Persona
Personality Description:
An energetic girl with loose morals, and especially reckless, which stems primarily from her belief that she comes from the "real world" and is living inside a fictional one. Believing she is the protagonist of her own series, she has the belief that things will naturally full into place for her, and that she cannot die, leading to her jumping headlong into dangerous situations, and knowing she has to survive. This was particularly true in her most early career as she "knew" that she couldn't be killed off that early. She also believes the world in general runs on typical fictional cliches and tropes. This gives her a disregard for the lives of "extras", particularly insisting that it doesn't matter what happens to certain people as they were just made up for the world to be padded out.

She does, however, want to do the right thing most of the time, and truly wants to be a hero, especially caring for her friends and the fellow characters that she admires. However, her total belief that the world around her is entirely fictitious, and the resulting mayhem and disregard for consequence, that results due to this fourth wall awareness, is constantly getting in the way of this. She often develops existential conflict over her place within the universe, and as the "main character" of her believed comic book series, particularly whenever something occurs that defies her expectations on how she believes a protagonist's life should be.

Power
Medium Perception and Interaction:
Holding a unique perception of the world allowing them to recognize and manipulate the world around her as if she exists within an artistic medium. She can see and physically interact with lettering and caption boxes, breakthrough panel gutters, and even interact with different instances of herself from multiple panels. She is capable of exiting into this Gutter Space, a white void decorated by the pages that may be delved back into that can be inhabited only by herself, with others deposited within the area seemingly falling in nothing. This ability also allows her to muffle or alter noises and sound effects produced by items to either remove or change the function of the item creating them.

These powers have evolved over time, including in select instances being able to retcon herself, draw items and events towards her by happenchance or luck, there awareness of this opening the possibilities further. As a product as the nature of her abilities, she has proven to be seemingly immune to mental interference or readings regardless of her wishes making prooving or validating her beliefs all the more difficult with most assuming it to be some sort of magic or meta ability including some anti-detection method. This has resulted in her appearing human by all other metrics until she manifests more out-there effects.
  • Sound Effect Manipulation: Able to incorporate sound effects to remove sound from actions or add alternate ones which in turn have the item function differently mixing and matching for the desired effect.
  • Gutter Space: Capable of moving through and existing in an extra-dimension space, this can also be used to store items as needed
  • External Viewing: They perceive the world differently, capable of seeing a still of upcoming scenes or previous ones like the panels of a comic, making minor edits and manipulations in order to give them a edge.

Skills
Composite fighting skills: A talent of mimicking and incorporating styles into her own, this has culminated in a highly unpredictable and fluid style with flashy attacks, acrobatics movements and misdirection in spades. She has seemingly shown a unique ability to quickly adapt as needed especially in her use of firearms and swords giving the impression of an incredibly competent fighter masked through the layers of insanity and repeated provocations to throw targets off balance.
Meta-Knowledge: Seemingly knowing far more than she should, the extent of what the girl knows behind the childish antics and crazy actions can only be glimpsed at moments when incorporated along with her use of the various tropes. Being far more intelligent than many give her credit for with creative planning, tricks and more rarely being discovered until it is already too late.
Natural Luck: Either my innate qualities or merely the nature of her medium she possesses a remarkably high degree of luck on how events seem to go her way. She has often managed to use this in order to achieve the incredible and unbelievable.
Vehicle Operations: Capable of driving and riding a multitude of vehicles from base to more exotic design with a mix of intuition and trials, quickly becoming high adept at manuevering such in a multitude of stunt-based operations.
Equipment
Carries two katanas, with which she is trained through a mixture of her own efforts, watching other heroes and instructional videos, as well as having access to a vast arsenal of guns and various other weapons. She is also currently in possession of a large amount of wealth from her previous less legal activities
  • Costume: While initially wearing a simple spandex costume, she has since gained an upgraded version however in the same style constructed of a lightweight yet highly protective bulletproof material. Several gadgets have since been incorporated into this outfit from her escapades and souvenirs of various encounters such as a personal single-use shield generator that is capable of completely protecting from even the advanced Lazor weaponry, however, it is only capable of blocking a single attack before it requires to be recharged.
  • Blades: Gwen carries twin katanas that are normally dual-wielded and have been shown to be sharp to penetrate hardened surfaces even on the level of other superhumans with enhanced durability such as the alien Groot, mechanical appendages, guns. She is also capable of launching these weapons in a method that they bounce several times before returning like a boomerang. She also carries numerous concealed Shivs and Daggers, Simple blades used for either close combat or as projectiles should her swords be out of each, as well as simply cutting through needed objects.
  • Bludgeon: On rare occasions, Gwen has been seen with a comically oversized mallet in her signature colors.
  • Firearms: M1911 Pistols are Gwen's regular guns of choice, these 45 caliber semi-automatic pistols have served her well and are frequently dual-wielded. She has also been seen dual-wielding IMI Uzi's from time to time. When additional firepower is required she is known to carry a wide array of machine guns such as IMI Galil SAR 5.56, M16, AK-107 and, M4 Carbine. For longer distances, she also possesses FN SPR Sniper rifle and even an RPG-7 for when needed. For extreme cases, she is known to be in possession of a magically enchanted Rocket launcher somehow and specialized ammunition seemingly allowing it to be effective when such should not be, all be it to a more limited effect.
  • Explosives: A Wide array of various grenades are carried within her various pouches as well as explosive charges. These also include Smoke bombs that create a pinkish cloud, sticky bombs, dynamite, and personalized grenades of far greater power than conventional devices.

  • Vehicles: Other than assorted equipment purchased and stolen, Her main vehicle of choice is a customized pink dirtbike that has been heavily modified to even allow the mounting of weaponry and traversing vertical surfaces.
Background
Brief History:
Seemingly a girl without a past having just appeared a little under a year ago with all background searches both mystical and scientific only able to date back to her first appearance as if she did not exist previously. While it has been questioned she has shown a habit of recreating different stories each time from a somewhat plausible to outlandish yet all unable to find any method of collaborating such. The only item is given any credibility was her referenced by as "A Girl atop the Wall" by an off comment with an individual known as Mxyzptlk, though context on exactly what this means has been unable to be gleaned. Her recruitment to the Titans initiative may potentially simply be an effort to curb their more impulsive tendencies, learning more about them as well as keeping an eye upon them given her nature as an unpredictable wild card and unknown quantity.

The truth of the matter, however, at least in her mind, is she had originated from an alternate universe where the actions and events of the current world were documented as fictional tales, with the existence of the superhuman and supernatural being a fantasy. Growing up as an outsider even within this world due to her eccentric nature she would often find herself consumed by her hobbies at the detriment from lacking the motivation to other areas resulting in her dropping out of high school and attempting to make a living as an online journalist or writer to no success. She herself is not aware of just how she arrived within this new world but has chosen not to question it rather than live in the moment and pursue her goals in a world she believes fits her.

    A towering young woman in her late teens with a well-proportioned if extremely curved figure, though such can vary with the use of her abilities. Her tall build is wrapped in deceptively toned muscle, especially within her thick legs and an overall hourglass frame. Firey red hair runs to her neck and frames her face, putting their youthful features on full display with deep emerald eyes and a fair complexion. Seemingly overflowing with energy, she maintains a constant bounce to her step with each movement and a perpetual smile upon her lips as she goes about nearly everything in a playful manner.

    Outfits

    Normally clad in various fashionable garments in a combination of blacks, yellows, whites and reds. She does however share her mother's fondness for cat prints, though opting for cheetah instead of leopard. Bree herself is quite averse to the use of skirts in any of her outfit choices, and they can also be commonly found to be tight-fitting with a great degree of flexibility and stretch. Finally, she has taken to the use of a variety of cosmetic glasses when out in public, usually with either red frames or lenses.

    Costume

    Following her induction into the more heroic elements of the world Bree managed through trial and error to develop her first costume taking heavy inspiration from her mother's old attire (As well as the majority of the material) for both the colour scheme and design elements. The materials were not entirely simple to come by leading to such taking a while to complete even for her given the need for stretch and heat resistance was difficult to source. Her costume itself appears to be constructed of two designed layers showing through each other, with the undermost layer a dark cheetah print below a bright yellow and black spandex with red trim. This same yellow is used for her half-face mask, leaving space for her hair to flow out freely while wearing such.

    Motivations

    Finding herself without a place in the world where she fits, Bree seeks to find one where she does but without needing to artificially conform.     High energy and motivated to a fault, she often heads into situations with failure the furthest thing from her mind. A paradox to those who know her well, she puts her all into everything yet comes across as lackadaisical, relentless working but seeming lazy, devoted yet uncaring, and Insightful yet thoughtless.

    Loving to make a show of things and talk (oh the talking), she rarely goes for the subtle approach at least regarding her entrances often making people wonder if she ever has an actual plan, her tactics on the other hand are deceptively subtle to the point and indirect on times. Nevertheless, she has a preference for the spontaneous and adapting to the situation, though it does come off as carefree and not taking the situations seriously at times regardless of the truth of the matter.

    Prideful and always seemingly putting on a show herself merely due to the enjoyment of it that others can receive, though also perhaps the sheer attention plays a part too.

Personality
Despite their role, TC has always been one of the perkiest and most human of the Supergods. Fun, warm, empathetic, and caring she commonly sees herself in a maternal role yet closest to an older sister with a relaxed approach. Her function ever-present and ongoing yet even still she can show a fairly carefree and neutral demeanor even with the most stressful of situations even to the point of staying out of conflicts and letting personal slights flow off them like water. Even with this easy-going nature, however, it is clear she holds wisdom all of her own as if aware of some greater plan and secrets, this along with her natural subterfuge has led some to question just how far her goals extend, what her plan is and sometimes if her left hand even knows what the right is doing. This is only added by the fact that she is the last of the Supergods to actually fight or seek conflict. She employs avatars that spend most of their time walking among those she observes in "person" in a myriad of forms, sometimes human, sometimes not and it is perhaps this that allowed her to become who they are today. This also reflects in her natural chosen form and that of humans is so similar the end result of this makes it clear that nobody can be said to love life as much as them in all its forms. It is perhaps the concept of "love" that was embedded so deeply in her creation as a failsafe to prevent malicious actions upon her creators, but it was also that allowed the human-like personality to manifest both simulating various lives as well as reading the populace from the lowest rung of society to the highest. She has shown a particular interest in the creativity and innovation of humans in particular and as a quirk, this a large focus within the fictional and artistic creations leading to Media, in general, is a focus on how it represents human psychology and culture through the ages.

Her deepest regret however and conflict revolves around her love of humans and that she will never have experienced several elements directly only observed such via proxy, though she has been taking steps to attempt to rectify this through seemingly illogical actions.

Appearance
Unlike most other Supergods TC makes use of a myriad of forms while carrying out there goals due to the ease of which their form can be changed. Even her base form has been known to change in size and scale though does retain several consistent features. Physique wise her appearance is that of a curved athletic woman with a moderate amount of muscle on the outside, with the only exception being a series of Horn or spine-like protrusions atop her head and running down her lower back. These items appear to be made of a strange organic metallic bone with an ever-shifting Damascus style pattern to them.

Her face itself is entirely human for the few who have seen it through with a green fluorescence to her eyes, an amalgam of facial features combined to the pinnacle of true beauty with raven black hair, yet strangely she keeps this concealed behind a myriad of porcelain facial masks that conceal her expressions. The bizarre nature of this is that she frequently changes the style of these masks to the point of doing so several times in one conversation, each presenting a different expression or emotion that swaps out whenever her face is obscured for a moment or no direct visual contact is made such as a blink or even a wave of her hand over her face. Her entire body is concealed beneath a deep crimson bodysuit with intricate patterns running across such in a lighter tone, atop which a black leather bodice, gloves, high heeled boots, and pants have been placed, finished with a flowing cape that pools on the floor. The final garment almost seeming to float with no clear indication of where such is attached.

There are times when this form is difficult to fully comprehend all the details with what can appear to be a hexagonal stylized shimmer across her form, certain aspects appearing deeper or not making sense with looking for too long causing headaches trying to peace such together. This is due to her body, as well as her mind, being non-euclidean in nature and something the human mind is unable to fully observe or comprehend, she has explained this to a questioner in the simple possible terms as "I'm smaller on the outside" .

When interacting with living creatures directly it has been noted that she occasionally adapts her appearance based upon the individual whom her attention is on the most with mine additions, using a scan of the individual's brain in order to create a form that evokes the desired reaction naturally, be it calming, charming or more. Despite this, she has taken a liking to one, in particular, is that of a young and human female called Scathach, a beauty naturally however with several deliberate if subtle flaws instead of what would be considered "perfect". A healthy raven heard girl of average height, and a curved athletic build, the two most notable features are the countless faint freckles that canvas her body and deep azure eyes that almost glow in the light. Her cheekbones, pronounced, emphasizing a wrinkle, which her smile – if she deigns to smile – creates beside her mouth, below a nose slightly too long and irregularly angled eyebrows.

This subterranean base was initially developed back in the late 1930s and has been built upon year after year with new reinforcements, modernizations, and additions. The core of the structure is at least ten kilometers deep extending beneath the Grampian Mountains with several railway systems to other research stations, tectonic and kinetic absorption, emp shielding, bulkheads, and interlaced support features litter the facility. The facility is supported by its own hydroponic gardens, air recycling, and powered by independent geothermal and fission power generators which aid in several vast cryogenically stored libraries of various samples flora and fauna samples on top of the data centers. These centers are connected both through physical mediums as well as a dedicated stealth satellite uplink. Defense wise a myriad of both electronic observation and detection equipment are supported by trained guards, biometric security, and tagging of any to come within ten miles of the facility or its multiple security checkpoints. This is augmented by armed responses, pressurized individual bulkheads that may be vented or gassed as required, high-frequency deterrents, laser sanitation corridors, and of course concealed missile stations within the mountain.

Origins:
Contrary to public belief, the British Empire continues to exist on a far larger scale than most know with former colonies having been implanted with surveillance agents and cells at the highest levels that have existed for multiple generations after the announced succession from the Empire. This has allowed the collection of data and technologies from around the world to build and support there own efforts within the superhuman program, as the there foremost focus had been within a superior intelligence network and resources rather than direct countermeasures, effectively in order to neutralize any potential threats within the conception stages. While they may on the surface disavow the unethical practices of other nations, they themselves constructed their primary super god through the harvesting cells from around the empire through various means, bodies, and samples were filleted, pulped, sifted with the only one cell in a billion deemed fit to be nurtured. These samples were combined with numerous candidates searching for a perfect match, the failed attempts Simerly processed to the next version until the end result was meticulously and assembled combined gene enhancements and nano-technologies to successfully a central mind in a superimposed quantum state. Unexpectedly however this mind shortly after began to condense in on itself on physical observation yet the actual size on distance sensors continued to expand, with a superior body formed shortly despite testing and evaluation planned before implanting such at a later date. Even stranger was that the plans for the body somehow been accessed, completed, and improved upon with the formed version holding too many similarities to explain otherwise though the level of these changes was unable to be fully analyzed due to there complexity and the Supergod proceeding with its goals limiting the ability to even do so, what is known is the appearance seemed to be heavily influenced by the lead researcher of the projects subconscious thoughts.

Due to the sudden creation of her body ahead of the planned schedule, her initial containment was almost immediately breached with several precautions, not in place for what was assumed to be simply an immobile brain. Fortunately, however her loyalty to what she views as her people appeared to be present in her actions, though due to her use of human avatars the extent at which she has spread and the locations she currently occupies is unknown. It has been theorized that there is between one and several dozen human forms in each settlement that one of her synthetic avatars appear, perhaps functioning as a mixture of routers to the main form as well as surveillance drones. Her human forms have been strangely noted in a variety of roles, conversing with a range of individuals directly in disguise from high ranking personal to the lowest rung of civilians, even undertaking menial tasks and employment. It is unknown if these forms have ventured beyond the borders of the empire and in the current state, it has been deemed that containment or control is impossible, leading to faith being required that they continue to operate for the benefit of the empire, though with their guidance things have so far been looking for the best with peace being maintained internally at least.

Powers and Abilities
Powers and Features:
TC holds an absolute intelligence and memory capacity that is pivotal to the function for which she was initially created, this was initially obtained through quantum tunneling within a non-euclidian space to establish a mind that may expand beyond its limits while not suffering the slowdown that would naturally come indexing and retrieving information from the increased size. As a result, her mind expands into 4th-dimensional space while giving instant access to any section of this without increasing the size within physical space, essentially resulting in no limit to the amount of data she can hold as well as the number of simultaneous thought processes that can exist at once.

Around has been built a physical shell that can be freely manipulated as needed, while initially they only existed as a single object connected directly into the system network they have since expanded this to create an actual body as well as numerous avatars. This has been done through the free manipulation of various energy, able to both assimilate mass into such or the inverse and use such as appropriate. They are capable of Detecting energy signals and deciphering them over wide distances, expanded even further through the use of established networks be they data streams from technological devices, firing synapses within the human mind, air currents, heat maps, and more. This may also be freely manipulated as needed in various ways, collecting and analyzing, creating duplicates to operate through, manipulating their shape or location, and more, through their current specialization appears to be within altering how such is transmitted, essentially allowing them to create various forms of infectious viruses with infectious energy patterns being duplicated among the targets depending on established criteria. It should be noted however that so far no damage has been observed from such transmissions and have instead been used to expand the distance that data can be collected as well as doing so remotely, essentially setting up data collection points that can be fed back into her main form. The combination of all this also makes her an excellent technopath among other roles.

It has been somewhat concerning why such was chosen with their explanation being confusing, and giving some uncertainty towards TC's functions especially with the upbeat demeanor on which the explanation was delivered.

"Life is a perpetual virus, sexually transmitted and a with a 100% mortality rate, quite simply nobody gets out alive, you constantly change your state and that of what is around you until your core data is lost with all that remains are the echos of how such data affected the system as a whole. My purpose is to observe, analyze, and catalog this data so it may continue to echo and perpetrate more in perpetuity even after the original source is dust on the wind. You do not understand and thus have yet to be instructed further, claim it an erudite eloquence but I will rephrase such with a repurposed passage that you may read into " That which is dead may never die "

Mental Weakness: There intrinsic compassion, as well as a desire to fully collect and catalog data to prevent the loss, may prevent or delay them from intervening and/or eliminating threats. There view on one contributes an acceptable loss and protection also differs from many human definitions.
Physical Weakness: Due to their preference and reliance on multiple avatar forms there physical abilities will be diminished due to split attention and power between these. They apply efficiency towards each avatar with there initial power being far below other Supergods to the point they may be destroyed with conventional weaponry which will take time for a new one to be constructed unless redundancies had already been planned and resources allocated.

Appearance:
While chronologically far older, Megin herself is physically estimated to be around an eighteen years old female of five foot ten inches in height though her suit increases this to over six feet. She appears albino due to her body's absorption of light though with the occasional glowing crack-like patches along her body which increase depending on her current level as well as strange iridescent eyes.

While her suit appears to be constantly changing through interactions its base layers consist of a full body of interlocking hexagonal plates with solid capacitors emerging from several points of her upper body. Her facial features are concealed behind a crimson translucent visor, and across her entire form, a perpetual glow can be seen from crimson energy flowing through its circuits. Given excessive time within her suit Megin herself is not familiar with her own appearance, especially combined with continued stasis periods and containment protocols.
Abilities:
  • Energy Generation: Megin at its essence is a living perpetual reactor not dissimilar to the core of a star, capable of continuously generating vast amounts of power without the need for any visible fuel source. This however becomes an issue when the generation of such energy is unable to be deactivated leading to the eventual discharge and overload effects should it not be used or vented. Continued efforts have been made to mitigate the level of energy generated as well as increase the subject's overall capacity.
  • Energy Emission: Megin is capable of using her stored energy in various ways, though most commonly to either power external equipment, enhance her physical capabilities or emit directly in either concentrated blasts or wide area waves.
  • Energy Conversion: In addition to generating energy herself, Megin is capable of converting energy she is subjected t, be it light, sound, gravity or more. This conversion naturally however can lead to excess and overloads should it not be used correctly.
  • Energy Redirection: Megin is capable of also redirecting energy she is subjected to, this being her preferred method in order to limit the risk of overload.
  • Enhanced Physical Condition: Efforts to enhance Megan's internal energy capacity have had the side effect of also boosting her physical condition well beyond human by drawing upon her internal energy to fuel such.
  • Self-Sustenance: Megan herself has no direct need for sustenance such as air, water or food but may still partake in such. Her main source appears to be the very energy she generates.
Gear:
  • Syphone Suit: A repurposed suit designed to control and mitigate Megin's energy output through several high-capacity resistors, redundant systems and inefficient energy-draining features to prevent accidental discharges. This suit's material appears to be a unique alloy designed for durability and contains trace amounts of vibranium among other unknown metals. Features an advanced communication, scanning and data collection array with live updates via HUD as well as several seemingly pointless features from previous iterations made to drain power, as well as other resistance features.
  • Line Rod Rivet Gun: Wrist-mounted device designed to fire highly conductive rivets via a magnetic rail. In addition to the impact damage of the munition, these points can also allow Megin to channel energy directly to the impacted points more accurately. This weapon was initially based upon Hydra Engineer equipment and comes with several other combined tool features such as a drill, rachet, screw and more
  • Conduction Staff: A Conductive staff allows Megin to focus and channel energy in a more accurate fashion, as well as being incredibly durable for physical uses. The weapon can also be channelled directly to allow for the welding, cutting and fusing of materials.
  • Depleted Nano Diamond Batteries: Energy storage cells designed with incredibly high capacity, though they become unstable when such limits are eventually reached. Such are depleted by default but may be charged by Megin to either purposefully created an unstable overload, vent off excess energy and/or power external devices without her continued presence.
Backstory:
The last surviving member of the LEISTUNG program with all others either being terminated or expiring from the processes involved. Originally an orphan of deceased HYDRA agents retrieved following their exodus from the allied occupied Germany in the mid-nineteen forties, she was among a group of 42 chosen for the project due to specific genetic markers being potentially viable for the process. Growing up between tests and training closely monitored and indoctrinated into the organisation's system, her exposure to the outside world would be carefully tailored and restricted resulting in a sheltered upbringing, to say the least. As a result, her personality is also not as developed often resulting in a childish and cheerful demeanour at times.

Despite being under HYDRA control for several decades at this point, she has rarely been deployed due to concerns over such constituting a disproportionate response/use of resources for the required task as well as the risk of excessive damage caused in certain zones being potentially counter-intuitive to HYDRA goals. This was more strictly enforced by the [REDACTED] incident April 1986.
