  Backstory:
  Tempest was born into a wealthy family in New York City. As she grew up, her parents sent her to various boarding school around the globe to give her culture and a great education. Her parent's forced her to take extremely hard classes and extracurriculars such as acrobatics, and to be number one in everything she did. She would be punished for anything less than perfection in her life, so in turn she became a perfectionist to escape her parents' wrath. She developed her powers around 9 years old, she tried to hide them from her parents, believing it something to be ashamed of. However, she couldn't control, them and her parents soon found out. They forced her to hide her powers until she was 16, when they found out about the power control schools; they sent her away to the "school" a few days after they heard of it.​
