Cassie Stark
Name: Cassandra Melody Stark, "Cassie"

Alias: Iron Girl

Age: 17

Race: Human

Allegiance: Avengers

Appearance:
75422d5a562e14804a9dbf6978caf449.jpg
Slim, Athletic, Muscular
Height: 5 foot 11 1/2

Suit (Iron Girl Suit Mk. V)
7c52fdc63a673abd33a70734399591f9.jpg

Character/Personality:
Cass is a bit of a wild shot. She inherited her dad's extreme intelligence, multitasking abilities, and flair for the dramatic, but she has a soft heart and an iron will like her Mom. Her quick mind and sharp wit make her fun to be around, and she's usually generally accepting and forgiving of people who have wronged her. She doesn't like it when her friends are hurting (emotionally and Physically) and will do anything to ease or even stop their pain altogether. This includes harming herself or putting herself in dangerous situations for her family even if it means the expense of her free will, multiple limbs and maybe her life.

Background: Born the second daughter of Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, Cassie was cherished and loved by her entire family. Tony was very involved in the first few years of Cassie's life, and he took the pair of sisters (Morgan and Cassie) as many places with him as he could: to the lab, the sportscar dealership, and even some of the calmer Avengers meetings. He made sure to allow the girls some hands-on time in his lab, but always kept a close eye on them.
The day Tony died, Cassie was four years old, and Morgan was seven. The girls watched as their father took the hacked nuclear missile up through the clouds and into the giant hole in the sky, never to be seen again.
Now, while Pepper manages Stark Industries and Morgan studies abroad, Cassie makes sure to honor her father's legacy by becoming another one of Earth's protectors.

Strengths:
~Hyperintelligence: Cassie is well versed in astrophysics, general physics, biology/bioengineering, mathematics, chemistry, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.
~Martial Arts: Cassie learned Boxing and MMA when she was 14 years old. She can hold her own in a fight against common street thugs, but in no way is she a master of either of those fighting styles. Someone with more experience in those fields or with a style she's never seen before would be able to defeat her.

Weaknesses:
~Squishy: Outside of the suit, cassie is a squishy, fleshy human for all accounts. This means she can break bones, be drugged or poisoned, get drunk, be mind-controlled, tortured, and get sick. She can also be shot, sliced, blown up, and maimed, just like a normal human.
~Loyal: while this is one of her greatest strengths, it's also one of her biggest weaknesses. She will do anything for those she deems family and will not hesitate to put her life down for them. In this way she is extremely predictable and easy to manipulate.
~Dedicated: Like loyalty, this is both a strength and a weakness. Her dedication to a task means that she'll see it through, but until it's done she'll be hyper-focused on that task, forgoing sleep, food, and sometimes even proper hygiene until she finishes, someone makes her stop, or she collapses from exhaustion. The longest she's ever gone was three and a half days without food or sleep (she went through a bunch of water bottles), and ended up collapsing on her lab floor and sleeping for an entire day.
~Respect for the Dead: Cassie usually doesn't have a temper, but insult her father and she will lose it.

Powers:
Cassie's powers all derive from her suit.
Her suit abilities:
~Freon Beam
-Plasma Cannon
-Wrist Rockets/Missiles
-Boot Jets
-Hidden Arsenal on her suit
-Weight capacity of 25 tons
-cold/heat resistance
-atmospheric resistance (she technically could go to space, but right now her suit isn't capable of breaking through the atmosphere.)
-suit is able to break the sound barrier.
-Friday, Artificial Intelligence

Other:
Cassie enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing board and video games.
She's very close with Morgan, and contacts her frequently.
Her mother is usually away on business but she and Cassie have a good relationship.
She likes puns and enjoys telling jokes.
Every now and then, something will remind her that her Father is gone, and during those moments she becomes quiet and distant. Usually, to cope with this, she will throw herself into her work until the feeling goes away.

  • PERSONALITY
    Perry's typically an extremely friendly individual. He typically greets those with a kind smile and kind words wishing them a nice day. However, by all means he doesn't seem to stick out of a crowd. He isn't a class clown, nor is he a shy individual avoiding social confrontation. He's simply...average in terms of attitude. He exhibits multiple extraverted qualities, however. He actively looks for social gatherings, he attempts to make as many friends as he can, and Perry has a tendency to prefer a party more than a quiet day at home. In addition, while not to the high bar his parents set, he attempts to inject conversations with some sharp wit with...varying levels of success.

    In spite of his willingness to make friends and to interact with those around him, strangely enough Perry is also scared of it. Rooted from his "Parker Luck" since he became a vigilante, he fears that his vigilante work would interfere with his personal life — which he isn't wrong about. While enjoying social gatherings and events, he's scared of commiting to them, as in a moment's notice he may have to leave to fight some crime or do some other duty. He's therefore rather anxious sometimes of being suddenly having his personal life interrupted by his vigilante life. Externally, most assume this is social anxiety, mischaracterizing him as an introvert out of place in social gatherings. Despite this association, Perry continues on his social life with a smile.

    Speaking for his academic life, he's a rather hardworking individual. He attempts to reach his fullest potential, though Perry typically also feels unfulfilled. He often feels as if he isn't living to his fullest capabilities, and he could always improve. This insecurity leaves him in deep thought in most cases, wondering if there was anything he could do to bring him to another level. To become better than who he was yesterday.

  • PERSONALITY
    Lydia takes various personality traits from her mother...excluding most of Kate's friendly characteristics. Popular traits to her name include her being a hard-ass, cold, distant, and punctual. Excluding a specific few, Lydia is often rather closed-off emotionally. She has a tendency to keep a small, tightly-knit circle — while she shows mild discomfort in large social gatherings. Though, to compensate for her rather...unpleasant disposition, one must consider her work ethic.

    Lydia is often an extremely focused and hardworking individual — perhaps more than even her mother. She takes great pride in whatever she works on, ensuring she gives every single task she's given 100% of her attention. This in turn leads to an unhealthy perfectionism, where Lydia cannot stand anything going wrong — nor can she stand any form of failure. This, furthermore, leads to her being extremely critical of those around her, becoming extremely annoyed at the smallest of errors.

    A woman focused on her goals, Lydia often loses sight of reality. She often puts her high up on a pedestal, as if she's owed greatness; as if she's owed a successful heroic career. Yet, especially now that she's in a city infested with superpowers, Lydia is far from the strongest or the smartest — something she still needs to come to terms with.

  • PERSONALITY
    Cassandra is simply a typical extraverted chatterbox. An extremely kind and friendly individual, through her charm she seemingly becomes best friends with practically anyone she meets. A bit of an airhead, Cassandra often makes various small social mistakes, mostly brought on by her limited contact with human civilization. While understanding basic manners and social cues, Cassandra finds it difficult to interpret very specific social cues, as in alien cultures it could be interpreted as something completely different. Though, despite this slight social awkwardness, she still continues to be friendly and she often physically seeks out conversations with those she takes an interest in.

    In spite of her behaviour as a social butterfly, Cassandra is surprisingly levelheaded—if she wasn't, her father would've taken the symbiote from her ages ago. While acting rather childish on some occasions, on others she could become surprisingly mature—fully able to discuss serious plans and all the like. Her emotional stability, while benefiting her the most in terms of controlling the symbiote, Cassandra can often exist as the anchor to a squad as well. If differences arise, she is often there to mediate the conflict, and she would often be there to find a reasonable solution towards an issue.

Robin Lang
Name: Robin Lang (her friends call her Shrinky-Dink)

Alias: Ant-Girl

Age: 16

Race: Human

Affiliation: Avengers

Appearance:
sporty_by_raichiyo33-d80tkmy.jpg

Swimmer/Runner Build
Height: 5 foot 9
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Character: Robin is the type of girl who's tongue-in-cheek humor might be grating for some, but for those who really know her, it's just part of who she is. She has no qualms about breaking the law to do what's right, and she's quite the geeky nerd. Robin's humorous banter and excellent timing for quips and comments in battle do not carry into her normal life, so she's not the best at timing her comments. She's openly friendly when around new people, but she's very guarded when it comes to her science, as her Grandfather (Hank Pym) has warned her not to share the secret of his particles. Robin is a flexible, on-her-feet thinker, able to improvise plans and change objectives on the fly.
Background: Robin is the daughter of Hope Van Dyne and Scott Lang, and half-sister to Cassie Lang. She has a tight-knit relationship with both her parents and her sister, and although Hank, her grandfather, wasn't quite sure what to do with the curious little child at first, she quickly grew on him with some encouragement from her Grandmother, Janet.
Robin was never kept in the dark about her parents' or grandparents' powers, and from a young age she always wanted to experience what it was like to be small enough to ride an ant. She watched on the news as her father grew to enormous sizes and her mother flew through the air like a bullet. While Hope and Janet were both keen to let Robin take up the mantle, Scott and Hank both were hesitant about allowing her the power to shrink and grow at will. After enough Pestering, the women were able to convince the men to start training to be the next generation of Ant heroes.
Soon after this decision, the six of them (Scott, Hope, Janet, Hank, Cassie, and Robin) all moved to New York, where Scott could be a more active part of the Avengers Team. There, Hope trained her girls in Martial Arts, Hank taught them particle and quantum physics, and Scott.....
Taught them how to steal and pick locks.
Cassie's back in California for College (UCLA has a pretty decent science department) which leaves Robin in New York to continue integrate herself with the other heroes.
Strengths:
~Family Gig: Robin, coming from a family of geniuses and sneak-theives, has gained an Advanced knowledge of Particle Physics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Quantum Physics, and mechanical engineering. She also knows how to pick locks, crack safes, and safely disable security systems.
~Basic Martial Arts: Robin's skill at Boxing, MMA, and Jujitsu stems directly from her mother, who is a master of all of these things and more. her use of a Bo staff, however, she had to learn for herself. While she is proficient at all of these, she isn't quite a black belt, and someone who's spent all of their lives training would be able to beat her no problem.
Weaknesses:
Without her suit, Robin is a normal, vulnerable, squishy human for all accounts, so she can be drugged, starved, sleep-deprived, and she can get drunk. Her suit is thin enough to be pierced with needles when human sized, so Bullets and darts will hurt her.
Giant-size takes a lot out of her, and after shrinking back down, she'll probably pass out.
Fly-swatters, shoes, newspapers, fly tape, all of that will hurt her..... it just won't kill her.
Her willingness to break the law to do what's right can cause her problems if she gets caught.
Powers (there are some more weaknesses in here too):
Size Manipulation: Using technology developed by Hank Pym, Robin is able to reduce herself to approximately the size of an ant, and though she can also grow her body to giant sizes as well, doing the latter however puts an enormous strain on her. She still maintains her regular-sized strength and resilience when shrinking; while in reduced scale, this translates to granting her inhuman effort and exertion capabilities. Also, obtaining momentum and kinetic energy in small scale and exerting it immediately while returning to or right after returning to normal size can result in a feat of inhuman effort and exertion, and therefore, momentarily give Robin enhanced strength while in regular size, enough to send a man flying while attacking and enlarging herself at the same time. The process of altering size compresses force and energy, manifesting as brief shockwaves of vibration around the target that charge the target with momentum
  • Enhanced Durability: When she has increased her size into a giant-sized woman, she naturally becomes far tougher and more durable than normal. This is due to her increased density and muscle mass, and it is enough to withstand bullets and some rockets. However, this enormous amount of durability comes at the cost of her speed and balance, making her movements somewhat clumsy as a result.
Superhuman Strength: While wearing her suit in its miniature form, Robin possesses superhuman strength due to her increased density, effort, and exertion, enabling her to take out multiple opponents of normal human size while shrunk and use the physical force and momentum attained from changing size to simulate superhuman strength directly after returning to normal size. This strength also extends to legs, allowing her to jump, spring and leap across with great force, allowing her to move through the air like a bullet to strike and impact opponents and incapacitate them instantly or move halfway across a room in a single bound. This strength is possible through force being compressed by the process of changing size, as well as her density and resilience being enhanced along with her momentum and acceleration. However, exerting too much force into impacts and physical attacks can accidentally kill an opponent, due to the force of attacks being comparable to that of a bullet. The process of altering size compresses force and energy, manifesting as brief shockwaves of vibration around the target that charge the target with enough momentum that can briefly enhance the target's strength while enlarging or immediately after enlarging. In her enlarged form, her strength is also considered superhuman, enabling her to lift and crush huge vehicles with ease. This enormous mass comes at the cost of her speed and balance however and the anatomic strain exhausts her.
Insect Manipulation: Robin, through the use of radio and electric waves and signals accessed with the suit's helmet and earpieces developed by Hank Pym can affect the pheromones of insect-sized organisms and stimulate their olfactory nerve centers, allowing her a rudimentary form of control over ants. She's also currently working on bees, but seeing as how their pheromones are slightly different, she has not yet perfected Bee control.
Flight: the wings on Robin's suit function a lot like a hummingbird's wings, allowing her 360 degrees of movement while in the air, and top speeds of 90 mph full grown. When smaller, her speed in flight nearly doubles. She can't fly in her giant form.
Yes, these are basically from Wikipedia. Deal with it. I'm lazy.
Cuska Quill
Cuska Varan Quill
———————
Comet
20 year old
Half Zen-Whoberi, Half Human-Celestial
Freelancer (with parents)
Son of Gamora and Peter
Appearance
Blonde, curly hair gently hangs over a fresh, wild face. Darting green eyes complement a scar stretching from the left side of his face, running towards and ending on his chin leaves a leaves reminder of the happy little accident with his very first experience with fire. Cuska resembles that of his father in appaearance, posture, and some considerable quirks; his body lean and partially muscular, with reference of a few scars on his back from helping his parents with their adventures. The boy is fairly tall (around 6’1), and has an underlying habit of slouching consistently. However, this does not mean there aren’t elements of his mother Gamora, as she mainly takes up his mannerisms and blood.
Character
Cuska chafes somewhat against rules and authority, which appeals to his intense love of personal freedom. He is quite adventurous and can be prone to recklessness at times. He's also a pretty easy-going with a good sarcastic wit, and an irreverence about pretty much everything. He is a man who refuses to allow himself to be swayed by emotions. He rightfully believes that emotions are the reason for peoples shortcomings, as they tend to cause panic and question the immorality of things. Vara’s persona revolves around the aspect of being cautious, i.e: hiding every single true emotion and keeping to himself, only to project fake happiness— hence the dull copper or teal instead of a pure, bright one. Cuska is still “human” though, and will tend to slip or crack just like anyone else, nor is he cold blooded; he puts on a slightly bubbly persona just to keep others at bay with questions. Of course this may seem fake to those who have uncovered his nature, but misunderstandings are what set people apart, not the person themselves. However, hypothetically if one were to uncover Vara’s real nature, they would witness a lovely soul; a body full of grace, endlessly joy and a courageous heart to support, being overshadowed by the personal fears developed.
That said, he is incredibly sensitive when it comes to his loved ones and will anger incredibly quickly should one insult, hurt, or otherwise cross them. When truly angered, Cuska will drop all semblance of emotion from his face in cold rage. In this state he will do whatever it takes to destroy whomever earned his wrath, or die trying. It is incredibly difficult to snap him out of it, the only person currently able to do it being the people themselves.
Background
Wippity
Strengths
- Sword Mastery: Taught by the legendary woman herself, Cuska learnt the ways of the sword thanks to his mother, who had shown to be highly skilled in using her sword, with it being her primary method of combat. Considering Gamora treats her son as her prized possession, she bestowed upon him the “Godslayer”— the weapo she had been using for centuries as her own, and thus teaching him how to wield it just as she did.
- Martial Arts: Although both of his parents are heavily skilled with the arts, he particularly isn’t able to surpass them as of yet. His experience is very minimal, with more than enough of the basics and tricks to get hm by easily— however, he lacks experience and thus puts him at a disadvantage.
Powers and Weaknesses
  • Enhanced Durability: durability is beyond peak human limits, but not to high superhuman levels. Since this ability isn't the same as Invulnerability, Cuska can only take so much damage before it finally takes an effect. At best, he will only be stunned by damage that would usually kill ordinary peopl
  • Enhanced healing: Generally speaking, Cuska has an exceptional healing factor but however, there are many elements that can hinder his regeneration. If there are misaligned body parts, foreign objects in wound, or mitosis-inhibiting drugs within his body, it can affect the regeneration and cause little to moderate problems in movement/mobility. Instant death WILL kill Cuska before he regenerates. There are times where damage may exceed the rate or extent of regeneration, hence the caution on the misaligned body parts etc. Decapitation/destroying the head can kill Cuska instantly (instant death).
  • Enhanced Condition: User's mental and physical condition is beyond the peak human limits of their universe, but not to high superhuman levels. He has an extremely great mind, strong enough to lift small cars and bend metal, fast enough to move at/beyond the high-way speed limit, durable enough to withstand being thrown off tall buildings. However, due to this excessive amount of energy always being exerted, his diet has become extremely large to keep up with his metabolism, constantly putting him at risk of fainting quite easily.
Other
- Gamora’s “Godslayer” Sword: passed down to him from his mother.
- His father’s lucky ring
- Two handguns and a switchblade (only used when necessary)
Name:
Connor Rogers
Alias:
Captain America
Age:
20
Race:
Human
Allegiance:
Avengers/S.H.I.E.L.D.
Strengths:
Connor had been training to some extent even before his abilities were drawn out alongside other heroes and their children, such training was to be able to prepare him for fighting without powers. Thus he's proficient at Acrobatics, Gymnastics, and Hand to Hand Combat.
Weaknesses:
HYDRA's testing left Connor with a weak mental willpower in the sense that he is easily influenced or manipulated by anything that targets the mind. Connor also tends to act before he thinks, which makes him his own worst enemy at times.
Powers:
Like his father Connor now has enhanced intelligence, strength, speed, senses, durability, agility, stamina, reflexes, and enhanced healing, despite not looking it physically. That said it's been shown that he still doesn't match Steve Rogers in any of these categories, as if he was given a watered down version of the Super Soldier Serum. No one can say if it's a permanent level of power or if his abilities will change with time, much like his body. Connor also ages normally.
Character:
Connor can be a bit outspoken and isn't afraid to let others know what he thinks no matter the cost. Being the son of The Captain America leaves him wanting to make his parents proud, but he also doesn't want to let them down. He's not really good at knowing his limitations, that hasn't changed. Connor can be pretty stubborn, he also believes that everyone deserves a second chance. While he tries to be warm and open with everyone he's more than capable of being stern at the drop of a hat. Connor will protect the people he cares about with everything he has, and he can be loyal even to a fault.
Background:
Connor Rogers was born December 14th, 2010 alongside his twin sister Lucy Rogers, who beat him out by forty-five seconds and doesn't let him live it down. He's the son of Steve Rogers, the former Captain America who is currently Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Sharon Carter, both former S.H.I.E.L.D. and CIA agent who has now fully retired. Connor grew up seeing his father and the other Avengers on the news protecting the Earth for many years, and he also saw them lose. From the moment his parents deemed him capable of making the decision on his own, he started training to inevitably follow in their footsteps by becoming a hero. The twins were thought to have been born your average human with no side-effects from having a father with the Super Soldier serum. That was until they were abducted by H.Y.D.R.A. when they were Thirteen and tested on, in an attempt to isolate the serum gene. Between the trauma and strain it put on both them both physically and mentally, both of the Rogers twins latent abilities showed themselves.
As he grew older he would eventually take up his fathers name and legacy as Captain America. Both he and Lucy became the leaders of the Avengers and their younger members, that being said Connor tends to focus more on covert operations with S.H.I.E.L.D. despite likely spending more time with the Avengers. With the world's nations at odd's with each other he feels he can do more good with SHIELD currently.
Other:
Vibranium Shield - A backup shield that was originally created by Tony Stark for Steve Rogers, but was eventually inherited/given to Connor.
(Stands tall at 6'3 and weighs in at 205 Lbs. Has the build of a linebacker combined with a rower.)
Character:
Pat is your standard angry teenager, lots of weight lifting, threats and dirty jokes as well as a love for violence. He takes his outside appearance very seriously, and will respond with hostility to any questioning of his grit, toughness or confidence, this also shows him to be a little insecure about himself, he also worries about people finding out he's a closeted nerd. He loves making offhand jokes and insults towards the people he sees as friends, while people who aren't familiar with him see this as bullying, it's just his brand of tough love. His temper is very consistent despite his grouchyness, until it isn't, when he is pushed over the edge, he becomes an apocalyptic force of pure destruction.
When it comes to fighting, he has no qualms whatsoever about crossing the so called line, someone will always have to make the hardest decisions, and to him its easier to just get it over with than sit on some moral high ground. Most people think it's easy to make those choices, but it isn't, he never really forgets seeing the people he had killed or affected, coming in dreams or half remembered moments.
Pat is realistic and brutal fighter who will do anything to win, even if sacrifices must be made.
Background:
Pat was originally from Philadelphia, his family moving to New York much to his anger. His personality and beliefs clashed with those of the city, and found himself drifting into a life of fighting and shady characters. He had extensive martial arts training, as well as firearms experience due to his father being a former marine. He had been sneaking out at night to participate in underground fighting circuits. He had won the prize fight with heavy odds against him. As he was leaving the venue, he was attacked by three armed men he fought them off, killing one and giving as good as he got. They hadn't noticed a figure watching them from the shadows. After Pat had created some separation, the three of them were attacked by the entity known as carnage. Pat was already stabbed and bludgeoned, and was had to fight a symbiotic monstrosity, he put up a well enough fight. Carnage must've thought he was dead anyway, and little to Pat's knowledge, had implanted him with a newly created symbiote seed, hoping it would die when he did. But he didn't die. He managed to drag himself out of the alleyway and was rushed to a hospital.
After an extremely fast recovery. He began to notice changes. He would awaken in the middle of the night with clothes on and on the floor. Carnage discovered that Pat had survived, and attacked again, but this time Pat wasn't alone. The symbiote had bonded to his skeleton and bone marrow through the multiple fractures he had sustained when he had originally been attacked. A red and black substance completely covered him forming a suit, and the two fought. At first the symbiote was in complete control, but as he regained his composure, he found himself being able to take control of the suit. And they fought off carnage. He found another being had taken residence in his body, and eventually it began talking to him, it explained that it needed a host to survive. And that it's father had fragmented memories involving someone named Patrick who was also a host had been inherited by the new spawn.
Pat had always idolized the Punisher as a symbol of what it meant to really fight against injustice, The symbiote required a name, seeing as his "father's" name was carnage, Pat felt it all to fitting to christen it Slaughter, as a reminder of what they would do to those deserving death, as well as Kleetus Kassaday.
Strengths:
-Self reliant: Pat would rather get his hands dirty than have someone else potentially screw something up. He has a very independent nature that allows him to persevere.
-I am the weapon: As well as being a dangerous person on his own, his symbiote has awakened a primal state of mind from the ancient humans of a bygone eons, taking the his physical and mental acuteness to another level.
-Seek and destroy: Can track almost anyone as long as he can pick up a scent.
Weaknesses:
-Heat and Sonics: While experiencing the weaknesses of the symbiote race to a lesser degree because of genetic evolution, extreme heat and very high or low sonic waves will weaken him.
-Conflict Driven: he can be extremely antisocial and confrontational, often defaulting to threatening and verbal abuse when agitated or upset.
-Kill 'em all: He gives overkill a whole new meaning, and usually let's his blood lust get the better of him, which ends up with people with important information ending up as pink mist, or a splatter on the wall.
Powers:
Unlike Toxin, Slaughter inherited more from Carnage, He retained some of Venom's traits.
Superhuman Physique: Posses superhuman agility, endurance, healing, strength, reflexes to a greater degree than Carnage and Venom.
Symbium: When Slaughter bonded to Pat's skeleton, it created a living metal that he can shape as well as giving him superhuman durability.
Genetic Memory: Inherited Fragmented memories from Carnage and Kassady's damaged mind.
Matter Manipulation: Can create various weapons from his suit, including Blades Axes, and barbed tendrils.
Web generation: Generates an organic webbing substance he uses for movement.
Heightened senses: Possesses enhanced sight, smell, and hearing, as well as having a form of spider sense that alerts him much easier to where the danger is.
ESP camouflage: Can effectively hide from spider man's senses as well as other ESP senses.
Wall crawling: Is able to move on any surface.
Hazard proof: The "suit" filters air from toxic fumes, gas, and water, allowing him to function in hazardous conditions. It will even protect him from the vacuum of space, but it has not been tested for how long.
Frenzied Fury: When Pat's Serotonin and adrenaline levels spike, It acts as a cocktail of steroids for the symbiote, increasing his size and strength as well as aggression. He takes on a more feral and savage appearance appearance when he enters this state, as well as using a more barbaric speech pattern and fighting style. It only lasts for a short while, but can be extended though some very questionable practices... (Consuming a human brain for more of the activation chemicals.)
Weapons:
(His most commonly used formed weapons)
-Blade: A Symbium blade extends from the outside of his forearm that has a rectangular shape and carries extremely sharp edge. When active, the blade slides over the top of his fist, allowing him to still use his hands while it is active.
-Axe: a small offshoot from his bottom wrist extends into a large blade that runs along his ulnar bone. The axe is also a great form of defense for blocks and parrying as well as a devastating weapon.
Fists: Hands coated in Symbium, allowing for damaging non lethal attacks, fingers effectively act as claws though.
Ollie Hammond
Name : Ollie Hammond (X-46)
Alias : Ocelot
Age : 3 years old (aged artificially to 24)
Race : Human
Allegiance : N/A
Appearance
586674
Character
X-46, as he was usually called, is a rather reserved and shy child. Having been conceived to serve as an under cover weapon, he had little contact with other people, most of his personality being sort-of residues from his DNA. From Wolverine's personality, he has gotten a sense of humor and a sense of self preservation, things to help him deal with the horrible things he would see and do. From Sabertooth's personality, he has gotten the ferocity and wildness, helping him think on the fly and to adapt the situation to his advantage.
Background
X-46, another experiment of the infamous Weapon X program, is the result of creating a genetic Frankenstein's monster, by combining two mutants with rather close abilities. So, it was chosen that the two were to be Wolverine' and Sabertooth's genetical sequence. Ollie could not remember his first 'years'. They fly so fast through his mind. One moment he is in the hands of someone, then he is walking towards someone in a lab coat, then he is horrified as blood starts pouring from his hands, yelling, as claws erupt from his wrists.
As he wakes up, he is on a sort-of hospital bed. Looking to his left, he sees what seemed to be a gray-ish liquid. The next thing he felt was overwhelming heat, almost as if he was burning from the inside out. From the sheer pain, his claws erupt again, but then he faints. When he wakes up, he is in a room. He remembers it. His old room. A person, calling herself 'mom' comes inside and asks what's wrong. X-46 responds by cowering, but then remembers her as his mother, and starts to calm down. 'Mom' goes close to him and gently strokes his hair, assuring him he just had a fever, and he was in the hospital before, but he is alright now, wishing him a good night.
Next day, it was training day. He followed his 'mom' to work, although he was housed inside the facility, in a room specifically for him to be watched 24/7. X-46 was taken to a room, that seemed like a gym room. All of a sudden, a turret popped up and started shooting at him. Behind the screen, a military looking person was watching, arguing that the instincts should kick in, and the regenerative ability should take the toll of the shots.
Ollie yelped and jumped, managing to dodge some bullets. Two bullets hit his right arm, and three in his left arm. The pain was great for him and he let out a yell of pain. The wounds were closing, but not fast enough, and the bullets were stopping the regeneration to take full effect. A sudden adrenaline burst later, he found himself in a primal rage mode, running towards his target, attempting to dodge the bullets. a few still hit him, but one slash later, the turret was cut in two, the pieces of metal falling to the ground with a thud. His breathing had intensified, and his eyes went to his arms, who were hurting. With his claws, he took the bullets out, clumsily, and managed to open his wounds more, blood starting to form near him. He could feel the re-growth of his skin, the pain from the bullets and cuts.
Another sound cut his attention. People entered the gymnasium, bacalavas on their heads, weapons pointed at him. Shots were fired, and X spared no mind to jump towards them, running and sticking to the ground. Letting out a growl, he slashed through them. Suddenly, his adrenaline wore off, and he realized what he did. Turning to them, he quickly fell to the ground, apologizing and trying to piece them together, but to no avail. Unbeknownst to him, those were androids. Feeling lightheaded, Ollie fainted, atop the corpses.
The test was deemed a success, although the healing ability was not up to par. Apparently, when two regenerative abilities meet, they don't stack up, rather diminish themselves. The next few weeks went good for Ollie, but he didn't knew it was training for him to kill. One day, he saw another man, who proclaimed to be his dad, let him out. Asking for his mom, Ollie was quickly rushed outside his room, into what seemed to be a facility. Ollie was lost, dumbfounded. "Am I in the hospital dad?" The man just told him to keep moving faster. That is when he heard his name ever "Ollie". Looking at the nametag, he saw the name "Hammond" so that is what he took as well. He could not wait to tell his mother about what he found out. Suddenly, he heard some guns loading up, and Ollie turned, claws starting to exit his wrists.
That is when his memory cuts out. Next thing he remembered was his mother screaming for him, and him falling backwards, the pain of bullets and cuts on himself. Waking up, he finds himself in a alley, a world he never saw in person, and with a new set of clothes on him.
Strengths
  • Self preservation - Due to his shared DNA, he got the instinct wolverine has when it comes to making decisions about people and situations.
  • Ferocity - Thanks to Sabertooth's DNA, Ollie has gained a fearlessness state and a rather savage way of dealing with threats when his adrenal glands activate, kind of like a berserker state.
Weaknesses
  • Berserker rage - When in his berserker rage, Ollie can barely discern from friend or foe, mainly due to him being designed to be a lone wolf killer, not a team leader.
  • Easily emotionally manipulated - Initially, X-46 was planned to be implanted with a emotional damper when sent into missions, as previous iterations proved to not handle well killing humans. So, an emotional damper was in the works to be installed in him, but he escaped before it could be installed. They were planning to use 'mom' to calm him down to be debriefed and healed.
Powers
  • Adamantium skeleton - As per usual, his bones have been reinforced with adamantium to add extra durability and combat effectiveness.
  • Dampened regenerative abilities - His regenerative abilities are dampened due to some strands being unstable, so Ollie will heal, but not as fast as Wolverine. This was one of the reasons he was meant to be an infiltrator and assassin rather than a combatant.
  • Enhanced agility, strength and sense - Scientists were able to tap into the abilities of both mutants, but were careful to implement them slowly into his DNA, this being their first weapon that combined two mutants and thus not knowing how much they could add as to not make him unstable.
  • Extended life - Although he has been artificially aged, his body will remain at that state for a very long time, his cells being able to renew themselves quite fast, making him a timeless weapon and an investment for the government.
Other
Ollie has his own identification tag around his neck, stating his designation, blood type, and designated codename : Ocelot.
Kyoshirou Harada
Name: Kyoshirou Harada
Alias: Murakumo
Age: 17
Race: Mutant
Allegiance: Clan Yashida
Appearance
ydkehqc9m9901.jpg
Character: Kyo has taken it upon himself to bring change to Clan Yashida, in his hands he holds the soul of the clan. Kyo has taken upon his shoulders the past, present, and future of the clan. Kyo is not a bleeding heart or noble soul that wants to save the world. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about anything else or the rest of the world, it’s just that his interests and priorities come first. Kyo doesn’t have the same family values as most, he doesn’t equate blood with the term family. Even though Kyo wants rebuild Clan Yashida, he will pick and choose who is a member as well as who isn’t biological or not. At the core Kyo is a person seeking family.
The easiest way to piss him off is someone who claims the title of friend or family without earning it. When people say things like bro, my friend, my guy, son, or such it irritates him to no end. Kyo has no problem unleashing his frustrations on said people. Even a stranger acting too familiar with him is enough to annoy him.
Background: Kyoshiro Harada was never a thought in Kenuichio Harada’s mind, he was a plot. A plot engineered from a casual partner of Ken’s that was secretly a member of the Hand. The Beast wanted to have direct control over the new Five Fingers of the Hand. Gorgon’s Hydra, Harada’s Clan Yashida, Mandarin’s Triad, Tomoe’s Southeast Asia Crime Syndicate, and Ogun’s Yakuza. He figured he’d raise the heirs to each Finger and then use the heirs to take over the individual organizations as well as possess the greatest Finger.
Therefore Kyo was raised alongside 4 other children by the Hand, raise in this sense is synonymous with trained. For most of his life Kyo has endured the training and grooming of the Hand. The Hand taught them Ninjutsu and went as far as help each one unlock some of their latent potential. Each child had different needs to reach their full potential, apparently Kyo’s need was to learn his mutant powers and the Yashida Honor Sword.
When he took possession of the Yashida Honor Sword which the Hand has procured for him, that’s when Kyoshirou had been made much more than the Hand’s puppet. Guided by the sentience of the Yashida Honor Sword, Kyo has seen the past, present, and potential futures of Clan Yashida. It was Kyo had awakened the blade and the blade in turn had awakened him. In accepting the blade he also accepted the responsibility of the one who wields it. This is why Kyo fled the Hand and begun to serve his own interests.
Strengths: Ninjutsu, the core of his training from the Hand focused around the 18 Disciplines of Bunjinkan. Of course there were portions of Ninjutsu that Kyo specializes in as opposed to other parts.
  • Kenjutsu: The core of Kyo’s fighting style is Swordsmanship, even his mutant abilities were tailored to his swordsmanship. He considers himself a master swordsman but assuming he is the best would be his downfall.
  • Analysis : The one tactical skill Kyo found most important, his ability to analyze one’s body language to anticipate their next movements. In general, Kyo is very observant and perceptive being able to take in details at the blink of an eye and notice the subtle details in that same time frame.
  • Agility: Judgement, balance, speed, flexibility, and maneuverability make Kyo able to traverse the world around him limited only by lack of flight or adhesive powers. Wallrunning, building leaping, and slipping effortlessly into small spaces makes his movements almost inhuman. It’s these same tactics that make him good at evasion, entering, and escaping.
Indomitable will or perhaps a talent for inspiration? What non-power strengths do you possess?
Weaknesses: Kyo is still a human and therefore is susceptible to most forms of harm humans because he is still fleshy. Kyo also squanders a lot of his Ninjutsu skills because of his method of fighting.
  • Disarmament : Being Kyo is a Kenjutsu specialist being disarmed and left without a sword quite literally puts him at a disadvantage. He is no where near as skilled at taijutsu or with any other weapon.
  • Straightforward: Ninjutsu was never actually meant for straight forward fighting. Ninja are meant to be stealthy assassins and masters of escape. Kyo squanders this by his method of fighting which involves direct and conventional engagements.
  • Overt: Kyo tends to make no use of the element of surprise or stealth the way a ninja should. Kyo therefore limits the potential of his agility in not using stealth or concealment.
Powers: Tachyon Fields
Kyo can produce and manipulate a Tachyon Field. At base use it’s make a very good defensive force field but using it this way makes him unable to do anything else with it. However Kyo has found better uses. Kyo uses it to store and summon equipment such as the Yashida Honor Sword using the time space properties of tachyons.
  • Infusion: His main use is to infuse his tachyon field into his weapon making it able to cut through most things at a subatomic level. However, the blade is incapable of hacking through objects of the same level durability as Captain America’s shield or through other powerful mystical weaponry. The particles themselves are faster than light which is gives the infused object such efficacy. Even with the use of special swords that are already able to cut through virtually anything, the nature of Tachyon likened such blades to more like being chainsaw because even after the initial strike the field would continue to grind and saw away at the target. He can also project his tachyon field in a slash projection to cut things from a distance, as his field is away from him it makes him briefly unable to use any of his other tachyon techniques.
  • Tachyon Step: It’s short range for point to point movement, Kyo cannot use this to sprint all over. Instead he can use it to move an instantaneous bursts of speed simulating teleportation.
Other
Yashida Honor Sword: It’s ancient blade made of Meteorite Iron forged by Demon Sword Smiths and reforged by Masamune for the Yashida Clan. It sacred to the Yashida representing their past, present, and future. The soul of the blade was awakened by Kyo, that soul is actually the blade’s sentience. It has revealed lore pertaining to the Yashida to Kyo. The Sword provides him guidance and assistance for the Sword has crossed paths with many blades, spilled a lot of blood, and been around for so long just taking in knowledge from its uses. The properties of the blade makes it capable of wounding mystical and spiritual entitites as well. Combined with Kyo’s tachyon field this blade becomes a force of to be reckon with.
Natalie Strange
Name
Natalie Strange
Alias
N/A
Age
Nineteen
Race
Human
Allegiance
A promised student of the Sanctum Santorum and honourary Avenger.
Appearance
569831
Character:
Natalie is a promising young sorceress filled with a great pool of ambition, her power of determination is a thing to behold, with a respectable work ethic and relentless quest for self-improvement. Heroic to the core, she has a rigid moral compass and a deep dedication to protecting the people of Earth. However, she is a highly arrogant woman, her head inflated with grandeur and aspirations to fill Strange's eclipsing shadow, she lords her mystical talent over those without and carries a sense of narcissistic superiority when faced with adversity or conflict. She is decisively stubborn and a challenge to work with.
Moreover, her inexperience in the open world leaves her uncertain and conflicted, her decision-making is prone to shaky hesitation and she carries the guilt of minor failures heavy upon her shoulders. Despite never being raised so rigorously as a protege for the mantle of Sorceress Supreme, she expects better from herself, held to an unreasonably high standard she cannot hope to fulfill.
Background
Born to the eccentric sorcerer Doctor Stephen Strange, Natalie's early life was born of the moral struggle of a man unwilling to to charge his daughter with the terrifying burden of mystic protection and yet understood that the greatest way to safeguard his daughter was to bring her into the magical fold. Given the Sanctum's vast resources and armada of like-minded magicians, Natalie was raised within the very confounds of Strange's inter-dimensional landmarks. Even as a baby, watching the incredible light shows performed in the courtyard by the many pupils was an immensely joyful experience, magic to Natalie was an everyday occurrence as common as the normality of cars. As she aged though, so too did her infallible curiosity. The Sanctum became her playground, and her own inability to perform tricks soon made her restless. Doctor Strange countered this, for a time, with the sensible introduction to the mystical world through academics and theory first. This proved to quell Natalie's thirst for knowledge, and she found the tomes neither boring nor padded, hungrily absorbing any information she could get her hands on. Eventually, the contents of the non-magical library were dutifully drained, and Strange had no choice but to accept that his teenage daughter would accept nothing less than real training.
From the ages of 13-17, she trained like any normal student. The idea was to instill a sensible work ethic and humility, to make her equal to those in the Sanctum, to an extend this was successful, but a life born of magic was always going to be seen as superior to those without the gifts of the arcane. It wasn't until her 18th birthday, the official start of adulthood, that her dad found her worthy of personal training. With the intended goal of forging her into the next Sorceress Supreme, she underwent vigorous mental exercises and borderline grueling trials of endurance. She was taken to horrifying realities and various times faced with odds not remotely possible for her to defeat, yet the trials all proved a purpose and her life was never in any real danger. He even let her dabble with the Time Stone - once - and to rot a banana... Nonetheless, these two years of dedicated training prepared her for the world, and unable to neglect his duties for her indefinitely, Strange tasked her to enter the human world and aid the Avengers, to prove herself as a front-line protector of humanity. A purpose she fully intended to fulfill.
Strengths
  • Natalie's skills in magic go beyond the incarnation of spells and the ethereal, she possesses a unique and extraordinary academic talent for spell theory and other mundane magical studies. Where Cassie Stark can be seen as a reflection of Tony's scientific intelligence, Natalie is the reflection of her father's own mind. This allows her a unique perspective in periods of planning, able to grasp the inter-dimensional and mythical effects of a multitude of actions, whilst bringing arcane solutions to the table.
  • Natalie is an extremely proficient archaeologist, at Stephen's insistence she was not allowed to burrow away in the Sanctum and had to pursue more trivial studies alongside the arcane. Her exposure to magical weapons from all eras of history left her with a unique knack for archaeology, which she pursued seeing no other choice. Despite her younger age, she often does volunteering and teaching, her magic allowing her access to locations on a global scale.
Indomitable will or perhaps a talent for inspiration? What non-power strengths do you possess?
Weaknesses
  • Mortality: Natalie's mortality is far more apparent than her father's mystical nature, lacking the decades of experience and without access to something as cataclysmic as the Time Stone, she is an entirely average human being and a Sorceress who has yet to learn the arts of transmutation. Her speed, strength, durability, reflexes and endurance are entirely normal
  • Dark Forces: The charge of the Sorcerer Supreme is to guard Earth's reality from extra-dimensional threats because those of the waking world are unable to contend the unknown themselves. Natalie is only a standard sorceress, and like many pupils of the mystic arts she will struggle immensely against rival magic of a demonic or otherworldly origin.
  • Magical Weaponry: Despite vast proficiency in the Arcane Arts, there exists a plethora of weapons of a nigh-mythical origin which have little care for magical shields and crimson bands. Sufficiently powerful weapons can carve through the tools of a sorcerer like a knife carving cake.
Powers
  • Resistance to influential mental effects. E.g, Telepathic Mind-Control.
  • Immunity to influential magic effects. E.g, Enchanted Allure -- Unless spellcaster is more powerful than Doctor Strange
  • Magical Attacks (advanced)
  • Energy Circle Combat (basic)
  • Force Field Generation (advanced)
  • Enchantments (proficient)
  • Telekinesis (basic)
  • Teleportation (basic)
  • Magical Constructs (proficient)
Other
  • Sling ring: This ring grants the ability to teleport great distances through the creation of temporal portals which cause rifts in time-space, the effect isn't instant however, and is more of a long-distance travel option than an combat option.
  • Spell book: A book of basic to moderate spells, hidden out of sight by what could be considered a "pocket dimension" spell.
Alvira
~ NOW PROPERTY OF @Kameron Esters ~
Name
Alvira
Alias
N/A
Age
18
Race
Asgardian (daughter of Loki and Amora the Enchantress)
Allegiance
Only to herself for now, and to the Nether League she commands.
Appearance
570010570066
Character:
Alvira can be a lot of different things based on the situation she's in. Usually, though, she's flippant, shallow, and sarcastic. Around her friends, she walks the line between shamelessly speaking her mind and seeking the center of attention, and still letting everyone know she holds dark secrets. She can be very flattering and even flirtatious, but only to take advantage of people and/or trick them into thinking she actually cares about them. In fact, that represents her deepest flaw: she doesn't really feel a genuine passion for anything or anyone. These humans on Earth seem like nothing compared to her, so she doesn't really feel the need to either save their world or take it over, at least not yet. Now, she's really only after vain material pleasures that can range from shallow to borderline sadistic. Despite this, she hasn't yet fallen into downright evil. She won't hesitate to cast a hex on a random guy who crosses her, but only on one who crosses her. She'll like the social gratification that comes from heroic adventures. It strikes her other major flaw: a deep-seated ego that hates seeing people that might be greater than herself, especially those that rival her in beauty, cunning, or magical ability. She craves power and influence, even if she often lacks the ambition to seek it out.
Background
Born of a fling between two notorious Asgardians that just by chance happened to produce a child, Alvira has been raised without a father, since that unsurprisingly isn’t really Loki’s thing. Despite being fatherless, her mother Amora still raised her like a princess for the first few years of her life, helping harness her daughter’s magical abilities and encouraging her to one day become a great queen of some cosmic realm.
As she entered adolescence, though, she ran into some disagreements with her mother. Maybe Alvira had inherited her father’s contrarian streak, and maybe Amora was just two vain to live with a daughter who was starting to reach the age at which she could rival her in her most important assets. It was probably a combination of those two. Regardless, Alvira was sent to Earth to live with those “lesser peoples” for some time.
Initially, Alvira was taken in by an orphanage in New Hampshire. The culture shock of losing Asgardian royal luxuries was kind of shocking, and she didn’t exactly show much humble respect to her caretakers, but her charm caused them to adore her so much that it wasn’t hard to gain their loyalty. She made a few genuine friends there, and for some time almost gained some humility… that was, until she learned how many people were better off than her and had a revelation: “I can bend reality to get pretty much anything I want, and can be so irresistible that people practically worship me. So why don’t I start making that happen?”
At the still-precocious age of sixteen, Alvira ran off and tried to make a life of luxury for herself in the underground of New York, turning lead into gold, appointing a ring of criminals to work for her, and charming the police to look the other way. Today, that gang is called the Nether League, and it’s got its own acting leaders who’ve still promised to protect her or follow her commands when she occasionally gives them.
Strengths
Being the daughter of Loki and Amora, Alvira is naturally extremely charismatic, both in terms of cunning and sex appeal. It's hard to tell where her natural charisma ends and her magical charm begins.
She's also decently knowledgeable of mysticism and cosmology, though not nearly to the extent of a trained human sorcerer.
Weaknesses
Not many people know about this, but Alvira is weak to diamond. Weapons made of it are especially harmful to her, and they can drain her magical energy.
After using too much magic at once, especially using techniques she isn't used to, she becomes exhausted and unable to use more powerful spells for a while.
Even though she has untapped potential, she also doesn't have full control over her powers. She'll attract unwanted attention with her allure, and weird things will just happen around her, especially if she's bored.
Also, she isn't much of a fighter. She's Asgardian, so she could probably beat up street thugs (though she wouldn't want to), but any superhuman or highly skilled human could take her in close combat.
Powers
Magical Asgardian Physiology: Like the rest of her kind, Alvira has superhuman physicals and is mostly immortal. More importantly, though, she's naturally magical, having been born with the wellsprings of power that her parents absorbed. It definitely helps to have practiced techniques in advance (described below), but she almost never needs to study the intricacies of spells out of a book.
Enchanted Allure: She can mesmerize people with her supernatural beauty and voice, and then compel them to obey her commands. It's usually easier against men for obvious reasons, but can work on almost anyone (although anyone can resist with a strong will and a real reason to resist her command).
Hexes: She can do a whole arsenal of bad things to those who displease her, like entangle them in tendrils, give them bad luck, and even turn them into animals. The strength of the curses she can use and chance of the spell actually succeeding depend on the target's fortitude, willpower, and magic resistance.
Telekinesis: She can lift objects up to the size of a small car.
Teleportation: Alvira can teleport short distances, though the process is kind of slow.
Illusions: Though nowhere near as strong as Loki's, she can make people see some things that aren't really there.
Fire bolts: Alvira has her own glowing laser beam, although it isn’t much more powerful than a typical gun. She hasn’t mastered building-destroying explosives quite yet.
Transmutation: She has some talent for turning objects into other objects, although right now it’s pretty slow and can’t make complex items.
Other
She sits at the top of a crime ring called the Nether League, even though she doesn't do much of the micromanaging herself; in fact, she doesn't quite know what some of those thugs might be up to.
Star-Fel
Name
Star-Fel
Alias
N/A
Age
Twenty-one
Race
Kree (Pink)
Allegiance
The Kree Empire, and the absolutism of the Supreme Intelligence.
Appearance
569917
Character:
Star is a cold Agent of an indoctrinated society, a single-minded hunter honed to the point of negligence, he finds himself lost in fantastical notions of ambition and with an insatiable desire for respect. "Normal" emotions don't exist among the Kree, least of all for those forced into their society's spotlight in the Accuser line. An animal with a single purpose, let it not be said that Star is neither well-trained nor well-prepared. The abandonment of emotional ties leaves him calculated, cautious, predatory and extremely ruthless. The pressure to succeed - and fear of what may pass should he fail - forces him to fall into the zenith of what a Kree should be. He journeys on with an unshakable willpower and deep sense of patriotic obligation, using aspects of his merciless nature to take advantage of those who would give him their own mercy.
Background
The Kree Empire is born of blood, a militaristic regime of catastrophic size, leaving doom and calamity in the wake of its opposition. Star-Fel was the fortunate - or unfortunate - child of the infamous Ronan the Accuser, a mighty Kree warlord notorious for his xenophobic rage and unique talent for violence. Needless to say, this was not a loving father, if he could be considered one at all. Star was raised alongside most boys of politically respected roles, as the Admiral of the Fleet Ronan commanded an especially high price when it came to respect and acknowledgement. Star's entire life up to 16 was a tidal wave of blood, sweat and tears, the unending suffering of a boy put through the trials of a future Accuser whilst suffering social isolation due to the widespread hate of his father's rage and the fear of the power he commanded. Ronan was never a father, the child never saw him, and the teenager was only ever visited when the father wished to scrutinize and berate the boy for his own shortcomings and disrespect of Ronan's legacy. His oh-so esteemed name. This fueled Star with an unquenchable rage, a supreme desire to earn Ronan's respect and pride through a dominant force of will. The Supreme Intelligence only fuelled these thoughts, and when Star was 20 with various early accolades for covert operations under his belt, Ronan finally acknowledged him... As a weapon. He was granted an Omni-rod similar to Ronan's own, less able, but still a marvel of technology, and tasked with the infiltration of Earth and the foundation of a Kree Invasion. Failure was not an option. He would succeed, or he would perish - Ronan's departing words - father to son.
Strengths
  • As a prospective Agent of the Kree Empire, Star is a ruthless veteran of various close quarter combat methods and an expert in Kree-based Martial Arts. These combat methodologies come together in a brutal, fast paced beatdown, with intent to kill maximized in the violent teachings. Though these skills are entirely formidable in their own right, many of the practices do not account for the more defensive aspects of human-made martial arts.
  • Strategy is the greatest gift in Star's mind, he's no standard Battle-Commander or Kree Captain, he is notoriously skilled at improvisation and able to calculate battleplans and tactics with astounding speed, whilst not quite a tactical genius, this level of strategic skill makes him immensely formidable on the battlefield not just for his equipment, but the mind behind the mask, and the application of his assets.
Weaknesses
  • The atmosphere on Earth is lacking in nitrogen, an aspect needed for the Kree to perform well. Though the absence of their mask is unlikely to kill them, it will cause a great thinness within the air as they struggle for sufficient nitrogen, leaving them gasping and short of breath even without effort exerted.
  • Star's assortment of technological weaponry is his greatest strength, but Kree technology isn't immune to the horrors of sufficiently powerful EMP. Such attacks will not only render his Omni-Wave Projector useless, but the short-circuits within the suit will cause visual and audio glitches, leaving him disoriented and confused.
  • Whilst standing several levels above the average, Kree are still barely peak humanity. This leaves them physically inferior to meta and superhumans and, without external protection, extremely viable to most forms of attack, be it blades, bullets, magic, brawn or simply superior skill.
Powers
  • Kree Physiology: Natural resistances to most poisons and toxins. Strength, durability, reflexes, speed and endurance are roughly peak human.
Other
  • 569912
    : Kree armour is designed to be sleek, graceful and extremely durable. Impact absorption and slash-resistance is highly efficient and able to dampen the effects of high-energy signatures to a minor extent.
  • Cosmi-Rod: The cosmi-rod is a fabled weapon first wielded by Ronan the Accuser, the brutish hammer is powered in some small part by cosmic energy which allows it to project energy beams and telekinetic gravity blasts. These gravity blasts also manifest upon the weapon's impact in the form of a kinetic shockwave.
  • Kree Arsenal: Star-Fel is equipped with an assortment of standard issue Kree Weaponry, including a pulse rifle, pistol, and long-range sniper rifle.
  • Omni-Wave Projector: A large gauntlet-like object, the Projector acts as a multitool for offensive and support purposes, allowing inter-space communication with Kree operatives, whilst also allowing telekinetic control over the surroundings, cloaking, and the projection of a large energy-shield or energy-based weaponry.
  • Energy Discs: Small thrown disc-like projectiles that hum with magnetic electricity, able to lock steel to surfaces whilst EMP blasts harass their systems.
571221What is your established name?
Finn Wagner - Son of Kurt Wagner
What is your alter-ego? Your ruinous nickname?
Nightwarp
How old is your character?
18
Asgardian? Kree? Human? Flerken?
Half Neyaphem, half human
Who do you serve? Are you a heroic emissary of the Nova Corps? Or a spiteful mutant of Magneto's brotherhood?
Avengers and X-Men.
Tell us about yourself, what makes you tick, what brings you joy, how do you act?
Finn tends to be a bit quieter than the stereotypical superhero. Not really one to fill the void with idle chatter or small talk, he would prefer to sit in a comfortable silence or to sit and listen to others talk. Quiet does not equate to shy with him though. When a subject that he loves comes up he can ramble on for ages. He will also not tolerate people talking over other people. He likes order and for things to run smoothly. While in combat or serious discussion he prefers to leave humor aside or for the others. He also prefers to have a plan. People get hurt when there is no plan. He is concise and to the point, preferring to get things said and done without fluff and filler. Finn has a huge pet peeve of villain monologues. He doesn't care what the villain wants, he wants to stop them and move on with his day. Despite being a more quiet guy, he does really enjoy spending time with those he's close with. Although the time for general relaxation doesn't happen often Finn has quite the soft spot for board games. When flustered he tends to stutter and lose the composure that he works very hard to keep. People tend to say that he has a bit of a resting bitch face, but unless you really bother him than the personality won't match.
A brief history of your character, bullet points are completely fine.
Finn grew up with just his father around but that never bothered him because he was always surrounded by people. The X-Men became extended family to him and they welcomed him when he revealed that he was interested in being a superhero like his father. It started off small with being allowed admittance to meetings that weren't urgent as long as he promised to not talk about anything that happened in them. He never once broke that promise because he didn't want to ruin that trust that he had built up with his father and the X-Men. While he was being trained he was able to meet some of the surviving Avengers and their children. He took the opportunity to make some bonds so that should they ever need his help, or the other way around, they could get in contact. He remained in close contact with them over the years to the point where he can gladly call them friends.
Indomitable will or perhaps a talent for inspiration? What non-power strengths do you possess?
  • Science - Unlike his father, Finn got into science. Maybe that was because of hanging around superheroes a lot or maybe from his guilty pleasure addiction to Mythbusters. Either way he finds it interesting and will gladly listen to people talk about their science or engineering projects without complaint.
  • Acrobatic - Once he was old enough his father wanted to pass down his knowledge of the acrobatic arts. His father thought he could use them to show off and make friends when in reality Finn used them with his fighting to make him harder to hit... And if asked nicely maybe he'll do some demonstrating.
  • Sneaky - Living around so many people can make it difficult to have time away and alone. He used his powers to help him sneak away from people and now he can be quite the sneaky dude if he has to be.
Physical weaknesses that can affect your character. Is it fire? Magic? Are you a mortal, fleshy human who can be stabbed? Try to scale weaknesses with your power-level.
  • Disease and injury - He can get sick or hurt as easily as any ordinary human. A mortal, fleshy human who can be stabbed.
  • Angel blood - It may heal anyone else, but his half Neyaphem nature means that it's deadly to him.
  • Heights - The speed at which Finn teleports is the speed he will arrive at. Thus if he is dropped from a high height he cannot teleport down to the ground or he would land at the same momentum he left at. He would have to teleport upwards in short bursts all the way down which would be very tiring. Depending on how high he was he might not be able to get all the way down.
  • New places - If a fight broke out in a place he was not used to he would run the risk of teleporting half into an object and half out of it which would be very painful or potentially fatal.
Do you throw fire with your hands, or perhaps manipulate the environment with your mind?
  • Teleportation - Like his father, Finn can teleport by briefly moving through the Brimstone dimension in flashes of smoke and the smell of brimstone. He's not as powerful as his father and can teleport about a mile and a half to two miles (on a good day) in any direction by himself or within his line of sight if traveling with another. The more he's carrying the less distance he can travel so he tries to carry as little as possible on him.
  • Subconscious spatial awareness - Very limited. This power means his feet won't appear under the ground or part way through a wall as long as he has been to that place at least once before. Teleporting to a new place runs the risk of teleporting into walls and being seriously injured. He tries to at least find floor plans of places before his first 'jump' to a new place.
  • Micro-Suction disks - Very limited. He can stick to things with his hands and feet. No where near as powerful as a spider-person. He can stick to things better than climb them and even than it'll just be enough for him to teleport somewhere more stable.
  • Flexible bone structure - Capable of remaining in crouched positions for hours and performing contortionist type acts without running too much risk of bone or muscle damage.
  • Camouflage - Very limited. Finn can blend in with shadows, but can still be seen by those who pay close attention.
  • Prehensile tail - His tail can grab onto things and lift him. It is strong enough that Finn could lift another person as well, but he's still working on that strength and can't hold a second person for long.
  • Night vision - Sort of limited. His glowing eyes allow him to see in the dark better than humans, but not as good as some animals.
  • Slight enhanced agility and reflexes - his bone structure has allowed him to train to have a faster reflex time and to be more agile than the average human.
Isaiah Daniel Coulson
VANGUARD
BASICS
Name: Isaiah Daniel Coulson
Nickname: Izzy, "Sarge"
Alias: Vanguard
Age: 22
Allegiance: Avengers/S.H.I.E.L.D.
Relationships: Training partner & friend of Connor Rogers. Acquaintance of Lucy Rogers.
Appearance: Isaiah is an imposing figure even when he isn't in his armored form, standing nearly six and a half feet tall with a broad-shouldered, lean-muscled athletic build. His eyes are a steely gray-blue. He tends to keep his face clean-shaven aside from the occasional bit of heavy stubble along his jawline. His left bicep is marked with a tattoo depicting the 75th Ranger Regiment insignia alongside the Latin phrase Sua Sponte. This tattoo is not visible while he is steel-skinned.
PERSONAL BIO
Isaiah's true birth date and parentage is unknown. In 2009, S.H.I.E.L.D. discovered the toddler in the ruins of a large estate in Westchester County, New York. The mansion had been at the epicenter of an unknown metahuman incident and Isaiah was the only apparent survivor. One of the responding agents, Philip J. Coulson, adopted the boy and raised him as his son. The agent did his best to give Isaiah a peaceful and conventional life, enrolling him in public school and furnishing him with a new identity. The apparently normal boy busied himself with academics and athletics alike, performing well in school, though he always yearned for some connection to his origins.
In 2018, during the Battle for New York, Isaiah's adoptive father was slain by Loki. He was taken in by social services in the aftermath of the conflict; Coulson had pulled strings with Nick Fury's aid to make arrangements for the boy to become a ward of S.H.I.E.L.D. He spent many of his formative years at "New Eden" -- part foster home, part boot camp. Eden housed a number of orphans from the Battle of New York, particularly those of fallen S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel. In theory, the arrangement was temporary one meant to allow time for the children to be gradually out-processed to the state's overwhelmed conventional foster care system. In practice, however, many youths remained until they became adults.
Isaiah was one of these "lifers". He lived in New Eden and other S.H.I.E.L.D. facilities, enrolling in a Cadet program during his teens from which he received an extensive education alongside basic paramilitary training. After reaching the age of eighteen, Coulson attempted to apply for employment at S.H.I.E.L.D. in order to follow in his adoptive father's footsteps, but was denied. Left with little recourse, he instead enlisted with the U.S. Army, serving as an infantryman with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Over the course of the next several years, Isaiah's unit took part in Task Force Aegis: a joint S.H.I.E.L.D. & NATO military endeavor attempting -- often in vain -- to fill the gap left by the largely retired or deceased heroes of yesteryear.
Eventually, Isaiah volunteered for an experimental soldier enhancement program. Though less ambitious in scope than the Super Soldier Serum which produced Captain America, the program made use of gene therapy to bolster his physical attributes. Though the experiment was a success, it had unintended consequences: awakening his latent mutant DNA that had lain dormant ever since his discovery as a child. Intent on making good use of his newfound powers, Coulson continued to take part in operations with Aegis. In late 2030, Isaiah's unit took part on a raid targeting a HYDRA remnant facility. There, scientists were attempting to use scavenged Chitauri and Ultron technology in order to create a copy of the Infinity Space Stone. In the ensuing firefight, the unstable power core was critically damaged, setting off a devastating explosion. For the second time in his life, Isaiah emerged from the rubble as the lone survivor only to find that the energy from the core had affected his unique physiology in a strange way.
Isaiah was honorably discharged from military service at the rank of Sergeant. Still in the prime of his life, he finds himself seeking a new purpose in life... or at the very least, a new war to fight. For better or worse, the search has led him back to New York.
Personality
Isaiah is soft-spoken but assertive in conversation. His upbringing has left him reluctant to let his guard down, leading to him keeping others at professional distance, at least initially. This has had the unfortunate side effect of leading others to label him as unbearably tense and even overbearing. However, those that manage to crack his shell are liable to find a warm, loyal, and -- above all -- protective friend predisposed to self-deprecating wit and genuine (if awkward) charm. Isaiah is an altruist at heart, his adoptive father having instilled in him the importance of protecting those who cannot protect themselves. He sees the man's sacrifice as an example he hopes to live up to -- but likely never will.
ABILITIES
POWERS
STEEL SKIN: In a matter of seconds, Isaiah is able to coat every inch of his skin with a bio-organic steel-like substance, which is exceptionally strong albeit relatively light in weight. This metal is very resistant to physical damage and also acts as an excellent conductor of energy, but it is not impervious: attacks of sufficient force will perforate the material. After being damaged, the metal takes time to mend itself. Isaiah's physical strength and endurance are enhanced to superhuman levels while armored, but his movements become somewhat slow and cumbersome by comparison.
INTANGIBILITY: Isaiah is able to shift his molecular disposition for minutes at a time, allowing him to phase through solid objects. The effect can be extended to objects he is in direct contact with: clothing, equipment, and even other people. This ability is incredibly taxing, both mentally and physically. With extreme focus, he can selectively phase only certain portions of his body. Some substances (such as vibranium and enchanted metals) are impossible for him to pass through. Some unorthodox methods of assault (psychic, gas, some energy-based attacks, etc.) can harm him even when he is intangible. Activating this ability causes whatever energy he has stored to be vented. He cannot phase while steel-skinned.
ENERGY ABSORPTION: While in his armored form, energy that comes into contact with Isaiah's body -- whether through kinetic impacts, flames, or an electrical source -- is absorbed. This absorption process mitigates but does not negate the damage that they might otherwise inflict. However, after returning to his normal form Isaiah is able to channel that stored energy into solid objects via physical contact. His most frequent use of this power is to multiply the potential energy of his weapons, greatly increasing their impact.
ENHANCED PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES: A lifetime of athletic training as well as the military's gene therapy has left Isaiah with a number of improvements in his physiology: peak human reaction times, above-average recovery time from injuries, a dense skeletal structure, and extreme muscular & cardiovascular endurance. However, these attributes pale in comparison to those granted to Captain America by the Super Soldier Serum or what many metahumans take for granted.
STRENGTHS
COMBAT/TACTICAL TRAINING:
Studying martial arts has been one of Isaiah's long-standing hobbies, one that was reluctantly encouraged by Phil Coulson. Isaiah was a New York City and State champion in amateur boxing and wrestling, in addition to receiving considerable mixed martial arts & Combatives training from S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Army. He is a talented marksman, able to use a variety of firearms with proficiency.
DETERMINATION: Once set to a task, Isaiah is determined -- some would say to a fault. For all the scars he carries -- mentally and physically -- his experiences have left him with an iron will and resolute stoicism in the face of adversity.
WEAKNESSES
MENTAL TRAUMA:
Isaiah suffers from subclinical post-traumatic stress disorder and survivor's guilt. This manifests in frequent nightmares alongside occasional bouts of anxiety. He steadfastly refuses to seek treatment for his condition. Were a psychic of any note able to home in on this weakness, it could be used to great effect against the man's psyche.
OVERCHARGE: Should Isaiah absorb too much energy (kinetic, thermal, or otherwise) in too short an amount of time, the effects can be disastrous. The energy forcefully vents itself from his body, temporarily incapacitating him and putting those around him in danger.
10mm Handgun
Name:
Walter David Bech
Alias:
Military- Psalm, due to a hilarious misquote of the bible. Did he call someones mother a whore by listing a random bible verse? Yes, but it made a good laugh.
Personal- Walt. Just short for Walter.
Age:
29
Race:
Human, Mutant
Allegiance:
His favorite bar. Oh, and whatever drink he likely has on hand at the time.
Appearance:
Scarred and scoured, Walt is a well muscled man standing at 6'4" and with tanned skin and blue eyes to go with his dirty blonde hair. It's impossible to catch him in anything other than blue jeans and work boots, plus whatever shirt and vest or jacket combination he has on during the day. On a good day you might catch him without a trouble-inviting grin plastered across his smarmy face. Not likely though.
Character:
Walter is your average world weary yet stubborn former military type. Having been in service from 17 til he was 28 gives him 11 years worth of military lifestyle to have molded his discipline and actions. Which has effectively amounted to a man who seems to take almost no situation as seriously as someone would expect. As likely to laugh at a good joke as he is to laugh at a mugger's knife buried in his arm, Walter seems to find a way to enjoy whatever situation he finds himself in, regardless how dire it seems.
Despite this, his jokes and humor are carried on a voice that certainly seems to belong to one absolutely done with dealing with anything that seems to inconvenience him. He seems to go out of his way to help people, even if you're likely to listen to him grumble and grouse about it the whole time, and he always plans for any situation to get worse than it already may be.
Ultimately friendly, but wise to the ways the world works around him, Walter remains aloof from most while still trying to do his best to remain connected to it.
Background:
Born in your stereotypical broken home that one would find typical of the stereotypical career Marine, Walter left home at 17 and hasn't talked to his family since.
While in the Marines Walter held a not necessarily remarkable career, though it is noted that he has accrued more injuries and had more close calls per year in than most Marines acquire four years, meaning that after two re-ups he's got quite the medical file. While in the Marines Walter made a large number of friends that came to be closer than any blood family, and while quite a few are still kicking, he carries the names of those that aren't in the ink on his back.
During the second to last year of Walter's second re-up he was caught up in an ambush involving a powered criminal leading a terrorist cell. Listed as the only survivor, Walter came home ready to set off any metal detector he'd ever pass through with the pins and plates in his body. Thankfully his newly acquired lower legs didn't carry the same issue, however.
In the year since he's worked in private security and spent his weekend nights as a bouncer, choosing to drink well into the morning once off, only to pass out for the day and wake up the following afternoon, ready to do it all over again.
Now he just needs the local gang bangers to learn to leave him alone...
Strengths:
Walter bears all the strengths one would expect of a Marine equivalent human. Good musculature, cardio is great, the works.
"I can march for days man. Fuck'm'I gonna complain about? Feet hurting?"
Walter can likewise maintain a calm mind in even the most dire situations, and seems to always have a smart ass comment at the ready to boot.
Weaknesses:
As but a simple human in a world of gods and monsters, Walter carries all of the expected weaknesses. A prime example was him losing his lower legs.
Walter is an addict, relying more on alcohol and pain relievers than he likely should, despite maintaining function.
He's not suicidal, but for all his 'shit luck' he is really bad at viewing himself as invincible and it shows. He /will/ get hurt again. How bad? He doesn't have a clue, but it can't be /that/ bad, he swears.
Powers:
"Well that's... well... fuck... convenient? Nah, that's bullshit, fuck."
Walter possesses the world's 'Shittiest Best Luck'. It's in actuality a mutant ability that tends to lean things in his favor, but in unreliable quantities. From stepping on an explosive welcome mat, meaning that he was on the ground when a mutant decapitated all his fellow soldiers in one strike, to just always having enough change for a pack of smokes, things tend to go his way. Just never to the extent that he's untouchable, and often at some other expense, like a trade off. Breaking your thumb nail off after hitting it with a hammer? That sucks, good thing you stepped back shaking your hand, cause a tree limb just fell where you were standing.
Walter doesn't actually know he possesses this ability, he just thinks death needs to get their shit together, or that whatever god needs to hire a new, more competent reaper.
Other:
Walter always has a drink on him. Always. He plans for these things.
Name:
Ophelia Katherine Diana Murdoch
Alias:
Personal/Public- K.D., Kaydee, Katie
Age:
19
Race:
Human, moderate chemical carry over.
Allegiance:
The Hellhole Bar
Her family
Appearance
K.D. is a rather short girl, just under five feet, with pale skin and silver-blonde hair, often swept up and forward in a wideset mohawk. The lightness of her tones caused by a melanin deficiency. Due to these she also has very pale green eyes. She tend to dress quite 'rebellish', with various rugged and worn cargo capris, a 'insert animal skull here' set of tube and tank tops often pair a bolero style vest or jacket, and either knee high combat boots, or a pair of black, reinforced ballerina slippers.
Despite her size, ballet and gymnastics keeps her in decent shape.
Character:
I you went down the list of things that make a 'punk' K.D. manages to hit quite a few points on the list. A love for loud music and fast cars, the laize-fair attitude coupled with the brash and bold demeanour. Between heavy eyeshadow and black lipstick and all her other stylistic choices, the last thing you'd actually expect is actually everything that K.D. is.
Daughter of a lawyer and a scientist, she is a straight A student with a 4.0 GPA, and that's with simply putting in basic effort at school. Furthermore, she''s a stickler for rules, and follows them to a T, much to the surprise of many. She developed her 'rebel' style purely because she grew tired of everything looking at her former prim and proper self and immediately 'knowing' that she would do spectacularly. So she started looking as far from a model student, or model anything, as possible if only to get people's expectations to lower. Because she already pressured herself, and didn't need it from others.
Remarkably, her parents, Olivia and Matthew Murdock, have always been supportive of her, regardless of how she dressed. That and despite being formerly being 'Daredevil', it has never had to be Matthew's honed senses that told him his daughter was always truthful with them, a testament to K.D.'s honesty.
These days K.D. balances her sports alongside college and working as a bartender at a local bar, wanting more than ever to develop her own independence all while graciously accepting her parents constant support and aid.
Background:
K.D. was born to lawyer and vigilante Matthew Murdock, as well as Scientist Olivia Murdock, formerly Octavius, nineteen years prior. Eight months prior to her birth was the last time anyone had ever seen 'Daredevil' out on the New York streets.
During her formative years Olivia and Matthew quickly found that their daughter was progressing through the physical aspects of her childhood faster than expected. Not to any shocking degree, but enough to give her mother cause to run some blood tests, finding that the same alterations in Matthew's body, caused by the chemical that had blinded him, had carried over through his genetics. Rather than fear what this meant for their daughter, both instead thanked the stars that Matthew's lack of vision hadn't carried over, and quickly set about readying themselves for the extra steps it would take to raise such a unique daughter, all while keeping the truth from the world.
Enrolling K.D. into ballet and gymnastics allowed her to grow up honing and training her body similarly to how Matthew once had, however if only to be able to better control her gifts, as neither parent wanted their daughter to get into crime fighting like her father once had been.
With the support, guidance, and love of both hr parents, K.D. found that she excelled in most tasks, and at 13 started her as of yet unended 'rebel-phase'. It was during these years that, due to their daughter's increased want to attend concerts with her friends, Olivia and Matthew entrusted their daughter with her own 'Octavius Harness', a harness her mother initially used to handle dangerous chemicals safely. Olivia built her daughter's model for a purely defensive outlook, and even gave it basic baseline safety commands.
K.D., in all her years since, has never had to utilise her harness for emergencies, but as of starting life as an adult, she has fond the four extra hands quite helpful when working behind the bar at her current job. As far as K.D.'s concerned, she doesn't hope she's ever going to need to follow in the footsteps of her father's alter.
Strengths:
K.D. is a quick study and is quite adept at learning new things.
Her skill in gymnastics and ballet has given her an advantage in her latest hobby, parkour.
She recently got a motorcycle from her own hardwork and money. It hasn't done much other than just give her a little bit more self confidence, but hey, more self confidence is always good.
K.D. is a stickler for the law.
Weaknesses:
K.D. is quite introverted. Despite her 'loud' and jarring looks or her job in a bar, she actually prefers to avoid people, and isn't adept in social encounters.
She can be very soft spoken, both due to her introversion and due to growing up with a father you could whisper to from across the house. This doesn't help her get heard often, but on the plus side, she never yells if she gets mad at you.
Even though she wasn't supposed to find out, she knows her father was Daredevil, and is caught between the romanticised aspects of vigilantism and the reality that the first time she'd ever hit someone, it was out of fear and as such with little control, and she had hospitalised them with a broken nose and five shattered teeth.
Powers
K.D. has augmented athletics, acrobatics and strength courtesy of her father, and as such she rests at about peak human condition. Arguably she could be stronger if she trained more, but she's a student, bartender, gymnast, ballerina, she doesn't need to be that tough.
Also augmented is her hearing, sense of touch and her vision. Despite this, her hearing is far from being on her fathers level, nor is her sense of touch, and her eyes are only better in that she can see in the dark better than most can't, though one could hardly call it 'night vision'. She thinks her augmented hearing is a big part of why she enjoys music more than most might, and she definitely only has a collection of cuddly stuffed animals because it pairs wonderfully with her sense of touch. Because she's a tough girl and doesn't do 'cute'. She swears.
Other:
Octavius Harness- K.D. wears a harness that gives her access to four extra 'arms'. In reality they are mechanical tendrils that she can utilise as if they were her own limbs. They only reach four feet past her own arms reach and aren't nearly strong enough to do anything crazy, they are capable enough to follow Function Alpha Two Bravo- Defend K.D., or Bravo Hotel Hotel, which would return K.D. home if she was unable to do so herself.
As it stands, K.D. just uses them to help behind the bar, often keeping them low and using the bar's dim light to keep people from noticing her doing so.
Name
Andromeda Worthington
Alias:
Hero: Seraph/Seraphim
Nickname: Andy
Age
20
Race
Mutant
Allegiance
X-Men, tentatively Avengers
Appearance
corall_by_sugarskulltea-dc3lhb6.jpg
Andromeda towers at an even 6 feet tall. She has several scars all over her body, the most visible ones usually being on her neck and face.
During heroing, she wears a black turtleneck shirt and a white leather trenchcoat with a high collar (and slits for her wings), and a bandage over her eyes, so that they don't unnerve people. She also wears black pants that both look nice and are stretchy enough so that they won't rip if she goes to high-kick someone in the face.
Character:
Andromeda, or "Andy" to those who know her well, is a quiet young lady. She is the type of person to listen first and speak later, but that doesn't mean she isn't a woman of action. When pressed into a fight, or when others are in danger, she can hold her own extremely well. She feels the need to protect the weak and defend the defenseless, always willing to jump in to save someone at her own expense. She's a little guarded when she first meets people, as her appearance and her large wings are a little off-putting, and she has met her fair share of anti-mutant activists on the street, but once she gets to know a person, she becomes a warm, caring friend and a formidable ally.
Background
  • Born to Warren Worthington III and an unknown woman who left after seeing Andromeda's wings.
  • The only heir to the Worthington fortune.
  • Taught to fly/use her wings at an early age.
  • Sent to Xavier School of Mutants at the age of 10, for training and for encounters with other mutants. Warren didn't want his little girl to grow up isolated and bitchy like he did.
  • Taught Aerial and hand to hand combat and how to use her wings in small spaces.
  • Her first mission (age 14) ended up with her captured by a group of anti-mutant scientists hellbent on seeing what made her tick and attempting to replicate the effects of her Angel Blood that she inherited from her father, a project they deemed "Ichorus."
  • Vocal chords almost ruined the first winter she was imprisoned as the scientists tried multiple forms of blood extraction (including slitting her throat, wrists, and the rest of her body) to get the most blood out of her as possible without killing her. She screamed so much that they damaged her vocal chords so she could barely speak above a whisper.
  • Blinded the second year she was imprisoned, and learned soon after that that she could use her wings as "whiskers" to feel what was around her, and that she had a form of echolocation.
  • Found at the end of the third year she was imprisoned.
  • Warren had never stopped looking for his daughter, and had recruited the X-Men for help in finding her.
  • For the next year and a half, he would hardly let Andromeda out of his sight, and he and the other X-Men helped her get used to these newfound abilities, heal her vocal chords to the point where she could speak and sing, and also cope with her loss of eyesight.
  • Warren allowed her to leave when she was 19, giving her his blessing to go and help other people.
Strengths
Martial Artist: Andromeda's training with the X-Men have lead her to becoming a pretty good martial artist. She's not quite a master yet, but plans on getting her black belt soon.
Aerial Threat: Andromeda's combat in the air is just as good as, if not better than, her combat on the ground, as that's where she feels the most at home.
Weaknesses
Hollow Bones: Andromeda's hollow bones are what allow her to take flight, but This means that she is more likely to break an arm than a normal human, as their bones are much more dense. A well-placed kick to the leg or arm would easily break it.
PTSD-Related Claustrophobia: All that time spent in the Ichorus facility caused Andromeda to have an extreme fear of tight spaces. Tied up, squished in an elevator, or being pressed under a rock will undoubtedly send her into a panic attack so major that she might pass out from hyperventilation. Hugs are fine if you ask first, so are blankets.
Literally Blind: Andromeda can't see at all with her eyes.
Complete Silence/stealth: Because she has a form of echolocation, complete silence or a situation where she has to be completely silent in a completely silent environment will render her "radar" blank.
Sonic Noises: on the opposite end of the spectrum, extremely loud noises will overload her "radar."
Powers
Angel Blood (Weakened): While Andromeda's blood does have healing properties, they are far less than that of her father's. Her blood can heal broken bones and maybe ruptured internal organs, but it cannot bring back the dead or heal cancer. Furthermore, the blood has to match her blood type, but that's not usually a problem, given that her blood type is O-.
Flight: Andromeda's primary power is that of natural flight, due to her large feathered wings. Her wings have superhuman strength, and they have a very flexible skeletal structure that enables her to press them to the back of her torso and legs with only the slightest bulge visible under her clothing. Her bones are hollow, her body processes food much more efficiently than a normal human body and does not store any excess fat, and she possesses a greater proportionate muscle mass than normal. As a result, her strengrh speed, agility, flexibility, endurance, reflexes, coordination, balance, and hearing are higher than the average human's. Elements of her anatomy are comparable to those of birds, especially birds of prey. She can breathe at high velocities or altitudes, and she can cope with the reduced temperatures at high altitudes for prolonged periods of time, giving her a greater-than-normal capacity to endure low temperatures in areas such as the Arctic (but this doesn't mean she's immune to the cold, just resistant). The strength in her natural wings can break a man's arm or leg, or even put someone through a wall with enough force.
Her highest recorded flight was 28,725 feet, just about 300 feet shy of the height of Mount Everest. Despite flight being as natural for her as it is for a bird, she can only fly for about half a day before she exhausts herself.
Advanced Healing: To make up for her hollow bones, Andy's regenerative healing factor is higher than normal. This doesn't mean that she is invincible, as a well-placed bullet or swing from a sharp object could kill her.
Wing Whiskers: Andromeda can use her wings as a cat uses its whiskers in dark areas to feel where walls end or begin, and where others are in relation to her.
Echolocation: If Andy is Talking, making a noise, or if someone/something else is doing so, she can use those sounds to pinpoint where others are in relation to her, right down to inches. She uses this as a sort of "facial mapping" and can sort of see people's facial features so that she can tell who's who.
Other
As Seraphim, she carries around a pair of small, curved knives. These are only used as a last resort, as she would rather not kill anyone (unless they're discriminatory. Those bastards can go to hell for all she cares.)
To live among the stars, to rule jungle kingdoms, to guide entire nations, only to find oneself here. A self-loathing man might see this as deserved punishment. A vain man might compare this to the Christian Devil's fall from heaven. Me, I think the coffee's not terrible. I have been known by many names. Each name marks its own sin. And one day I'll answer for those offences. But not today. Only my actions - what I do in the name of all mutants - hold any real meaning.
brief overview
Max inherited his good looks from his father, leaving him with distinct red skin and two small horns on his forehead. Thankfully he also inherited the ability to shape shift; so while among humans he appears as a replica of his grandfather and namesake.
Max is ever the fashionable man and keeps his closet filled with only the most up-to-date, high-end clothing.
personality
Max is charismatic, to say the least. Beyond the fact that he can bend most humans to his will, he is quite a character. Rarely is he seen in a poor or sour mood and even then it only lasts for short periods of time.
◊ Shape-shifting - (minor) he can only make himself appear human.
◊ Charm - (minor) he has the ability to sway humans to his will, however this does not work on strong-willed or meta-humans/mutants.
- Metal Manipulation: fairly straight forward, he can bend any type of metal to his will, including bio-organic metals.
History
Early Life
Max was born in Hell to Anya Eisenhardt and Mephisto. He grew up hearing tales of his grandfather's exploits on earth. His mother, the first born child of Erik Lehnsherr (Magneto), was thought dead when after she fell to the fire where her family lived. However it was during the worst time of her short life that Mephisto appeared to her. He made her an offer: he could remove her pain and suffering but in turn she would be taken from earth and could never return.
Anya was healed and spent the rest of her days within hell under her new guise as The Caretaker; the official and only embodiment of any kind of establishment in the Fire dimension. Over the years she and Mephisto grew close; they bonded, in their own way, and eventually had Max.
He grew up learning of both worlds but always yearned to go to earth and continue his grandfather's work: homo-superior as the reigning species.
Life on Earth
Mephisto would never leave his child on earth penniless. After a few good deals made, Max walked into the Jr. CEO position of a Fortune 500 company. Being the youngest, and one of the wealthiest bachelor's in New York drew a crowd Max was all too happy to accept, growing his following on social media into the millions world wide. He utilizes his charm and sway on his following to slowly turn them to his views: mutants are the superior race, etc.
While he appears to be entirely human, he only keeps up his shape shifted appearances while in the company of humans, opting to 'let loose' only when in his closed quarters or among those who know exactly what he is.
Redesigning his grandfather's old costume had been his best work and within this iteration of the name, Magneto, there is no connection to himself being this villian. Max refuses to use his abilities in public without his disguise: to the point where he will allow himself to be injured just to avoid suspicion.
FUN FACT:
His hated for Starbucks stems from the barista's never spelling his name correctly. It's three letters, why is it so hard?
Work Life
Is pretty boring when all you have to do is Charm someone into doing your work for you.
Life Goals
To make mutants the Superior beings of Earth.
[/div]
Shape-shifting - (minor) he can only make himself appear human.
[*]Charm - (minor) he has the ability to sway humans to his will, however this does not work on strong-willed or meta-humans/mutants.
[*]Healing Factor (minor)
[*]Life-Longevity
[*]Telepathic Resistance
[*]Magnetokinesis:
  • Magnetic Force-Fields: for a limited length of time he can create and manipulate an electromagnetic force field around himself and a small diameter further (a few feet in diameter)
  • Magnetic Flight: he is able to sustain flight for long distances by utilizing magnetic fields in his surroundings.
  • Metal Manipulation: fairly straight forward, he can bend any type of metal to his will, including bio-organic metals.
Power limitations:
  • He is unable to bend/destroy bio-organic metals; due to their direct link to the organic (meta-human/mutant) - the most he can do against bio-organic metals is 'hold' them, magnetize them in place.
  • He can be overwhelmed - he does not have the strength of his namesake; if he is utilizing his abilities to hold a bio-organic being he is limited to being only able to use another ability (either shield or flight) but not all at once.
Strengths
Skilled Hand-to-hand Combatant - Proficient in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts
Reliable - Mark is stands by anyone who needs his help and will stick it out for anyone who'll needs a hand
Responsible - Due to his upbringing, Mark has a great sense of responsibility. If there's a task that needs to be done, he'll get it done
Weaknesses
Mark's innate resilience severely hampers any effort of medical practitioners to treat internal injuries he might incur.
Can only sustain a certain amount of damage before it begins taking affect on him
Powers
  • Superhuman Strength: Mark's strength was enhanced to superhuman levels, and aside from being able to effortlessly overpower much larger men, he is capable of punching through a brick wall.
  • Superhuman Durability: His body tissues have become super elastic and energy absorbent making his skin practically impenetrable. Similarly, his internal soft tissue has proven impervious to cutting with steel scalpels.
  • Accelerated Healing: Mark's minor injuries heal quickly, and any extensive trauma can heal in a matter of hours, notably without leaving any visible scars.
  • Enhanced Speed: Mark's overall strength allows him to run at speeds superior to the average human. He was able to catch up to a car fairly easily, move across a street in seconds and claims to be able to run a mile in under four minutes.
Allegiance
Brotherhood of Mutants
Appearance
573715
Character:
Harris is a rather cardboard pillar against the changing tides of society; a giant who stands atop the crumbled ruins of logic and sense. Chaotic and indulgent, he is a capable representative of Cyttorak's gem, an unrestrained vessel of suppressed excitement and challenge, fueled by the unquenchable fury of his own desires, ambition and sense of playful enjoyment. He carries a humorous sense of mock superiority due to the status of his superhuman nature, abusing his gifts in often damaging and hostile ways. Or maybe because he's simply selfish at his core. Despite his self-serving tendencies, he's relatively carefree and doesn't take to much to seriously. To him, the world is just a big fun game.
That isn't to say Harris is a complete brute, however. Whilst a far cry from the dull echoes of heroism and the greater-good, he is neither malicious nor sadistic. He believes in the Brotherhood not to oppose humanity or bring greatness to Mutant-kind, but merely to have a place of belonging which allows him to operate in chaotic bouts of violence and destruction. Safety in numbers. A strange comparison to his cataclysmic tendencies is the fact Harris' refuses to kill or maim - perhaps suggesting he carries a large amount of personal empathy - but the obliteration of government property and the ability to flex his inhuman nature is a tantalizing - almost addictive - hobby. His role as a guard dog against the forces of good accepted with grace, even though he's a far cry from mindless or rabid.
Background
Harris wasn't born the enlightened son of a prodigious superhero or to a rich politician bathing in a flood of money. He was born to a single struggling dug-addled mother who lacked the means or motivation to raise a child. Unlike most fairytales, he wasn't dumped on a doorstep and found by an adoring father or taken in by a secret organization, like most abandoned children, he was relegated to an orphanage. He was nurtured and raised, educated and taught, but a child-prison for abandoned misfits was never going to be a place of bonding and innocence. Harris was always gripped with the spirit of a fighter, he'd fight the older kids who'd bully him, he'd fight the younger kids who had toys he wanted, he'd fight the staff who tried to reign in his temper. He was the epitome of a nightmare for all to deal with, and he wasn't tempered with age.
Eventually, after being moved across the U.S from orphanage-to-orphanage, year after year, Harris' curiosity got the better of him, and spurred on by the adventurous urge to escape from his dull cycle of life, he dedicated himself to escaping the orphanages. Many attempts failed, naturally. But persistence is a virtue, and he escaped with time. Harris' always had fantasies of a better life, he'd look at superheroes and the Avengers with envy and wanting, his years in "captivity" turning admiration into resentment. That resentment stoked his ambition. His ambition caused him to do something foolish. Trekking across the country, surviving on begging, thievery and abusing the charity of others, Harris set off for the X-Mansion. Sure, he wasn't powerful or a mutant, he had no abilities or skills that'd be of any use to them. But he planned to steal something, somehow, to take his own power.
Naturally, fate conspired against such recklessness. He was a 17 year old boy traversing a world he had no experience in. The Grand Canyon proved to be his falling, his plan to walk through wasn't the most intelligent. After several days of idiotic wondering, a hungry, thirsty, and desperate youth stumbled upon a cave - no ordinary cave - a cave that wasn't there, and then suddenly was. A deep chill invading his spine as he stared down the entrance. Something mystical beckoned from within, journeying in Harris stumbled upon a demonic shrine - a blood red gem - held upon an unsettling altar. After a life of fantasies, of resentment, of jealousy, Harris didn't even hesitate. He greedily seized the gem and felt the power of Cyttorak flood into his veins. His body and muscles grew, a seething rage and anger swelled in his heart power and strength where his to behold...
...Yet, he was still whole. Cyttorak's influence all but absent in the wake of his new Avatar. His own desires to be superhuman overpowered the darkening magic of the Gem, there wasn't enough true darkness in the youth to take hold of, Cyttorak's avatar was - in a sense - innocent. However, rather than cast the powers that were taken away, the entity simply stripped the effectiveness. Innocent, perhaps. But Harris' resentment and jealousy was immense, his own self-fulfilling priorities promised Cyttorak enough chaos to amuse him - even if it wasn't the ideal kind - Cyttorak wanted blood. Stumbling along the Grand Canyon, the newly made Juggernaut pulverized several enormous hills in a giddy daze of joy and excitement, jumping and shouting in joy as he continuously bullied Mother Nature's structures. The Brotherhood of Mutants found him before the X-Men or Avengers. He was all-too happy to follow, gleeful at the idea of being a real superhuman, of taking revenge on the heroes who'd preached goodness and abandoned normal children like him.
Harris' has always known about the benefactor behind the Gem, scalding nausea and head pains often signalling signs of Cyttorak's displeasure at his naive ways. Harris however refuses to yield.
Strengths
  • Blade combat: Despite his vast strength - or perhaps because of it - Harris is a fighter who obsesses over sword-combat and fencing. This is a result of his ever-active power fantasy in which he can seemingly do whatever he wants without consequence, his superhuman gifts only encouraging his go-lucky and carefree attitude. Because of this, he is a relatively refined "warrior" and always goes into combat using an over-sized sword - despite the redundancy.
  • Crafty: Surprisingly, Harris is a quick-thinker, able to improvise intelligently in and outside of battles. He's no blacksmith or carpenter, but he has an uncanny knack for putting items and plans together which can augment his own arsenal. Such as glorified flail made out of a tractor tire and industrial chain.
Weaknesses
  • Despite the immensity of Cyttorak's Power, the gem's corrupting influences are highly dampened against Harris, largely due to his young age and overwhelming selfishness. The much needed psychological factors needed for Cyttorak to corrupt aren't present. Whilst he is a chaotic and destructive being, he doesn't kill or hurt people. The strangely innocent code is very contrary to the desires of Cyttorak. For as long as this code exists, Harris will never be fully powered by the gem - only carrying a small portion of its power. In addition, Harris periodically suffers violent spasms and awful migraines, these especially prominent in the midst of combat - a direct intervention to signal Cyttorak's displeasure - the entity putting in pressure for him to kill.
  • Harris refuses to kill or maim - he takes combat and fighting as a large joke - enjoying himself as if a character in a movie. Whilst this doesn't mean he's not formidable, it does make him prone to underestimating everyone around him as being inferior, whilst also putting him at risk against people who are capable of hurting him. Despite his enormous pool of strength, he has never been in true danger, he doesn't possess an iron-will of focused nerves. On the contrary, any injury or pain he does suffer is more likely to frighten him and make him panic.
Powers
  • Superhuman strength
  • Superhuman durability
  • Superhuman endurance
  • Minor level of "invulnerability" channeled by a mystical force field.
  • Resistance to mental attacks via helmet
  • The mystical energies of the gem flowing through Harris' veins completely sustain him, meaning he can survive indefinitely without food, water, or air.
  • U N S T O P P A B L E - He's really hard to stop when he has some forward moving momentum.
Other
Power Blade: A large hunk of industrial grade steel sloppily sharpened down to resemble a sword, the hilt salvaged and forged from a ruined tank and melded to the steel. Powerful indeed.
Background
"I was told to write down who I was. Well, I am complicated and I do not much like discussing my history. So, I will keep it simple. I am Octavia Delano, no the last name is not italian. I made it up since I did not rightly have my own or at least it was not known to me." The style of her writing seems to flow artistically. "Bottom line, I was homeless for a mass majority of my life. I dealt with a lot that I wish I did not have to. But, along the way I learned a lot from so many of those that actually cared. While not many, they still left an impact on my life enough for me to discuss."
"It must be rather obvious, I can't speak and that has also led to more than my fair share of issues. Most must think I am just stubborn or an ass when I don't return their hello. Well, I wish I could but I can't. It doesn't matter much, I do not like that many people and they do not need to like me. Perhaps it is better that way. The school is nice, but as long as I have my music, I do not much care for others actions."
"The second question, how did I find out I was different? This is necessary... I wish it was not. When you are alone in a city and without anything... things happen to you. Young women aren't safe and I was no exception. There is only so much fighting you can do. When you do not have a voice how can you call for help? Cry out? You can't and I was targeted because I couldn't. They tried to take me but they couldn't. They attacked me and I responded. Kicking and punching did nothing, how can I possibly over power two men? I couldn't... but I did and some part of me wishes I didn't."
"How can you explain something that is so horrific that you don't even know how to come to terms with it mentally. Maybe it was how terrified I was. Either way it happened and my life changed on that day. I scratched one of their faces. But, my hand passed through him as if he was a gas. I didn't even know what was happening. I kicked the other man in the face... that noise, I will never forget it. It sounded like a sack of gummy bears being shot with a twelve gauge slug."
"The rupturing came next. The man I kicked, he began to convulse. I could see the veins in his eyes burst, the wave passing under his clothes as it reflected up and down within his body. I wish that was all. The other man, the one I scratched, his face looked like someone took a cheese grater to it. It wasn't their wounds that got me, it was all the blood. I was covered in it... none of it my own. That is why I do not like violence."
Strengths
Guitarist
Light on her feet
Pretty good thief
Dancing
When meeting a objects resonance, she can rip it apart.
Can feel vibrations even if they are minor.
Weaknesses
Physical weakness (She can move herself, but not much else easily.)
Next to no defensive training
Terrified of herself, does not enjoy violence at all.
Powers are still developing
Power is currently tied to her Guitar (Sound is simply vibrations, she needs a way to justify her abilities.)
Vibrations must have something to vibrate and travel through, whether gas, liquid or solid matter.
Limited to what she believes she is capable of. (She needs to break a barrier for her powers to become fully active. At this point she wont need her guitar anymore.)
May be unable to create sound, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
Distance, mass, precision, etc. depends on the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user.
Sound requires a medium to travel through, such as air, ground or water, though it can be virtually anything.
Powers
Vibration Manipulation\Sound Manipulation
The user can create, shape and manipulate vibrations, rhythmic movements of the target, including in themselves, others, objects, environment, etc., through the ground, water, or air.
User can create, shape and manipulate sound, a periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear.
Other
Doesn't make noise when she Walks/Runs
She is Mute (But can gain her voice back later due to her powers.)
Her Guitar. She says she's a minimalist but the truth is she cant afford a new one.
'Work' Attire:
cbc010b7f8e18efe93afad591dc1f296.jpg
Personality:
Have you ever met the perfect student? One who's in nearly every major club, has an attractive enough face, a cute enough smile, perfect grades, works afterschool, doesn't really have a set friend group but knows everyone well enough, just perfectly...perfect? This is what Fritz strives to be every day, though he often falters when doing so. He's joined the socor team, the robotics club and has even attempted to join the debate team a few times (though it usually ended with him screaming at his opposistion declaring them 'fucking idiots' and promptly being kicked off). He's been to every party, has at least a decent relationship with a large enough amount of people, holds down his job at Happy Burger, aces every science and math test he takes and has above average looks. Despite all this, it always seems like Fritz is always a step below perfect, a step away from crumbling underneath the weight of it all, despite his amount of friends and aquantinces he always seems to be the last person invited to anything and the first to leave, he's never considered for a promotion at Happy Burger, struggles on anything school related outside of a test and often seems grumpy and beat to shit in an increadibly unattractive way. This is all to say: Fritz is often someone who bites off more than he can chew, not because he's an egotist or is overconfident, but instead because he has an intense fire and passion to do better than those around him regardless of if he's physically, mentally, or emotionally capable of doing so simply because he feels a need to prove he can, even if he really knows he can't.
Fritz often tends to be rather blunt and to the point, while he may care about someone and may even do so deeply, he tends to take the most direct and assured best possible outcome to an event, caring very little for any collateral that gets left in the process. He takes this approach in both his vigilante work and his personal life, often leaving behind heavy property damage in the wake of his heroics. He also tends to care little for authority or hierarchy, often having problems with the Avenger's simply due to this deeply hidden but existing disdain for authority, but also understands that their existence also means he doesn't have to do nearly as much work more often than not, leaving him more or less okay with their existence as it leaves him with less work to do. Despite all of these seemingly unending negative or insensitive traits, a deep rooted sense of guilt and desire is what keeps him using his immense mind to do positive things in the world. This often manifests the most when he 'vibrates' a problem down in his head, breaking down a problem slolwy to a list of factors and their base causes before acting in order to minimize apprehension and maximize efficency so he can best deal with the problems put in front of him.
Background
Tbh I'll probably go into more detail on this all later but this CS is long enough as is so I'll just bullet point this part:
  • Born to Herman Schultz and a German woman on vacation who abondoned Fritz with Herman once he was born.
  • Herman attempted his hand at the whole fatherhood thing for awhile, donning the Shocker persona for a bit of time before he blew out his back letting loose a level 4 and ended up retiritng to work in an auto-shop in Hoboken.
  • Fritz learned about his father's criminal antics from a young age, while he assumed he was a cool important criminal with a heart of gold later in life he'd discover his father was actually just a loser who wasted his mechanical genuis on a suit and lockpicking.
  • While in Hoboken people often picked on Herman and his son due to the fact that Herman's past life as the Shocker was pretty publicly available information.
  • From a young age Fritz showed signs that he tested well and increadibke genuis, which Herman desperatley tried to nurture and stressed going to school and being a model citizen to his son in fear he might get swept up in the same life of crime he did.
  • Fritz kept his head down and worked his ass off in school until middle school when he began taking a Superhuman Studies course as an extra-curricular, Upon finding his father was hardly brought up and when he was it was often as a joke, Fritz soon realized just how tarnashied his family name was.
  • By the time Fritz hit high school it began to eat away at him, causing him to want to lash out at the world in some way. Herman saw this and was unsure of what to do, until one day during an attempted robbery Herman attempted to show his son he could be better than the stories made him out to be, only to get shot and killed, dying in his son's lap and begging him to be better than he was.
  • Fritz was distruaght for a long time, and while some condolences were given to his face many of the kids in his school made fun of how his father had died behind Fritz's back.
  • Fritz had enough and began to steal bits and pieces of scrap from junkyards and the like until eventually he recreated a rough aproximation of the Shocker suit and guantlets which he intended to use to rob a bank, when he arrived however a bank robbery was already in progress, and remembering his father's final plea to him he struck at the crooks in a rage and diffused the situation.
  • Finding himself semi-proud of the work he did as a hero, Fritz saw the headline on the paper the next day and remembered his father's last words, eventually giving into his guilt and deciding to attempt to imporve not only the legacy of the Shocker, but also of the Schultz family.
  • Moving to the upper west side to attend Empire State University in New York, Fritz has begun to act nightly as the Shocker all while attempting to come up with a better name than 'The Shocker', this lead to an incident with the new Spider-man, who upon finding Fritz assumed he was the old Shocker back up to his old ways. A fight ensued that Fritz handily lost after a few minutes of scuffuling, however before his was brought in Fritz demasked himself and explained his plight to this new Spider-man, who although wary allowed him to continue going on as normal, but said 'if he moved even a toe out of line he'd be in a jail cell'.
  • Since then Fritz has settled into his double life, having the best test scores out of any other engineering major at ESU but having some of the worst grades overall. Recently, Fritz was hand selected as a way to boost his grade to give a presnetation on a principal of mechanical engineering at Stark Labs, if he does so sucsufully he passes, if he does not he fails.
Strengths
-Genuis level IQ: In the one and only IQ test he's taken in his life Fritz scored incredibly high, and since then has shown remarkable skill in talent in mechanical, eletrical and computer engineering, physics and geometry.
-Desperate: Ever see a rat try to chew off it's own leg to survive? Fritz has a very high sense of moment to moment self-preservation even if he may make decisions that will hurt him in the long term, meaning if you push him far enough in any given scenario he's more than willing to do anything he has to in order to make it out alive.
-Perservence: Fritz is very determined and that tends to manifest in may ways, whether that be in his skill to continue pushing through on projects or ideas long after many would've abondoned hope and continuing to try and find new angles to approach it from or if it be from his refusal to stay down no matter how many punches he's taken.
-Skeptical: Fritz is the ultimate skeptic, taking every single possible piece of information he recives in a given situation with a pinch of salt and never fully putting his faith in any one person or idea no matter how compelling or seemingly perfect.
Weaknesses
-Not very special: Fritz is a mostly average guy with no fancy powers. A gunshot wound, kinfe or even hitting his head against an object hard enough will kill him if he's not carful
-Parinoia: While a healthy dose of skepticism is always good, Fritz can often take that to an extreme depending on how evidence of something is persented to him, meaning it can be rather easy to make him distrustful of something at times.
-Vibranium: Given the properties of vibranium and how it interacts with vibrations, any weapons or armor that has this metal often leaves Fritz floundering as he can't hope to damage or disable it.
Abilities/Equipment:
The following is a list of powers/abilities that the Shocker suit and guantlets provide to Fritz:
-Impact Absorbtion: While not giving him the ability to survive a punch from the Hulk or anything remotley as powerful as that, the padded nature of the suit makes it so that Fritz won't recieve nearly as much impact when hit or landing from high distances, though this doesn't negate any impact, it does make it so Fritz can take more than a punch and keep fighting.
'Magnet Shoes': The 'magnet shoes' (named so by Fritz after he couldn't find a cooler name for them) are metal sheets at the bottom of his boots that are magnetized, allowing him to walk on virtually any metal surface...though of course this often causes him to become dizy and feel oddly oriented for obvious reasons.
-Vibrations: The following are the 'levels' (frequncy) of the vibrations the guantlets are able to produce along with the amount of damage they can do. The level of vibration fired off by the guantlet is determined by how many times Fritz taps the lever on the guantlet before firing:
~Level 1: Level 1 vibrations are the weakest vibration level the guantlets, though that doesn't mean they are weak in themselves. These often feel like a punch frown a trained heavyweight boxer if they connect, and as such they are often the ones Fritz fires off the most as he can do so quickly and with minimal strain on himself.
~Level 2: Level 2 vibrations are a step up from level 1, and can dent metal typical metals and break stone with relative ease. Getting hit head on with one of these is bound to send any regular person flying like a ragdoll and can take chunks out of walls. These were often the go to setting that Fritz's father Herman used when fighting Spider-man, though it often leaves the user feeling like there's a tight pinching in the joints when used. Additionaly, it can even be used to allow Fritz to leap far distances by shooting it downwards, allowing him to leap upwards of fifteen feet.
~Level 3: Level 3 vibrations are where things more often than not get directly lethal. Hits from a level 3 will often damage the internal organs of a regualr person if hit by it. They also hurt an increadible amount, often feeling like a searing hot pain across the back, shoulders and upper arms.
~Level 4: The big kahoona. This is a level that is hardley ever used by Fritz as it's guranteed to hurt like a bitch even if he uses it in the proper stance, in anything less than having his knees bent and posture ready, it will more than likely dislocate or even break his arm. In exchange this is by far the most powerful level of vibration the guantlet can reach, being able to tear most metals apart like papers and guranteed to outwardly damage a regular person, often ripping the area it impacts open.
-Vibration Resistance: The nature of the quilt like material of Fritz's suit makes it so that when he uses the vibration functions of his guantlets his body can withstand the vibrations and kickback with little damage to himself most of the time.
Name
Cecelia and Brother
Alias
Brother:
None
Cecelia:
Subject 124
Age
Arguably... arguable. One could say an inkling of Brother has been alive for a year, others could argue he is the age of his creator, whilst others may view him as but days old. Brother is immeasurable in proper age, but carries himself as if an adult.
Cecelia is seven.
Race
A being. He is a brother.
Cecelia is a mutant.
Allegiance
Brother serves Cecelia, for it is his place to care for his sister, as brothers do.
Appearance
687474703a2f2f706d312e6e61727669692e636f6d2f363036302f653333623134386335623331326431346437303436636330646565626437323664643731666239345f68712e6a7067
Brother appears largely as seen above, though his coat can shift between shades of brown, white, grey and black, although seeing him in grey or white is most common. His eyes glow amber. He stands at 7.5 feet, and despite a lean stature weighs in at 270 pounds.
Cecelia is a deathly pale girl, with hazel eyes and a shaved head. She is seven years of age, and quite thin. It's clear she was not raised on a wealth of food, nor sunlight.
Character:
Brother is, in essence, the answer to everything Cecelia is not. While arguably Cecelia has the ability to make herself as powerful as she wishes, the truth is that she is too young to ever imagine herself in such a way. Instead Brother was born to, in essence, be everything a big brother is, ideally. He protects her, calms and comforts her, and looks out for her well being. He is inquisitive of the world, often asking questions where he can, but also understanding others things one may not expect him to, much of his knowledge rooted from Cecelia's mind, while also being gifted superior intellect to quickly comprehend and understand it.
Brother is violent, brutal and efficient in his combat, and when Cecelia is in danger, nothing will stop him from protecting her.
Ultimately, Brother has plenty of space to further grow emotionally and mentally, but into what he may grow into is a mystery as of yet unknown.
Background
Brother:
Was born/Exists.
Cecelia:
Taken into custody as but a child, Cecelia's life has been experiment after experiment in attempts to force the child's powers to the surface. As of yet there have only been two successes, the one that put her on the map, which was the revival of her mother and healing of herself, who had died giving birth to her and when she too had a faltering heart beat, and the other, the creation of her Brother. This has obviously been a long six year gap, and the latter only occurred upon finding out that if the latest test failed, she was to be terminated, as her parents had been days after they took her as an infant.
Powers(Yeah, I know, reordered stuff)
Brother:
Resistance to physical harm- Brother is quite durable, though Cecelia's fears of him getting hurt keep him well grounded in the reality of being able to be harmed. That being said, he is far more durable than the average person, and you're certainly better using a rifle than a knife or a bow against him. He's also more resistant to heat or cold, as both were used to cause Cecelia pain or discomfort in her captivity.
Immunity to getting hurt from falls- It was required to fall from a plane to escape, and Brother convinced Cecelia that he would survive it for her, and as such she believed it, therefore the one thing Brother is immune to is falling.
Soul Jarring- Brother collects the souls of those he kills from the organisation that held Cecelia captive, so that she can 'teach them a lesson'. What does this say about the existence of souls and a God? Not much considering where the power came from. Arguably Brother could collect anyones soul, but as of yet only performs it on those of the organisation.
Mist Me- Due to the need for Brother to originally escape her torture cell, he can, for up to 30 seconds, turn into a misty form, allowing him to slip through cracks and vents.
Cecelia:
Cecelia can twist reality to her own whims and wishes, but only when in extremely stressful and painful scenarios. As such, she's only twice pulled off her feats, and the second time, the creation of Brother, has left her in a medically misunderstood coma. By all rights she shouldn't be in one, but she is regardless.
Big Brother Best Friend Forever- Despite being in a coma, a facet of Cecelia, the small, more innocent part of her that survived, now resides in Brother's head. She can speak to him, and tell him things, but more often than not naps peacefully, or 'eats' the 'cookies' and 'treats' that Brother often imagines up her enjoying.
Strengths
Brother:
Steadfast and loyal to his sister. Literally has no fear of his own other than losing his sister.
Cecelia:
Hopeful and optimistic, Cecelia wishes to be safe and make friends, like any child would. These wishes help guide Brother as well. Outside of that, however, Cecelia doesn't have much going for her. Except she can't get lice, her head is shaved. So that's a big plus.
Weaknesses
Brother:
While theoretically able to be given more power than anyone could possibly comprehend, the truth is that Brother is the product of a small and fearful child. Electro shock 'therapies' were often used against Cecelia, and as such Brother is quite succeptible to the pain and damage of electrocutions. Furthermore, even though she doesn't know she's doing it, if Ceclia is convinced something should, would or could hurt Brother, it becomes his reality. Brother likewise does not recognise this either, though when left with no other option was able to convince Cecelia that he could survive a great fall, if it meant he could protect her. Regardless, little warnings like, 'knives cut' or 'guns hurt you', or 'glass is sharp' open him up to the understanding of reality that Cecelia has, meaning that the consequences therein are Brother's as well.
Cecelia:
Left in a coma, Cecelia is, physically, extremely vulnerable, and has been left in a state where her only defence is her brother, Brother. Despite her vast oppurtunities with her abilities, the inability to actively harness them means very little, and as such she falls prey to the same understandings of the world as anyone else. And with that lack of understanding behind her abilities she is only able to offer simple advice and be an adorable kid sister to Brother most of the time, often, unknowingly, hindering him, like warning him about things that further open him towards danger. And with Brother as her only strength, anything that weakens him, becomes another danger that looms over her.
Furthermore, even residing in her brother's mind, she is still a child, and it shows.
Other
'Like a big knife!'- A blade of the tail rotor of a small helicopter, Brother got it as he was escaping with Cecelia, and as per his sisters comment, uses it like a big knife. Caution, sharp edges.
Name
"First name, Sean. Middle name Scott after my father. And Summers to top it off."
Sean Scott Summers
Alias
"Corsair, the alias my grandpa went by when he went looking for my dead grandma. Pirate, or raider. Thought it was pretty neat. It's my X-Men code name too."
"Scotty, Cyclops Jr., any of these, please don't. I hate 'em but people won't stop. People call me ruby sometimes though. The eyes."
Age
"I'm twenty-one."
Race
"I'm a mutant."
Allegiance
"X-Men by blood. I've had my run-ins with S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers so, acquaintances? Sure, go with that."
Appearance
"I'd say I'm a pretty normal looking guy. Six-one at like one-eighty pounds. Fair skin, light brown eyes, washboard abs... haha. I try and stay fit. And of course the ruby red eyes."
Character:
"I don't know, normal I guess? Not much bothers me so I guess I'm pretty easy-going. I try and stay relaxed or my eyes flare up. Literally. But even without it, I'm pretty calm, aren't I? *distorted voices heard behind the camera* Oh, I'm not supposed to ask questions. Like I said, I'm really passive unless it's something that bothers me. Don't worry though, I'm not stoner passive either. I've got jokes, I'll tease you, accidentally make you cry and then apologize. No, but really, I like to see people happy. Smiling. Mutants always goin' on and on about how we've been oppressed. Let's have a little fun with our unique abilities in hiding then? Who says no?"
*more distorted voices heard* "Oh, yeah, answering the question. I'd like to think my morals are really high, I guess. If I've made a promise to you, I intend to keep it, no matter the cost. Trust me, I make a lot of promises. For my friends and family too, my loyalty never wears thin, even if you manage to upset me. I'll always have your back even if I'm ghosting you while I'm at it. No one can backtalk you, or y'know, blatantly try and hurt or oppress you with my knowledge and you'll see me allow it. It's just not the way I'm wired. *distorted voices heard once again* "Yeah.. guess I am like dad."
"Uh, my dad's probably my biggest influence. Why'd'you think I don't bear his alias? Or go by my actual first name [Scott]. I've got too much respect for my pops. I don't really know 'im, whole thing with the Phoenix and Professor Xavier. Rest in peace. But I've read articles, seen tributes, he seems like an amazing guy. Reminds me of how Captain America was- but for mutants, I mean. I just try to uphold the values I figured he lived by. I might be imagining him way too much as this sort of... American dream, mutant leader thing. But he pushes me to be better. I'm fine imagining him just a tad more amazing than he really is."
*voices... again* "Huh? I- well, the super hero gig. Hasn't been much my thing. Detective work suits me fine, actually. I'm not going to say I haven't gone out and suped up in my X-Men suit, but it's just not something I see as a job. Leave it to the pros, and I'll handle cases and regular day things like that, huh? If a time came, well, maybe. For now, I'll keep my head down and stay in my lane. Much respect to the real super heroes."
Background
  • Born to Scott Summers and Madelyne Pryor (clone of Jean Grey), it was an accident! He didn't know.
  • Raised in Manhattan, New York at the Xavier's School for Gifted Mutants.
  • Witnessed first-hand the endeavors of the original X-Men since he was a baby.
  • His own mutant abilities formed in his early teens, though he retained no Jean Grey-esque abilities due to his mother being the clone. Oof.
  • Instead, bore similar powers as his father, and was trained by him in his earlier days
  • At the death of Scott Summers, Scott changed his middle name to his first name as Sean, and relocated to Washington.
  • Enrolled in George Washington University for Law and Criminal Justice
  • Graduated in less than 3 years, secured a job in the N.Y.P.D. and has since moved back to Manhattan in his own rented out apartment
  • It should be noted, at his departure, Scott was left with an open invitation the institute, access to his father's old inventory, and had left with his former suit of which he's since had modified and uses on occasion, the later being;
  • During a child abduction case, sparked because of gang relations, Scott donned the suit and set ablaze both rivaling gangs until the child was found and returned to safety. He crossed plenty lines he wouldn't usually, and often refuses to don the suit again in hopes of not tarnishing his father's image.
Strengths
Sean is, in spite of his own flaws, a motivator. A driver of will. Through his words, and heart, he's able to strike a fire in his comrades whether it be in the police department or with superhero connections. His honesty, dignity, and bravery strike a difference in the hearts of allies and foes alike, even if he doesn't wear a spandex outfit and throw fancy hammers. Sean's overall humanity is what makes him stand out when he tries to speak. Along the police force, Sean's bravery and courage stand out more than most. Risking his life on more than one occasion for others, his selflessness has not gone unrewarded, with different medallions he's tried on more than one occasion to sell and give to charity. Sean is also a man of hard work. With a very strong determination and will power, he keeps in shape through a tough work regime, and workout routine. Training his whole life at the institute, he's a more than adequate close quarters fighter, is adept with his own ability, and knows how to work with other super powered heroes.
From the police force, he's picked up detective skills, firearms training, and has access to the police database. Sean has enrolled in some computer training classes, and is no expert, but is an above average wiz with a monitor and keyboard. He is also a fine stealth artist, and operative, used mostly undercover and in some outings as 'Corsair.'
Another strength of Scott's is his silver tongue. A man of charm, and suede through his voice and looks, he's used this more than once, on men and women alike. Should be said, he's an expert comedian!
Weaknesses
Sean is... human. Ugh. He can be stabbed, drowned, pummeled, shot, crushed, thrown, ugh. Human.
Also, because he's not an expert with his optic blasts, Sean's emotions may trigger excess energy. Overuse may also result in sore eyes, or inability to use the power temporarily.
His eyes may also have a "surplus" of energy, and force him to deplete it over a period of time.
Powers
Corsair possesses the mutant ability to project a powerful beam of concussive, ruby-colored force from his eyes. Corsair's powers come from ambient energies (such as solar radiation, photons,) absorbed and metabolized by his body into concussive blasts that are released from his eyes. The width of Corsair's eye-blasts are focused by his mind's psionic field with the same autonomic function that regulate his eyes' ability to focus. As Corsair focuses, the size of the aperture changes and thus act as a valve to control the flow of particles and beam's relative power.
Other
Sean is always in possession of his police force badge (for obvious reasons), and a regular firearm.
He also has a key to his father's former bedroom in the Xavier's School for Gifted mutants.
He's been contacted about joining S.H.I.E.L.D. time before, and has remained on their radar.
Is actually still close with Elaine Grey (mother of Jean Grey) as a sort of grandmother, his grandpa (Christopher Summers) and uncle Gabriel Summers (Havok, retired).
Unlike his father, Sean is able to control his optic blasts without the ruby quartz glasses, but wears his own pair just in case.
