A young woman of 5'7" with dark brown hair, pulled into a messy bun. She wears a Team Mystic hoodie, generally with the sleeves rolled up, and a pair of blue jeans.

Personality
Edith is quite the laid back trainer. She prefers to take everything at her own pace and has no problem with waiting in a patch of grass for a rare Pokemon.

Background
Though she now lives in Alola, Edith was born in Unova, where she lived until about 12. In Unova, her father worked as a miner in the Mistralton Cave and would eventually catch Edith her first Pokemon; an Axew. Eventually, her parents decided to move to Alola due to the new money opportunities, considering the new Pokemon league being built.

Appearance: Hearth is abnormal in the fact that he stands at eight feet in height, making him larger than most of his species, the scales on his body are a light shade of orange, his stomach is a yellow coloration like making him much more average in color than in size. His eyes are a deep shade of emerald green.

Personality: Hearth is fiercely independent, and savors good battles against strong opponents. He can be gentle around smaller pokemon if he wishes but the fire-type is a gruff and temperamental soul at heart, and can be prone to fits of rage especially in the heat of battle.

Background: Hearth began his career as a Charmander given to a young boy who was just starting his journey, unfortunately the two never really shared an sort of bond that most partners share, the boy saw his pokemon as tools and to him Hearth was not a sharp enough tool to keep around, the boy released the charmander in the middle of a rainstorm, this act of cruelty was almost the end of Hearth, but fortunately he pulled through and gained a massive distrust for humans. Hearth decided that he would get stronger without a human, and so he did. Eventually evolving into a charmeleon and after fighting more battles, and training harder, Hearth reached his final form, a Charizard. Now he has settled down in a home territory far away from human civilization, still battling any pokemon he deems worth his time to get even stronger and prove that he isn't weak, as if to spite the trainer who abandoned him all those years ago.

Personality: He's calm and gently by its nature, and doesn't like to be hold by anyone whom he doesn't like. He detests pokéballs and generally ends up escaping battles.

*Background: Pikachu is living with the Pikachu family. He is protecting the family as the leader of the pack. He doesn't really accept any newcomers in such a friendly manner. He can be caught if the trainer can really earn his trust. He is likely to evolve to a Raichu if possible.

Appearance: Micheal is a wild eyed young boy. Growing up on the streets has caused his dark brown hair to look unkempt and greasy, and his already thin frame to become even thinner. His green shirt and jeans are full of small holes, and his sweater is shredded to the point where he's only holding onto it for sentimental reasons.

Personality: Micheal has two life motto's: don't trust anyone, and it's not stealing if you need it more than someone else. He has had to use the latter many times. Generally, he is an affectionate person, and will be willing to share the food he has with any pokemon that approach him. Due to this, a few pokemon have decided to stick with him. But if a human approaches him, he'll run. And if they corner him, he'll fight back.

*Pokemon: Micheal has three pokemon, a male Noibat named Truman, a female Arcanine named Wildfire, and a male Haunter named Shadow. All three are incredibly protective of Micheal, and Truman will use its sonar to lead Micheal into an area with no other humans. Truman and Shadow help steal food, while Wildfire cooks it. Truman knows: Steel Wing, Air Cutter, Roost, and Bite. Wildfire knows: Fire Fang, Reversal, Flame Charge, and Take Down. Shadow knows: Confuse Ray, Sucker Punch, Shadow Punch, and Thunderbolt.

bella is vibrant, free-spirited, and incredibly impulsive, almost boarding on recklessness. She is also a real firecracker, which makes her simultaneously unpredictable and captivating. She cares deeply for loved ones and acts with kindness to strangers. She takes pride in being quick on her feet, able to keep her wits about her. If you become a close friend of Avani, she will be fiercely loyal. She has an awful habit of reading too much into small things, which sometimes results in her accidentally pushing people away. fia had been with the parisa family since she was hatched, so all she's ever known was her trainer and the domestic life. she's been training for a while now, but has found that she's much more suited to take part in contests as opposed to battle. however, she was captured by pokemon thieves and separated from her trainer. it was that way for a few months, but banded together with a couple of the other captured pokemon and they escaped. the others happily found their way back to their trainers, but fia couldn't find avalon anywhere. so she took to the tall grass and tried to fend for herself. hard to do when you have no experience foraging, hunting or living in the wild at all.

Personality: Hector is a generally nice and caring person, he's not the quickest to the punch when it comes to a lot of things but when he's doing his detective work he's at his best and will take on almost any case.

Background: Hector grew up in Unova and took up solving small mysteries around his town as a hobby, eventually when he got older he became a full-fledged detective, traveling all across the pokemon world

Name: Xavier Hauntrum

Appearance: Xavier stands at 6' 3' has well taken care of brown hair (which is normally covered with a red and blue cap). He has blue eyes and a well but not overly muscled physique. His clothes which of course differ depending on the weather are normally seen as quite dirty which may seem to go against his mostly well taken care of style, but it shows just how much time he takes out in the woods looking for any lost pokemon.

Personality: Xavier is quite an easy going and patient soul. He's taken that sort of stance from all these years training and caring for pokemon. He does have a bad habit of talking to himself but that's from spending so much time alone in a cabin in the woods with nothing but pokemon to talk to. He also has the habit of overthinking things, it's not uncommon for him to spend days on end planning a project only for it to be way too late for him to actually do it.

Background: Xavier started his journey like most other children his age, albeit with an odd partner, a dratini he'd befriended as an eight year old. At first Xavier was all about gaining eight gym badges and winning the pokemon league to become champion, but he soon realized that pokemon battles weren't his thing. He hated to see his pokemon get hurt and he couldn't help but sympathize with the pokemon whom he'd caused to get hurt. By the time he gave up on becoming champion he'd caught and trained three pokemon counting his partner, and on his way back to his hometown he decided that it was unwise to give up on his journey and continued to travel deepening his bond with his three pokemon, his drifting lasted for a good five years, until he eventually crossed out of his world and into Benton, He found an abandoned cabin in the forest surrounding the town and fixed it up. Once he deduced what situation he was in he began to use the cabin as an area to take care of lost pokemon in the surrounding area, he's been running his little sanctuary for two years.

Appearance: Barry stands at around 5' 6' normally dresses very nice as the mayor of Benton, he has a well kept mustache, and is normally seen wearing a top hat. He has a slightly fat build and has brown eyes with light blonde hair.

Personality: Barry is a well put together man he always tries to look his best and almost never loses composure. Unless of course he's alone then he's a bit of an obsessive nutter. He is always trying to come up with plans to make Benton more desirable, and he believes that the monsters that keep showing up in the forest could be just the attraction the town needs. He just needs some way to prove they're real, or to catch them. Which has become a borderline obsession for the mayor, one he keeps quiet of course. He tries very hard to keep up with every sighting and rumor pertaining to monsters in the forest.

(Short but this guys kind of a joke so I didn't flesh out a great backstory for him).

Appearance:
Rhys is a short young woman, standing at only 4'9. It's not only that she's often mistaken as a male, but more oftenly a young boy due to her stature. She should not be underestimated though, with her line-of-work having a decent amount of muscle on her to judo throw people and Pokemon nearly double her height [though it's not like this is some foreign untapped strength. She goes on jogs every morning and does her best to stay fit, it's very hard to work with what little body you already have]. She's adept at using disguises, though more often then not she's wearing a horned headband, a captain's hat, and what looks like a military uniform. Her hair is coloured slate except for a single lilac strand, and it curls outwards to where her shoulders are. She has a long strand of hair that goes down to about her stomach.

Personality:
Rhys is an enigmatic and eccentric young woman that loves the thrill of a mystery. Prodigic, she has extraordinary reflexes and unyielding intuition, though maybe not at the right time or the right place. She truly applies herself in things that she's passionate about, though extremely half-hearted and rather dimwitted and dull when it comes to things she's formally assigned or does not have any interest in doing, regardless of how much she forces herself to. This sort of childish attention span of hers is often her downfall, and certainly was when she officially lost her job as a rookie Officer back in Kalos, causing her to work as her own private investigator which didn't gain much traction. Nonetheless, she's a feisty young woman with far too much confidence than she should have, believing herself to be far cooler and better than everyone around her.

Despite her eccentric behavior and adamant love of mysteries and solving cases, often nosing her way into trouble far more than what she's able of handling herself, she is a good person at heart. Rhys ends up taking the sole responsibility for many things she should often consult others in, though this is done over justice and what she believes to be morally right. She dislikes involving innocents and others in her work and what she does.

Background:

Grew up in Kalos, wasn't the richest so she lived in an abandoned building that was claimed to be haunted. It was there she met Rotom who she abhored due to it's incessant pranks. It's company was well appreciated, and an incident causing Rhys to lose her left eye defending Rotom, and both ended up becoming partners and working together. She had an internship with the metropolitan, and became a Police Officer for a short amount of time though was fired on misdemeanor and misconduct due to how often she went against the rules of a Police Officer and took matters into her own hands [many of which went wrong and aggravated the situation even further.

Even still, she loved solving crime and mystery, and opened up her own little agency to solve crime. It wasn't like she wasn't capable of solving them, though it was rarely she ever got any serious or big cases. Most of her money was made off of Rotom pranking or harassing the locals without their knowledge, and Rhys coming to "solve" the case and getting paid for it. It wasn't how she wanted to make money, but it paid the bills. She has longed for an adventure ever since. And the mysterious plans of Team Crusade suddenly came to light, coming as the perfect opportunity...

Role: Lost Trainer's Pokemon

Appearance: Only differentiating bits from a normal Delphox would be that he's a bit overweight for his species, and a small tag bracelet on his right wrist.

Species: Delphox

Personality: Due to his trainer's profession, he's a bit maternal to other Pokemon. Towards humans, however, he's pretty comfortable around them. When encountering one he's not familiar with, his trust builds quickly, and mostly shows docile curiosity towards them. He's quite intelligent, due to his species, and understands most of human speech, despite obviously not being able to speak it back.

Moves: Mystic Fire, Psyshock, Calm Mind, and Return

Owner: According to his tag bracelet, "Holly Wendill, Lumiose Nurse"

Background: Most to be explored as the story progresses. Currently, all that will be revealed is that he belonged to a Nurse in Lumiose City from Kalos. She had been gone for a couple of weeks, leaving him to stay at the house and take care of himself until she'd gotten back. He can take care of himself fine enough, but is concerned for her, as she usually took him everywhere with her- they were best friends. In the weeks leading up to this incident, he'd gotten increasingly worried, until the Crusade incident left him dumped in a strange, unfamiliar world two days ago.

Appearance: The Black Knight stands at a hulking 8'5, wearing a massive obsidian colored suit of mediaeval silver trimmed armor with a crimson red cape, also wielding a massive great sword that has been used in combat against humans and Pokemon



Personally: The Black Knight is very stoic and solemn, not talking often, preferring action over words, The Knight follows its orders to a T, seemingly unstoppable in executing an order they've been given by their higher ups

Background: Not a lot is none about The Black Knight, not even his real name. He was merely hired onto Team Crusade early on by the Team's boss, quickly assinding the ranks to an admin. The Black Knight has completed every mission its been given perfectly, without fail.

Pokemon: two Bisharps, an Aegislash, a Steelix, a Dhelmise, and a Dusknoir.

Role:Team Crusade agent

Appearance: a Young man with black hair, green eyes and a pale complexion standing at around 5’3. He is usually seen wearing a red vest over a white shirt with a wavy green line at the bottom along with black jeans. He also has a rainbow wing strung around his neck as a good luck charm.

Personality: Generally carefree, but would prefer to hide it under a more serious facade in the presence of his “higher ups” and will usually have no qualms with questioning Team Crusade’s actions and methods.

Background: He was a highly skilled trainer from Orre before he was approached by Team Crusade who demanded his aid through the use of his younger sister Selena. With his loyalty to the organization effectively bought he began work in the strange other world by blending in to town of Benton as a plainclothes agent, with most of the town unaware to his true origins and intentions.

Role: Displaced Wild Pokemon

Species: Eelektross

Personality: Vengeful, steadfast, aggressive

Moves: Acid Spray, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Discharge

*Background: Even before ending up in Benton, Lek was never a friend of humans. Unlike most wild pokemon, who are completely ignorant of humans until they intrude on their territory, Lek has experienced firsthand the devastation of human development. Back as a Tynamo, his home location was a serene nature valley, with a bay leading to the open ocean. Life here was average for any wild pokemon; eat, get into fights, sleep, etc. However, it was only a matter of time until a development company found the location, deciding it great for a small tourist resort.

They used every legal method they could to drive the wild pokemon away from the area; nearly 100% successful, save for a stubborn Tynamo. The little leech was no match alone, attacking innocent workers and their pokemon, if they got too close to what used to be his territory. It was his home, and wanted to defend it at all costs; eventually, the wear grew too much. And with more powerful pokemon being brought to stop his attacks, he stood no chance. Beaten in battle and knocked into the bay, Lek was carried out to sea by the current, a place much too dangerous for just a Tynamo.

Here, he learned to really survive, reluctantly using tactics the humans used against him; Lek managed to grow into an Eelektrik, before emerging from the sea as a full grown Eelektross. Knowing he was never going to get his home back, Lek became entirely nomadic; keeping an eye on humans from afar and attacking if his sense of justice deems it worthy. One regrettable attack on members of Team Crusade led to him being stranded in the world where Benton resides.

Name: Destiny Rose

Role: Trainer
Appearance:

Personality: Destiny is a bit shy and prefers to observe her surroundings before entering any situation. She is very caring to her Pokemon, bayleef, and she loves a good battle. At times she can get a bit flustered, but she generally tries to be nice.

*Background: Destiny was born in the Johto Region, and she grew up to be a happy, normal girl. At age ten she received her first Pokemon after turning up late to the Professor due to the fear that one of the starters were going to attack her. When Destiny and the last remaining starter, (A level six female chikorita) met eyes they knew they were going to be best friends. Eventually, Destiny even got up the courage to participate in Pokemon battles and receive a few gym badges along the way. Despite this courage, she still shudders whenever an opposing Pokemon's move gets a little to close for comfort, and some days she prefers to stay at home with bayleef and chill.
