceive children. He was only able to live with them for a few days, his adopted parents were in an accident on their way home. Wei was now again, an orphan. Wei was put back in the orphanage again, but this time, the children at the orphanage made rumors that he was an "unlucky" child. Even the founder of the orphanage distanced himself from the poor child.

"You see, there are stars that shine brightly in the sky. And you? You're like a dark star. One that stays and causes the other stars to die out."

One uttered bluntly to Wei. The children and foster parents all believed that the child was a child of misfortune, and feared that if they were to be near him, they would end up like his previous adopted parents. Dealing with this kind of behavior, Wei's personality slowly became that of a dark star. His ambition, kind smile, and charisma were now clouded by his distant, unkind, and quiet self. After two years of dealing with rejection and the orphanage, he decided to run away from the orphanage and handle everything himself.

This was when he met Chang Guo, the boss of the "Demon Gang." They were known as those that would steal and slaughter their family. With nowhere to go, Wei decided to follow along with the boss, as he promised that he would receive "a home and good food."

Chang Guo's promise was true but with a price to pay: be the dog of the boss. Wei was like a dog that would be used to run errands for Chang Guo. He would run missions with the other minions, stealing, but Wei never followed with their slayings of the families. He would always tell Chang Guo that he had done his dirty work, but most of the time, he would rather steal than kill. After all, getting blood on your hands doesn't do you any good.

This went on for years until he finally became tired of being the dog of Chang Guo. Wei ended up paying a fee to one of the bandits after saving (and stealing Chang Guo's personal stash of money) and slipped out of the Demon Gang's bandit grounds, running off to stay on his own. Wei has been out hiding and living in small areas here and there, resting in caves or making a small camp trying to survive. He's heard rumors about the Demon Gang's brutal assault and attacks on the people, which caused him to be guilty because he was once a part of that gang.

So, he promised himself that he would try to redeem himself by stealing from the rich and helping the poor, without trying to attract too much attention. There was one night Wei snuck into a noble family's home, stealing a woman's pendant as he encountered Chang Guo's people.

"There's your head with a price on it"

Wei narrowly escaped from his people, getting injured as an arrow was shot through his right shoulder. Barely making it back to the forest and to the cave where he currently resides, an animal rested at his hideout.

Relationships

Mr. Qin: Wei took his last name in since he didn't have one. He's the owner of the orphanage and in Wei's light, he was like a father to him. He cherishes Mr.Qin and highly respects him. He's embarrassed to even face Mr.Qin and see the orphanage again, in fear of humiliation of what he's become. Mr. Qin always saw potential in Wei since his younger years.

Chang Guo: The leader of the bandit. Wei detests this man and couldn't believe that he had been this man's dog for so many years (for eight years). Wei has recently learned that Chang Guo has placed a price on his head from running away and betraying the group, but despite this, Wei isn't afraid at all. He's just glad to be out of the hellhole, after all of the abuse and manipulation he had from Chang Guo.

Talents

Swordsmanship

In order to survive in this world, Wei learned a variety of swordsmanship. From long blades to daggers, Wei secretly trained in the middle of the night during his years at the bandit camp. He's pretty swift with swords and is quite strong enough to even wield a two-handed sword.

Stealing

Stealing was Wei's special talent. If he had an eye for something that he really wanted, he would be able to steal it, if he wanted to. Learning ways such as the route, the owner, their daily routine, and various strategy of how he should steal things, he's become quite good at it now. After all, this is how Wei is surviving for this long until now.
