Appearance: Blue eyes. Long hair with a silver streak above his left eye to the middle of his head Age: 16


Personality: AD-HD, Not quickly comfortable around new people he feels like he's against the world and doesn't like to ask for help. Smart without realizing it, analyzing situations and reacting fast enough to avoid the authorities for the last 12 years.


Bio: Cliche ghetto sob story, Father abandoned him at 6 months, his stepfather and mother were abusive. After they moved to Chicago he quickly learned to live on his own. He took to Parkour, Martial arts, and stealing in order to stay alive. Taking on "running" as a way to make a quick buck here and there. His most prized possession is a small kit full of components he can use to make anything ranging from small noisemaking devices to one way drones.


Skills: Mixture of quite a few martial arts and amazing at parkour along with the ability to make small contraptions from his tool kit.


Equipment: The tool kit, A small satchel filled with bits and pieces that he uses to make small devices. The runner jacket, A jacket covered with small compartments mostly about 5 by 5 inches Max and Stacy, Twin throwing knives that he keeps up his sleeves. (Has risked capture and his life on multiple occasions to retrieve them)


(EXTRA) Running: The act of getting payed to transfer illegal goods, no questions asked.

Name: Clementine (Clem) Oakley


Age: 26


Appearance: At 5'8", she is above average in height. She has an hourglass frame and a curvier build, and wears whatever is clean in her closet at the moment.


Bio: Orphaned from a young age, Clem has been ferried from foster home to foster home her entire life. Determined to leave the system and make a life of her own, she finished both high school and college early, and now works as a journalist for a local news station, doing copy editing on the side. The events surrounding the deaths of her parents was highly suspicious, and she still hopes of uncover the truth of what happened that day. Her dream is to publish a book detailing her experiences in foster care, and shed some light on the broken system.


Currently, Clem lives on her own in a tiny apartment in a rather unsavory part of the city. She tends to keep to herself, not even knowing the names of her neighbors. She is terrified of the dark and of thunderstorms, and still refuses to sleep without a light on. No one knows this about her.


Personality: Due to the instability of her upbringing, Clem has difficulty forming lasting relationships with anyone. Loud, foul-mouthed, and brash, Clem generally doesn’t have any trouble saying what’s on her mind, even to the point of offending others. She’s aware that she comes across as an asshole though, and is trying to work on it. She really does want friends, and for people to like her. When she does form that bond though, she is fiercely loyal and protective, and will do anything for those she loves.


Despite her profanity, Clem is actually incredibly sensitive, empathetic, and kind-hearted. She doesn’t like people to know this though, as she feels it makes her look weak.


Powers/Skills: White magic and all that it entails, as well as buffs/support magic. Knows how to pack a (regular, human strength) punch if necessary. ((I am still fleshing out this character/experimenting with her powers, so this section will be a perpetual WIP as I figure shit out. Let me know if you have any suggestions!))


Blinding light: Self-explanatory. Bright flash of light to blind enemies.


Cure: Removes the effects of poisons/venoms/any other status effects. Can be used from a range.


Dispel: Dispels curses/hexes/long-acting spells from enemies.


Healing: Pretty self-explanatory. Is incredibly powerful, can bring people back from the brink of death. Clem is even able to use her healing from a distance.


Illumination: Has a rather large radius. If sustained, can light up an entire area for a nigh-unlimited amount of time. Reveals hidden/cloaked enemies.


Imbue: Imbues weaponry with light magic. This can include other peoples' weaponry/ammo as well.


Light blast: A targeted blast that burns enemies. Is strong enough to instantly kill weaker enemies.


Light touch: Burns those she touches. If dialed up high enough it could conceivably kill weaker enemies almost instantly.


Shield: A nearly unbreakable shield that can be summoned to protect anyone Clem chooses. Can be summoned in a bubble form as well.


Speed enhancement: Increases the speed of Clem's target.


Strength enhancement: Increases the physical strength of Clem's target.


Summoning: Can summon creatures of light to fight for her. (I haven't decided if she's going to be aware of this power yet.)


Weapons/Armor/Gadgets: Carries pepper spray and a small handgun for protection, since she does not live in the nicest part of town.

Name: Colette Calaway


Age: 25


Appearance: At 5'2', she is quite short. She is petite in build, and tends to wear scrubs, as she works as a nurse. When not at work, she tends to prefer very feminine and girly clothing, and loves dresses/skirts.


Bio: Her parents met when they were young, and loved each other more deeply than Colette has ever seen two people love one another since. Her father was a mage, and had managed to keep this fact hidden until Colette was seven. He had unleashed his powers in order to save her life, and the life of her mother. As a result his magic was discovered, and within the week he had been killed. Colette's mother, mad with grief, obsessed over making sure her daughter would never have to experience anything similar in the future. She ultimately took her life, unable to truly get over the grief she kept bottled up inside.


Personality: Bubbly, kind, and a bit anxious, Colette wishes everyone could get along and find some middle ground. She detests violence, and would much rather use her powers to go on the defensive, or protect others, rather than do any damage herself. She can take this too far at times, even putting herself in harm’s way to protect another. The only way to get her to go on the offensive is to be seconds away from killing her, or the people she’s trying to protect. She can also be quite stubborn at times.


Power/Skills: Air/Wind Magic


Enhanced speed/agility through air manipulation: Uses air to propel herself, or parts of her body, as well as decreases air resistance. Can be used to run up vertical surfaces. Much more agile/evasive in a fight, and able to change direction much more abruptly with the use of air. Can be used to pack a hard punch/kick.


Air blast: Sends a strong pulse of air toward target.


Air bomb: Powerful, outward-moving air current that moves in all directions away from Colette (or the person she’s protecting). Can have a great concussive force and the capacity to blow away anything within its radius.


Flight/air cushion: Uses air to go (and stay) airborne, and uses a cushion of air to break her fall back down (or the falls of others.)


Tornado (of varying sizes): Both offensive and defensive in nature. Can be used to shield herself or others, can be launched at an opponent as an attack, or used to trap/disorient an opponent.


Air Shield: Throws up a gust of wind as a shield, more often pushing the attack (or opponent) up and aside instead of stopping it directly.


Asphyxiation: Prevents her opponent from taking in any air.


Weapons/Armor/Gadgets: Pepper spray and a small stun gun she carries in her purse.

[SIZE=12pt]Powers/Skills: She is a tech wiz. Got anything remotely involving computers? Then she's your gal. Is incredibly agile and quick on her feet, and has little fear when it comes to throwing herself off of buildings. She is also strong, and while she doesn't have any formal training in martial arts, she's picked up quite a bit on her own. Can mimic almost any accent, and is a top notch grifter.[/SIZE]


[SIZE=12pt]Weapons/Armor/Gadgets: Constantly changing; she can whip up almost anything she needs, especially when it comes to tech that relates to her jobs. Her baby is an old, nondescript van that she's got decked out on the inside. She travels around the North American continent with it, going wherever her jobs take her.[/SIZE]

Personality: Condescending in aspects of intelligence but very polite in terms of socializing with the lesser beings known as humans. Strange sense of humor and complete lack of common sense. As well as a lack of care when it comes to the value of a human life.


Skills: Obvious hacking ability which leaves the nano-body in the original state of the nanobots and incapable of movement on their own immobilizes them. This may leave the CPU open to attacks, However due to the magnetism they will surround the CPU in a large ball.


Manipulation of each nanobot controlled by a central processing unit keeps the magnetic bots in place, While also being able to reverse the polarity allowing an individual nanobot to launch away from the CPU at the speed of a 9mm round.


Photosensitive cells in the nanobots allow them to take on any color, while small impact detectors allow him a sense of touch, although immune to heat and cold.


complete manipulation of the magnetic field of the nanobots forming anything from something shaped like a human body to a small vehicular device as well as being almost fluid with minor glitches as he manipulates the fields.


While not generally carrying any weapons. he will pick them up if necessary and will use them without restriction as he has no regard for human life. 


The ability to travel from device to device by piggy backing on a cell signal
